DISPLAY

1. Leuchtanzeige TIMER: Sie leuchtet auf, wenn die

Einheit vom Timer oder vom Nachtprogramm kontrolliert wird.

2. Betriebsleuchte (OPERATION): Leuchtet bei lnbetriebnahme der Einheit auf. Sie blinkt einmal, um zu warnen, daß das Signal der Fernbedienung empfangen und gespeichert werden ist. Sie blinkt immerzu während der Schutzfunktionen (Abtauung, etc.).

Sie blinkt und gleichzeitig stoppt das Klimagerät wehrend des Überflüssigen Kondenswasserabfluß oder wegen Störungen im Kondenswasserabflußsystem.

Die Position OFF unterbricht nicht die Stromversorgung. Den Hauptschalter zum Ausschalten des Klimagerätes benutzen.

3. STANDBY Anzeige:

Sie leuchtet auf, wenn das Klimagerät zur Stromversorgung verbunden ist und es fertig ist, das Signal von der Fernbedienung zu empfangen.

4. Empfänger: Empfängt die von der Fernbedienung gesendeten lnfrarot-Signale.

5. Betriebstaste (ohne Fernbedienung):

Diese Taste drücken, um von einem Funktion zu dem anderen (OFF, COOL und HEAT) zu ändern.

AUFSTELLUNGSORT

● Dieses Klimagerät nicht an Orten aufstellen, in denen

Rauch, brennbares Gas oder viel Feuchtigkeit vorhanden sind, wie z.B. in einem Treibhaus.

● Das Klimagerät nicht dort aufstellen, wo Geräte

übermäßig Hitze erzeugen.

● Das Klimagerät nicht an Orten aufstellen, in denen

es von Wassertropfen naß gemacht werden könnte (z.B. in den Waschküchen).

Zu vermeiden:

Um das Klimagerät vor übermäßiger Korrosion zu schützen, ist die äußere Einheit nicht dort aufzustellen, wo sie direkt Meerwasserspritzern oder schwefeligen Dämpfen in Luftkurorten ausgesetzt ist.

● Vergewissern Sie sich, daß keine Hindernisse neben

der Inneneinheit den Luftumlauf unterbrechen können. Den Luftzuführ und Luftansauggrill der Einheit mit Vorhängen oder ähnlich nicht versperren. Keine Gegestände auf das Gerät legen.

WARNUNG

ELEKTRISCHE ERFORDERNISSE

Vor dem Einsatz der Klimaanlage

● Überprüfen Sie, daß die einphasige Nennspannung zur

Versorgung am Anwendungsort 220/240 Volt ist.

● Die elektrische Verbindung der Einheit ist X-Type, mit

dem auf spezialer Weise vorbereiteten Kabel; wenn es beschädigt ist, lassen Sie es durch einen Servicefachmann ersetzen.

● Vergewissern Sie sich, daß die Steckdose der

elektrischen Anlage immer mit wirksamer Erdung versehen ist.

● Vergewissern Sie sich, daß elektrische Anlage einen

genügen Betriebstrom liefern kann, außer jenem der normalerweise von den anderen Geräten verbraucht wird. Überprüfen Sie die auf dem Datenschild auf der Einheit gezeigte max. Entnahme.

● Es ist ein zweipoliger Schalter mit Schutzsicherung (träge)

zu 10 A vor dem Versorgungsstecker anzubringen.

● Vergewissern Sie sich, daß die automatischen Schalter

und die Schutzsicherungen der Anlage in der Lage sind, einen Anlaufstrom zu tragen, (normalerweise für max 1 Sekunde).

● Alle elektrische Anschlüsse müssen den örtlichen

elektrischen Vorschriften entsprechen. Wegen Einzelheiten den Händler oder einen Elektriker fragen.

ACHTUNG !

Das Klimagerät ist mit einer Startverzögerung für den Kompressor ausgerüstet. Der Kompressor startet 3 Minuten verzögert nach einem vorstehenden EIN/AUSSchaltvorgang.

SICHERHEITSANWEISUNGEN

● Niemals Benzin oder andere entzündbare Flüssigkeiten

in der Nähe der Klimaanlage anwenden oder aufbewahren. Dies ist sehr gefährlich. Dazu keine

Schaltgeräte, die keinen Schutz IPX1 (Schutz gegen senkrechten Wasseranfall) haben, unter der Einheit installieren.

● Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung in den

Fällen, in denen die Sicherheits- und UnfallverhütungsVorschriften nicht beachtet werden.

● Weder dem Stromversorgungs- Hauptschalter noch

dem Gerätestecker benutzen, um das Klimagerät ein/auszuschalten. Immer die ON/OFF-Taste benutzen.

