Chapter 1 Pack Description
Box Contents
The 30W Sound Pack contains the following items
1 30-watt amplifier
1 powe r cord
1 FM antenna
1 replacement fuse
1 plastic screwdriver to adjust the
recording gain
If any of these are incorrect, missing, or damaged, contact your Axcity dealer. Keep the original box and
packing materials, in case the product needs to be sent back for repair.

30W Amplifier
General Description
Mixer a mplifier to which you may connect two microphones on the front as well as an auxiliary source
(such as a smartphone, CD player, computer...) or a phono source (such as a record player). Compact, it has
a USB port and a tuner for radio. It is also able to read and write files on SD/MMC cards. The green LED on the
front make s sure that the amplifier is powered on. Its LCD display allows the view of the current play/record
file, displaying the port, number, duration of the playback track as well as the volume.

Step 1: Connection of the speakers to the
amplifier
Beforehand, you must connect the speake rs to speaker cables. Then connect the speaker cable(s) to the amplifier.

Unscrew the protective cover.
Connect the black conductor to the COM terminal. Connect the red conductor to the 25V/70V/100V
terminals according the speaker technology. For low impedance technol ogy speakers, connect the
red conductor to the 4Ω terminal.

In order to connect the conductors to the terminals, start by stripping each conductors of about 5 mm.
Unscrew the corresponding terminal. Place the conduc tors in the space between the connection plate
and the fixed terminal.

Screw up the terminal.

Connect the FM antenna to the coaxial output provided for this purpose.

Plug the power cord into the outlet provided for that purpose.
Turn the amplifier on.

Step 3: Turning on the Amplifier
Check that the “MASTER” button is on “MIN”, then press the “POWER” button

A green LED lights to indicate the amplifier is powered up.
Press the “M4” button to turn the amplifier on.

Select the desired source: Tuner, USB, SD/MMC.
Note: Playback and recording functions In order to use the various amplifier’s features, refer to
the manual provided.
To turn off the a mplifier, press and hold the “M4” button. Then press the “Power” button.
