the wood chips are not removed or cannot be removed,
you must replace your sanding paper with the proper
grits #60, #80, #100, #150, #180, #240,,,etc. You may select
the cuts in sizes, or the full roll 4" (101.6 mm) and cut the
sizes yourself. Follow the size of the used sanding paper .
The rear sanding drum should be fitted with a finer sanding
paper than the front, allowing for coarse and fine sanding to be
achieved with one pass.
SANDING DRUMS ADJUSTMENT
The sanding drums have been factory adjusted and need
no further adjustment. The sanding drums must be adjusted
for parallelism.
Each drum is supported by two sets of bearing seats and can
be adjusted individually (A,Fig.6).

conveyor belt.
4. Assemble back parts by reverse procedures.
Fig.9
CONVEYOR BELT ADJUSTMENT
The conveyor belt may slide to the right or left during
operations, or the tension of the conveyor belt is too loose
or too tight. To adjust follow these procedures:
Turn the adjustment knobs (A,Fig.10) on either side of
the conveyo r table.
The conveyor belt should run at the center of the
conveyor table, and should be tensioned so that there is
good traction during stock feeding Fig.10