● Niemals Gegenstände in die Klimaanlage

hineinstecken. Es ist sehr gefährlich, da sich der Ventilator mit hoher Geschwindigkeit dreht.

● Kinder nicht mit der Klimaanlage spielen lassen.

● Das Zimmer nicht zu stark abkühlen, wenn sich darin

kleine Kinder oder Kranke aufhalten.

VORSICHT

● Lesen Sie dieses Handbuch aufmerksam durch, bevor

Sie die Klimaanlage anschließen. In Zweifelsfällen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Händler oder an das autorisierte Kundendienstzentrum.

● Diese Klimaanlage wurde konzepiert, um ideale

klimatische Bedingung in Ihrem Zimmer zu schaffen. Sie soll nur für diesen spezifischen Zweck und wie in diesem Handbuch beschrieben, benutzt werden.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

AUßENEINHEIT

1.Um die Außeneinheit zu bewegen, sie am Griff fassen (nie am Schlauch).

2.Die Außeneinheit muß nie aus dem Fenster am Schlauch beumeln.

3.Wenn Sie die Außeneinheit nach dem Betrieb wieder ins Hause bringen, lassen Sie das eventuelle Kondenswasser aus, indem man die Einheit neigt.

NEIN!

POSITION DER AUßENEINHEIT

Die Außeneinheit muß immer stehen und gut nivelliert sein. Vergewissern Sie sich, daß kein Gegenstand den Luftumlauf hindert. Ein überstehender kleiner Fuß auf der Rückseite der Einheit sichert einen Kleinstabstand von der Wand (3 cm.). Sie sollten einen Mindestabstand von cm. 15 (seitlich) und cm. 80 (stirnseitig) zwischen der Einheit und eventuellen Wänden schaffen.

AUFSTELLUNG TYP A

Wenn es einen Balkon oder ein tiefes Fensterbrett vom min.25 cm. gibt, können Sie die Außeneinheit dahin stellen. Es wird empfohlen, den kleinen Fuß der Einheit dem Fensterbrett durch einen Spreizdübel M6x20 aufzuschrauben. Den Schlauch zwischen den Flügeln der Tür durchstecken. Die Flügel sollen angelehnt bleiben.

AUFSTELLUNG TYP B (MIT STÜTZKORB)

1. Den Stützkorb an der Wand unter dem Fensterbrett

befestigen.

2. Die Einheit in den Korb stellen und vergewissern Sie sich,

daß sie nicht geneigt ist.

AUFSTELLUNG TYP C (MIT HALTER)

1. Den Halterungsführung an der Wand unter dem Fensterbrett

befestigen.

2. Den Halter in den Außeneinheitsgriff einsetzen und die

Einheit umwenden (sieh das Bild).

3. Den Halter auf den Rand der Einheit mit den Schrauben

befestigen.

4. Den auf der Einheit befestigte Halter an die Wand einsetzen.

Die Einheit muß nicht geneigt sein.

Das Klimagerät besteht aus zwei Einheiten, die untereinander durch einen Schlauch verbunden sind. Die Inneneinheit in den zu klimatisierenden Raum, neben ein Fenster, eine Balkonstür oder eine Außenwand stellen. Die Außeneinheit, die die Wärme- und Kondenswasser-Beseitigung erlaubt, hinaus auf das Fensterbrett, auf den Balkon stellen, oder sie an die Wand hängen.

BETRIEBSWEISE MIT FERNBEDIENUNG

Der IR-Sender der Fernbedienung auf den Empfänger auf dem Klimagerät richten.

EINSETZEN DER BATTERIEN

● Den hinterseitige Deckel der Fernbedienung abnehmen.

● Zwei Batterien von 1,5 V-DC Art AAAalkaline einsetzen.

Die Pole, wie auf der Fernbedienung angegeben, beachten.

● Die mittlere Betriebsdauer der Batterien ist 6 Monate.

Sie hängt davon ab, wie oft die Fernbedienung benutzt wird. Die Batterien bei längerer Nichtbenutzung der Fernbedienung (mehr als 1 Monat) herausnehmen. Nach dem Auswechseln der Batterien, drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Taste +, -, SET und CLEAR. (Dieser Vorgang erlaubt die korrekte Nullung aller Programme. Die Fernbedienung muß wieder eingestellt werden). Die Batterien auswechseln, wenn die Leuchtanzeige zur Signalübetragung von der Fernbedienung nicht blinkt oder, wenn das Klimagerät auf die Fernbedienungsbefehle nicht reagiert.

● Die Batterien der Fernbedienung enthalten verunreinigen

Substanzen. Die erschöpfte Batterien sollen gemäß der örtlichen Vorschriften beseitigt werden.

BENUTZUNG DER FERNBEDIENUNG

WAHLSCHALTER DES TEMPERATURSENSORS

● Unter normalen Bedingungen wird die Raumtemperatur

von dem in der Inneneinheit angebrachten Sensor gemessen und kontrolliert.

