Tobeabletocorrectlyidentifymovementinthecoveragearea,theradarneedstobeinstalledonastablemount.Donotinstall theradaronaswayingpole.

1.Toavoidinterferencewhenmorethanthreeradarsofaremountedclosetogether,gotoSettings>Radar>Generaland

selectNumberofneighboringradarsunderCoexistence.

Iftheradarhasmorethantwoneighboringradarswithinitscoexistenceareatheperformancedecreases.Thedetectionrange becomesshorter,theradardoesn’tclassifyobjectscorrectly,andfalsealarmsoccurduetointerferencebetweentheradars.

Theprobabilityandseverityoftheseissuesincreaseswiththenumberofradarswithinthesamecoexistencearea.Italsodependson theenvironmentandtheradar’sdirectiontowardsfences,buildings,orneighboringradars.

Ifmorethanthreeradarsarecrucialinaninstallation,seeInstallationexamplesonpage5.

Tocreateavirtualfenceyoucanplacemultipleradarssidebyside.Werecommendplacingthemwith100m(330ft)spacing.

Tocovertheareaaroundabuilding,placetheradarsonthewallsofthebuilding.Theradarscanbeclosetoeachotherwithout interferingsincetheyareaimedawayfromeachother.
