Assembly
Step 1 Locate the two leg supports (B,C), M6 coach
bolts (d) and shake proof nuts (e), M5 locking star
bolt knobs (a) and flat washers (b).
Place the table saw (A) on it’s side, remove the Velcro
band and cable tie around the stand frame and place
aside, see figs 01-02.

Step 2 Open out the stand frame, see figs 03-04-05.
Slot the holes in the “linking plate” over the “rubber
stops” until the linking plate is against the saw frame
(A), see fig 06.

Step 3 Locate the two M5 star bolt knobs (a) and
washers (b) introduce a washer over the threaded
star bolts and screw the star bolts through the two
pre-drilled holes in the saws chassis into the tapped
holes in the linking plate and tighten, see fig 07.

Step 4 Insert the narrow leg support (B) into the front
leg frame until the square holes are in alignment, see
fig 8. Introduce a M6 coach bolt (d) through one of
the hole in the frame and secure in place with a shake
proof nut (e), see figs 09-10. (LIGHTLY TIGHTEN AT
THIS POINT!) Repeate for the remaining hole.

Step 5 Inset the wide leg support (C) into the rear leg
frame as before, see fig 11. Introduce the remaining
two M6 coach bolts (d) through the holes in the
leg frame and secure with the shake proof nuts (e).
Tighten all fixing with a 10mm spanner.

Step 6 Lift the saw and place on a flat surface, see
figs 12.

Step 1 Push the locking pin in beneath the saws
chassis and pull out the the telescopic handle, see
figs 13-14.
Step 2 Very carefully lower the saw its wheels, loosen
the two M5 star bolt knobs (a),pull out the stand and
lower to the ground. Raise the folded stand against
the saw chassis and using the Velcro band secure the
stand in position. (see figs 15-16-17-18-19)
With the stand folded the
saw can be stored vertically
to save storage space or
wheeled to a new location.