● Drücken Sie die Taste I FEEL, um das in der

Fernbedienung angebracthen Sensor zu aktivieren. Diese Funktion erlaubt die beste Raumtemperatur zu haben, weil die Fernbedienung die Temperatur von dem Platz überträgt, wo Sie sich befinden. Darum, indem Sie diese Funktion benutzen, muß die Fernbedienung immer auf dem Klimagerät richten werden.

Die Ferbedienung überträgt das Temperatursignal in regelmäßigen Abständen von zwei Minuten an das Klimagerät. Falls dieses Signal aufgrund einigen Störungen mehr als fünf Minuten lang ausbleibt, schaltet das Klimagerät zur Regelung der Raumtemperatur auf den in die Inneneinheit eingebauten Temperatur-Sensor um. In einem solchen Fall weicht die am Aufstellungsort der Inneneinheit erfaßte Temperatur u.U. geringfügig von der Temperatur in der Nähe der Fernbedienung ab.

Diese Taste drücken, um die Betriebsweise des Klimagerätes zu ändern.

(Automatik) 

Wird die Position "Automatik" eingestellt, wählt der Mikroprozessor zwischen Kühlung und Heizung aufgrund des Unterschieds zwischen der Raumtemperatur und der auf der Fernbedienung eingestellten Temperatur.

(Heizung)

Das Klimagerät erwärmt den Raum.

(Entfeuchtung)

Das Klimagerät senkt die Raumfeuchte.

(Kühlung)

Das Klimagerät kühlt die Luft und senkt die Raumtemperatur.

(Ventilation)

Das Klimagerät funktioniert nur als Ventilator.



INAKTIVE TASTEN

FERNBEDIENUNG

FERNBEDIENUNG SPERRE

Indem Sie diese Taste drücken, sperrt die Fernbedienung an der letzten Einstellung. Wenn ist aktiv, kann die Fernbedienung das Klimagerät nicht kontrollieren. Um die Fernbedienung wieder zu benutzen, drücken Sie nochmal.

Taste SLEEP (Nacht-Programm)

Wegen Einzelheiten siehe "NachtProgramm". Wird diese Taste in der Betriebsweise KÜHLUNG, oder ENTFEUCHTUNG gedrückt, erscheint das Zeichnen

auf dem Display. Der Mikroprozessor der Fernbedienung reguliert die gewählte Temperatur in energisparender Weise.

SENDER

Wenn die FernbedienungsTasten gedrückt werden, leuchtet die Lampe auf dem Display auf, um die Einstellungsänderungen des Klimagerätes überzutragen.

TEMPERATURWAHLTASTEN — (kälter)

Diese Taste zur Senkung der gewählten Temperatur drücken.

+ (wärmer)

Diese Taste zur Erhöhung der gewählten Temperatur drücken.

SENSOR

Ein Temperatursensor im Innern der Fernbedienung mißt die Raumtemperatur.

TASTE SET

Drücken Sie diese Taste, um die folgende Funktionen zu wahlen:

• Einstellung der Uhr

• Timer ON/OFF Einstellung Für Einzelheiten siehe Beispiel “EINSTELLUNG DER UHR” und “TIMER EINSTELLUNG”.

WAHLSCHALTER DES TEMPERATURSENSORS

Drücken Sie die Taste I FEEL, um das in der Fernbedienung angebracthen Sensor zu aktivieren. Diese Funktion erlaubt die beste Raumtemperatur zu haben.

TASTE FAN SPEED (Ventilator-Geschwindigkeit)

Die Ventilator-Geschwindigkeit wird automatisch vom Mikroprozessor gewählt.

Hohe Ventilator-Geschwindigkeit.

TASTEN: EINSTELLUNG DER UHR UND EINGABE DER TIMERZEIT

Durch Drücken der Taste “Program” wird die Einstellung aktiviert. Für Einzelheiten siehe Beispiel “EINSTELLUNG DER UHR” und “TIMER EINSTELLUNG”.

TIMER RESET

Drücken Sie die Taste CLEAR, um alle Timer Einstellungen zu annullieren.

RAUMTEMPERATUR

Drücken Sie die Taste ROOM, um die raumtemperatur neben der Fernbedienung erscheinen zu machen.

TASTE ON/OFF (ein/aus)

Diese Taste dient zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Klimageräts.

Taste TIMER (Timereinstellung)

Indem Sie die Taste TIMER drücken wird auf dem Display dad Verfahren aktiviert, um die ON/OFF Timer Einstellung.

Für Einzelheiten siehe Beispiel “TIMER EINSTELLUNG”.

