Produktbeschreibung:
Das Abisolierwerkzeug BWZ 5-02 ist speziell für die Axing Kabeltypen SKB 88/89/395/92/93 konstruiert, kann aber auch mit
anderen Kabeln, die einen Dielektrikumsdurchmesser von 4,7 ± 1 mm haben, eingesetzt werden.
Es verfügt über einen umsteckbaren Abisolierblock mit fest eingestellten Absetzmaßen.
Das Absetzmaß 8/13 mm ist für alle AXING Antennendosen der line vorgesehen, das Absetzmaß 7/6 mm für die
Kommpressionsstecker CFS 93-xx/97-xx.
Das Abisolieren von Außenmantel, Abschirmung und Dielektrikum geschieht in einem Arbeitsgang und das Werkzeug kann sowohl
von Rechts- wie auch von Linkshändern verwendet werden.

Arbeitsschritte

Verwenden des Abisolierblocks:
Zum Abisolieren von Koax-Kabeln mit einem Absetzmaß von
8/13 mm oder 7/6 mm muss der Abisolierblock so gesteckt
werden, dass das gewünschte Absetzmaß nach oben zeigt.
Die Zange öffnen, das Koax-Kabel in die Rundung bis zum
Anschlag des Blocks legen und dann wieder schließen. Dabei
das Kabel mit der Hand festhalten, mit dem Daumen am
Werkzeug fixieren und die Zange max. 2-3-mal um 360° Grad
drehen.
Dann die Zange öffnen und das Kabel entnehmen. Anschließend
den geschnittenen Außenmantel und das Dielektrikum vom
Kabel entfernen.
Verwenden des Abisoliermessers:
Das Abisoliermesser dient zum Abisolieren von Kabeln mit einem
Durchmesser von 2,7-6,7 mm auf eine beliebige Länge. Die
Abisoliermessertiefe wird mit dem oberen Rändelrad eingestellt.
Das benötigte Absetzmaß am Kabel markieren und das
Abisoliermesser auf den Durchmesser des Kabels einstellen.
Dann die Zange öffnen, das markierte Kabel unter das Messer
legen und die Zange schließen.
Dabei das Kabel mit der Hand festhalten, mit dem Daumen am
Werkzeug fixieren und die Zange max. 2-3-mal um 360° Grad
drehen.
Dann die Zange öffnen und das Kabel entnehmen.
Anschließend den geschnittenen Außenmantel oder das
Dielektrikum vom Kabel entfernen.

Das Schneidemesser ist zum Schneiden von Koax-Kabeln bis zu
einem Durchmesser von max. 8mm.

Product description:
The stripping tool BWZ 5-02 has been designed especially for Axing cable types SKB 88/89/395/92/93, but can also be used
with other cables that have a dielectric diameter of 4.7 ± 1 mm.
It is provided with a reinsertable stripping block with fixed stripping dimensions.
The stripping dimension 8/13 mm is intended for all AXING premium line antenna sockets, the stripping dimension 7/6 mm for
compression connectors CFS 93-xx/97-xx.
The stripping of the outer sheath, shielding and dielectric is done in one step, and the tool can be used by both left- and right-handed
people.

Use of the stripping block:
To strip coaxial cables of stripping dimension 8/13 mm or 7/6
mm, the stripping block must be plugged in such that the desired
stripping dimension points upwards.
Open stripper, insert the coaxial cable in the curvature of the
block all the way and then close it again. While holding the cable
with the hand, fix the cable on the tool with the thumb and rotate
the stripper no more than 2-3 times by 360°.
Then open the stripper and remove the cable. Next remove the
cut outer sheath and the dielelectric from the cable.

Use of the stripping blade:
The stripping blade is used for stripping 2.7-6.7 mm in diameter
to any desired length. The stripping blade depth is set using the
upper thumbwheel.
Mark the required stripping dimension on the cable and set the
stripping blade to the diameter of the cable. Then open the
stripper, place the marked cable under the blade and close the
stripper.
While holding the cable with the hand, fix the cable on the tool
with the thumb and rotate the stripper no more than 2-3 times by
360°.
Then open the stripper and remove the cable. Next remove the
cut outer sheath and the dielelectric from the cable.

Use of the cutting blade:
The cutting blade is designed for cutting coaxial cables up to a
diameter of 8 mm maximum.