AUTOMATISCHER BETRIEB

Wenn die Außentemperatur unter 0 °C absinkt, vermindert Eisbildung auf der Kondensatoreinheit die Heizleistung. In diesem Fall schaltet der Mikroprozessor auf Abtaubetrieb und der Ventilator bleibt stehen. Die OPERATION-Anzeige blinkt während des Abtauvorgangs. Je nach Raum-und Außentemperatur arbeitet das Gerät nach einigen Minuten wieder.

ABTAUUNG DER KONDENSATOREINHEIT (AUßENEINHEIT) “STANDBY”

BETRIEB UND LEISTUNG EINES SYSTEMS IN WÄRMEPUMPEN-AUSFÜHRUNG

Ein Klimagerät in Wärmepumpen-Ausführung heizt den Raum, indem es der Außenluft Wärme entzieht. Wenn die Außentemperatur unter 0°C absinkt, kann sich die Leistung des Gerätes vermindern. Wird der gewünschte Temperaturwert mit einem Klimagerät nicht erreicht, muß ein weiteres Klimagerät verwendet werden.

Wird die Funktion “Heizung” gewählt, läuft der Ventilator der Inneneinheit auf sehr nidrige Geschwindigkeit, um einen Kaltluftstrom zu vermeiden. Die Ventilator-Drehzahl nimmt erst zu, wenn der Wärmeaustauscher der Inneneinheit warm genug ist.

EINSTELLUNG DER UHR

KÜHLUNG

Nachprüfen, daß die Einheit an die Stromversorgung verbunden ist und die STANDBYAnzeige aufgeleuchtet ist.

1. Die Taste MODE (Betriebsweise) drücken, bis das Zeichnen KÜHLUNG auf dem Display erscheint.

2. Die Taste ON/OFF drücken und das Klimagerät in Betrieb setzen.

3. Die Tasten TEMP. (3) drücken, um die gewünschte Temperatur einzugeben (Der Einstellungsbereich liegt zwischen 30 °C Maximum und 16 °C Minimum).

ANMERKUNG

HEIZUNG

DER GEWÄHLTE TEMPERATURWERT WIRD ANGEZEIGT.

Das Klimagerät wählt automatisch zwischen Heizung und Kühlung (bzw. umgekehrt), so daß die gewählte Temperatur ständig gehalten wird.

4. Die Taste FAN SPEED drücken, um die VentilatorGeschwindigkeit einzugeben.

DER GEWÄHLTE TEMPERATURWERT WIRD ANGEZEIGT.

1. Die Taste SET während fünf Sekunden drücken.

ANMERKUNG

Mit der Taste FAN SPEED die Position “AUTO”

eingeben. Der Mikroprozessor wird automatisch die Ventilator-Geschwindigkeit kontrollieren. Beim Anlauf des Klimageräts wird der Unterschied zwischen Raumtemperatur und eingegebener Temperatur vom Temperatur-Sensor gemessen und zum Mikroprozessor übertragen, welcher automatisch die geeigneste Ventilator-Geschwindigkeit wählt.

NACHT-PROGRAMM

● Das Nacht-Programm dient zum Energiesparen.

1. Die Taste MODE drücken, um Kühlung, Entfeuchtung oder Heizung einzustellen.

2. Die Taste SLEEP drücken.

3. Das Symbol erscheint auf dem Display. Zum

Löschen desselben nochmals die Taste SLEEP drücken.

Was ist das Nacht-Programm?

Zu Beginn kühlt oder heizt das Klimagerät den Raum bis zur eingegebenen Temperatur (SET TEMP) dann hält es an. Nach ca. 1 Stunde wird die eingegebene Temperatur automatisch wie folgt verändert (siehe graphische Darstellungen).

Das Klimagerät arbeitet bis zur Erreichung der eingegebenen Temperatur, dann bleibt es stehen. Nach ca. 1 Stunde wird die eingegebene Temperatur erneut um 1 °C in der Kühlphase erhöht und um 1 °C in der Heizphase gesenkt. Auf diese Weise wird Energie gespart, ohne auf den nächtlichen Komfort im Raum verzichten zu müssen.

ENTFEUCHTUNG

1. Die Taste MODE (Betriebsweise) drücken, bis das

Zeichnen ENTFEUCHTUNG auf dem Display erscheint.

2. Die Taste ON/OFF drücken und das Klimagerät in Betrieb setzen.

3. Die Tasten TEMP. (3) drücken, um die Raumtemperatur einzugeben (Der Einstellungsbereich liegt zwischen 30 °C Maximum und 16 °C Minimum).

Jetzt führt das Gerät das ON/OFF Programm automatisch aus.

ANMERKUNG: Die eingestellte Raumtemperatur könnte senken.

DER GEWÄHLTE TEMPERATURWERT WIRD ANGEZEIGT.

● Wählen Sie die Funktion "Entfeuchtung", wenn Sie die

Raumluftfeuchte senken wollen.

● Wenn die Funktion "Entfeuchtung" gewählt wird, läuft

der Ventilator mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit oder anhält, um nicht zu zu kühlen.

ANMERKUNG

HINWEIS

Das Klimagerät wechselt die Betriebsweise (von kalt auf warm oder umgekehrt) je nach dem welcher Fall auftritt:

- BEREICH A: ändert, wenn die temperatur mindestens

3°C von der auf der Fernbedienung eingegebenen temperatur variiert.

- BEREICH B: ändert nach einer stunde nach dem der

kompressor gestoppt wurde, wenn die temperatur mindestens 1°C von der auf der Fernbedienung eingegebenen temperatur variiert.

- BEREICH C: ändert nie, wenn die temperatur nicht

mindestens mehr als 1°C gegenÜber der auf der Fernbedienung eingegebenen temperatur variiert.

VENTILATION

Will man lediglich die Luft im Zimmer umwälzen, ohne die Temperatur zu verändern, ist wie folgt zu verfahren:

1. Die Taste MODE (Betriebsweise) drücken, bis das

Ventilationssymbol angezeigt wird.

2. Die Taste ON/OFF einmal drücken und das Klimagerät

in Betrieb setzen.

ZEITSCHALTUHR - EINSTELLUNG

LUFTSTROM-EINSTELLUNG

Während der Kühlung oder Entfeuchtung, besonders mit großem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt im Raum, stellen Sie die vertikalen Luftleitlamellen stirnseitig ein. Wenn die Luftleitlamellen äußerst nach links oder nach rechts gestellt werden, könnten sich Kondenswasser und Tropfen auf dem Luftauslaufgitter bilden.

VORSICHT

Wenn das Verfahren der Timer Einstellung nach 15 Minuten nicht vollendetet wird, indem Sie die Taste SET drücken, wird alle gelöscht und die letzte Einstellung gespeichert blieb.

ANMERKUNG

An der Fernbedienung können vier Zeitschaltuhren gewählt werden. Zwei Tages-Zeitschaltuhren (T1 & T2 genannt) und als Option, zwei Wochenende-Zeitschaltuhren (WKT1 & WKT2 genannt). Jede Zeitschaltuhr kann durch Drücken der Taste TIMER gewählt werden.

Mit den Tages-Zeitschaltuhren T1 und T2 kann Ein- und Ausschalten getrennt für zwei verschiedene Zeiträume programmiert werden. Nach der Einstellung funktioniert die Zeitschaltuhr täglich.

Mit den Wochenende-Zeitschaltuhren WKT1 und WKT2 kann Ein- und Ausschalten getrennt für zwei verschiedene Zeiträume und nur für zwei Tage programmiert werden. Diese Zeitschaltuhren werden nur an dem Einstelltag und dem darauf folgenden Tag wirksam. Am zweiten Tag, um 24h00, wird die Zeitschaltuhr WK nicht mehr wirksam, und die Tages-Zeitschaltuhr wird ihre Funktion wieder aufnehmen.

WKT1 - aktiv am Einstelltag WKT2 - aktiv einen Tag nach dem Einstelltag

HINWEIS:

1. Während dem Betrieb der Wochenende-Zeitschaltuhren werden die Tages-Zeitschaltuhr außer Funktion gesetzt.

2. Die Wochenende-Zeitschaltuhren müssen vor jedem Wochenende reaktiviert werden.

VERTIKAL

Fassen Sie die Klappe und drehen Sie sie nach oben oder nach unten.

HORIZONTAL

Der Luftstrom kann horizontal eingestellt werden, indem die vertikalen Luftleitlamellen nach links oder rechts gestellt werden, wie auf nächsten Abbildung gezeigt ist.

Wenn die Fernbedienung nicht funktioniert oder verloren ging, wie folgt vorgehen:

1. KLIMAGERÄT AUßER BETRIEB

Wenn Sie das Klimagerät in Betrieb setzen wollen, ist die BETRIEBSTASTE zu drücken, um die gewünschte Funktion auszuwählen:

• COOL oder HEAT für die Wärmepumpe Modelle

• COOL für die nur Kühlung Modelle

BETRIEBSWEISE OHNE FERNBEDIENUNG

2. KLIMAGERÄT IN BETRIEB

Wollen Sie das Klimagerät abstellen, ist die BETRIEBSTASTE zu drücken, bis zum Ausschalten der OPERATION Anzeige.

Das Klimagerät wird mit der automatischen VentilatorGeschwindigkeit einschalten. Die Temperatur-Einstellung wird 22°C für die Kühlung Betriebsweise und 26°C für die Heizung Betriebsweise sein.

ANMERKUNG

Stromunterbrechung während des Betriebs.

Beim Auftreten einer Stromunterbrechung hält das Kilmagerät an. Wird die Versorgung wiederhergestellt, schaltet sich das Klimagerät nach 3 Minuten automatisch wieder ein.

ANMERKUNG

PFLEGE UND WARTUNG

Vor Beginn der Reinigungs- und Wartungsvorgänge ist die Klimaanlage abzuschalten und der Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.

● Die Gehäuse der Außen - und

Inneneiheiten sind mindestens einmal jährlich mit einer Seifenlauge zu reinigen.

● Periodisch soll die Außeneinheit

vom Flugstaub auf der Kondensatoberfläche durch Abbürsten oder Abwaschen gereinigt werden.

● Das Kondensatorbauteil und andere

Komponenten der Außeneinheit müssen periodisch gereinigt werden. Befragen Sie den Händler oder den Kundendienst.

AUßENEINHEIT MIT ABDECKUNG

VORSICHT

INNENEINHEIT

● Zum Reinigen kein Wasser auf die Einheit gießen. Sie

könnten die inneren Komponenten beschädigen oder einen Kurzschluß verursachen.

● Keine Lösungsmittel oder angreifende chemische

Zusammensetzungen verwenden. Die Kunststoffhülle nicht mit heißem Wasser abreiben.

Reinigung des Gehäuses und des Gitters

Das Gehäuse und Gitter der Inneneinheit mit der Staubsaugerbürste reinigen oder mit einem weichen, sauberen Tuch abreiben. Wenn diese Teile Flecken aufweisen, ein feuchtes, sauberes Tuch benutzen. Bei der Reinigung des Gitters ist darauf zu achten,daß die Saugkappen durch zu starkes Drücken nicht aus ihrem Sitz gleiten.

LUFTFILTER

Der Luftfilter muß wenigstens einmal alle 2 Betriebswochen überprüft und gereinigt werden. Der Betrieb mit schmutzigen oder verstopften Filtern kann die Leistung des Klimagerätes verkleinern. Der Filter ist hinter den Luftansauggrill angebracht und wird nach oben herausgeziehen.

WIE DER FILTER ABZUNEHMEN IST

BETRIEBSTASTE

FILTERREINIGUNG

Den Filter mit einem Staubsauger reinigen. Ist öliger Staub vorhanden, ist der Filter mit lauwarmen Seifenwasser zu waschen, zu spülen und trocknen zu lassen.

TRANSPORT

Das Gerät nur senkrecht transportieren. Falls dies nicht möglich ist, das Gerät auf eine Seite legen. So bald wie möglich das Gerät senkrecht wiederstellen. 10 Minuten warten, bevor es in Betriebsart “Kühlung” gebraucht wird.

LAGERUNG

Falls die Klimaanlage für eine längere Zeit nicht benutzt werden soll, sind die Filter zu reinigen und das Kondenswasser der innereren Einheit durch Betätigung der hinteren Ablaßhöse abzulassen. Der Schlauch ist nicht abzutrennen. Sollte es unumgänglich sein, sind die beiden offenen Hälften der Schnellanschlüsse mit den Kunststoffdeckeln, die als Ausstattung mitgeliefert wurden, zu schützen. Sie sind mit einem Maulschlüssel fest anzuziehen. Keine schweren Gegenstände auf die obere Platte legen und das Gerät möglichst mit einer Kunststoffolie abdecken.

FALSCH!

• Der Gebrauch von mobilen Telefonen muß in der Nähe

des Klimagerätes vermieden werden, weil sie beim Betrieb des Gerätes Störungen verursachen können. Im Falle einer Betriebsstörung (Die Betriebslampe OPERATION leuchtet, aber die Außeneinheit läuft nicht) schalten Sie die Stromversorgung für 60 Sekunden am Hauptschalter oder durch Ziehen des Steckers ab und schalten das Gerät anschließend wieder ein.

• Die blinkende Betriebslampe OPERATION und das

gleichzeitige Anhalten des Klimagerätes für kurze Zeit, 1

- 2 Minuten, zeigen den überflüssigen Kondenswasserabfluß an.

Wenn blinkt die Betriebslampe OPERATION weiter und hält das Klimagerät endgültig an, es meint, daß die Pumpe nicht funktioniert oder, daß das Kondenswasserabflußrohr im Verbindungsschlauch verstopft ist; auf diesem Fall sollte man den Eingriff des TECHNISCHEN KUNDENDIENSTES verlangen.

Im Notfall kann das Klimagerät weiterlaufen, indem es das Kondenswasser von dem rückseitigen linken Rohr in ein ziemlich kleines Behälter ausläßt, das Röhrchen ausziehen und den Stopfen entfernen.

• Falls das Klimagerät nicht richtig funktioniert, führen Sie

bitte die unten aufgeführten Überprüfungen durch, bevor Sie den technischen Kundendienst rufen. Falls die Störung bleibt, wenden Sie sich an den Händler oder den Technischen Kundendienst.

Störung: Das Klimagerät läuft überhaupt nicht. Mögliche Ursache:

1. Keine Stromzufuhr.

2. Niederdruckschalter wurde ausgelöst.

3. Netzspannung ist zu niedrig.

4. Betriebstaste ist ausgeschaltet (OFF).

5. Batterien in der Fernbedienung sind erschöpft.

RATSCHLÄGE FÜR HÖCHSTEN KOMFORT UND NIEDRIGSTEN VERBRAUCH

VERMEIDEN SIE:

● Den Luftzufuhr und Luftansauggrill der Einheit zu

versperren. Sind diese nicht frei, arbeitet die Einheit nicht einwandfrei und könnte Schaden erleiden.

● Notfalls Sonnenschutz benutzen oder Vorhänge zuziehen,

um Sonnenbestrahlung des Raumes zu verhindern.

ÜBERPRÜFEN SIE:

● Daß der Luftfilter immer sauber ist. Ein schmutziger Filter

vermindert den Luftdurchlauf und setzt die Leistung der Einheit herab.

● Daß Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind, um das

Eindringen nicht konditionierter Luft zu vermeiden.

FESTSTELLUNG UND BEHEBUNG VON BETRIEBSSTÖRUNGEN

Abhilfe:

1. Für erneute Stromzufuhr sorgen.

2. Wenden Sie sich an eine Kundendienststelle.

3. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Elektriker oder Fachhändler

beraten.

4. Taste ON/OFF erneut drücken.

5. Batterien auswechseln.

Störung: Das Klimagerät arbeitet nicht und die STANDBY Lampe blinkt.

Mögliche Ursache:

1. Fehlerhafter Sensor.

Abhilfe:

1. Wenden Sie sich an eine Kundendienststelle.

Störung: Die TIMER Lampe blinkt, und das Klimagerät arbeitet nicht.

Mögliche Ursache:

1. Stromunterbrechung während des TIMER-Betriebs.

Abhilfe:

1. Drücken Sie die ON/OFF Taste auf der Fernbedienung.

Störung: Kompressor läuft, kommt jedoch bald zum Stillstand.

Mögliche Ursache:

1. Ein Hindernis befindet sich vor der Kondensatorschlange.

Abhilfe:

1. Hindernis entfernen.

Störung: Schlechte Kühl- oder Heizleistung. Mögliche Ursache:

1. Luftfilter ist schmutzig oder zugesetzt.

2. Eine Wärmequelle oder viele Leute befinden sich im

Raum.

3. Türen und/oder Fenster sind geöffnet.

4. Ein Hindernis befindet sich in der Nähe des Lufteinlasses

oder -auslasses.

5. Thermostat ist zu hoch (für Kühlung) oder zu niedrig

(für Heizung) eingestellt.

6. Außentemperatur ist zu niedrig (Wärmepumpe

Ausführung).

7. Entfrostungssystem arbeitet nicht (Wärmepumpe

Ausführung).

Abhilfe:

1. Luftfilter reinigen, um den Luftstrom zu verbessern.

2. Die Wärmequelle möglichst abschalten.

3. Diese schließen, damit keine Wärme bzw. Kälte von

außen eindringt.

4. Hindernis entfernen, um einen unbehinderten Luftstrom

zu gewährleisten.

5. Temperatur niedriger (bzw. höher) einstellen.

6. Ein zweites Heizgerät einsetzen (Wärmepumpe

Ausführung).

7. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem Fachhändler beraten

(Wärmepumpe Ausführung).

Störung: Knackgeräusche werden vom Klimagerät gehört. Mögliche Ursache:

1. Beim Heiz- und Kühlbetrieb können plötzliche

Temperaturwechsel eine Ausdehnung bzw. ein Schrumpfen von Künststoffteilen verursachen. In einem solchen Fall werden u.U. Knackgeräusche gehört.

Abhilfe:

1. Dies ist normal, und die Geräusche wieder aufhören,

wenn eine beständige temperatur erreicht wird.

MONITOR PANEL

1. TIMER lamp: This lamp lights up when the system is

being controlled by the timer or sleep mode.

2. OPERATION lamp: This lamp lights up during operation. It blinks once to announce that the remote control signal

has been received and stored. It blinks continuously during the protection modes (defrosting, etc.).

This lamp flashes and the air conditioner simultaneously stops during exceeding condensate drainage or because of malfunctioning of the condensate drainage system.

The OFF position does not disconnect the power. Use the main power switch to turn off power completely.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

● Read this booklet carefully before using this air

conditioner. If you still have any difficulties or problems, consult your dealer for help.

● This air conditioner is designed to give you

comfortable room conditions. Use this only for its intended purpose as described in this Instruction Manual.

● Never use or store gasoline or other flammable vapour

or liquid near the air conditioner. It is very dangerous.

Moreover, never install electrical equipment, which is not protected with IPX1 protection (protection against vertical water drop), under the unit.

● The manufacturer assumes no responsibilities if the safety

regulations or local codes are not observed.

● Never use neither the power main switch or the power

plug to start or stop the air conditioner. Always use the ON/OFF button.

● Do not stick anything into the air outlet of the air

conditioner. This is dangerous because the fan is rotating at high speed.

● Do not let children play with the air conditioner.

● Do not cool the room too much if babies or invalids

are present.

Before using the appliance

● Check that the power supply at the location where the

air conditioner is going to be used is 220/240 volt, single phase.

● The electrical connection of the unit is X type with cable

prepared in a special way; in case you should notice any damage due to usage, call the nearest After Sale Service to get the cable replaced.

● Before connecting the air conditioner to a power

socket, make sure that the socket is provided with an earth connection.

● Verify that the available power supply is sufficient for

running other electrical domestic appliances in use simultaneously from the same supply. See the data plate on the unit showing the max. absorbed powers.

● Install a double - pole switch, protected fuses of the

delayed type, upstream the electricity wall socket 10A.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

INSTALLATION LOCATION

● Do not install this air conditioner where there are

fumes or flammable gases, or in an extremely humid space such as a green house.

● Do not install the air conditioner where excessively

high heat-generating objects are placed.

● Do not install the air conditioner where the

atmosphere is extremely damp or humid (e.g. greenhouse or laundry) it could be wetted by drops of water (i.e. in laundries).

Avoid:

To protect the air conditioner from heavy corrosion, avoid installing the outdoor unit where salty sea water can splash directly onto it or in sulphurous air near a spa.

● Make sure that there are no obstacles around the

indoor unit affecting the free circulation of air. Do not block the air intake and outlet of the unit with curtains or other.Never put objects on the top of the unit.

WARNING

● Make sure that circuit breakers, fuses, etc. are of sufficient

capacity to handle start - up current (normally for no longer than a second).

● All wiring must conform to the local electrical codes.

Consult your dealer or a qualified electrician for details.

WARNING!

The air conditioner is provided with a time-guard system, which does not allow re-starting of compressor until after 3 minutes from a previous stop.

IMPORTANT ADVICE

OUTDOOR UNIT

1.When you move the outdoor unit, always hold it by the handle, never pull it by the flexible tube.

2.Never let the outdoor unit hang on the flexible tube.

3.When you recover the outdoor unit after operation, drain away any remaining condensate by tilting the unit.

POSITIONING OF OUTDOOR UNIT

The outdoor unit must always be kept in vertical position and levelled. Make sure that there are no obstacles around the unit affecting the free circulation of air. Alug at the rear bottom of the unit ensures the minimum distance from the wall (3 cm). The unit must be kept at a minimum distance of cm. 15 (sidewise) and cm. 80 (frontally) from any walls.

INSTALLATION TYPE A

If your room has a balcony or a window-sill of sufficient depth (min. 25 cm) you may rest the unit freely onto it. For safety’s sake, you may anchor the unit to the window-sill using one M6 x 20 expansion bolt in the slot of the lug at the rear bottom of the unit. The flexible tube may easily pass through the balcony door or window shutters set ajar.

INSTALLATION TYPE B (USING THE BASKET)

1. Fix the basket to the wall below the window sill.

2. Place the unit in the basket and check that it is levelled.

INSTALLATION TYPE C (USING THE SUPPORT)

1. Fix the support guide to the wall below the window sill.

2. Insert the support in the handle of outdoor unit, and turn the

outdoor unit upside down as shown in the picture.

3. Place the support and secure it at the edge of the unit, using

the screws.

4. Insert the support, fixed on the unit, at the guide fixed to

the wall. Make sure it is levelled.

OPERATION WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL UNIT

When using the remote control unit, always point the unit transmitter head directly at the air conditioner receiver.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR SELECTOR

Under normal conditions the room temperature is detected and checked by the temperature sensor placed in the air conditioner.

●

Press the remote control I FEEL button to activate the temperature sensor placed in the remote control. This function is designed to provide a personalised environment by transmitting the temperature control command from the location next to you. Therefore, in using this function, the remote control should always be aimed, without obstruction, at the air conditioner.

The remote control unit sends the temperature signal to the air conditioner regularly at two minute intervals. If the signal from the remote control unit stops for more than five minutes due to some troubles, the air conditioner will switch to the temperature sensor which is built into the indoor unit and controls the room temperature. In these cases, the temperature around the remote control unit may differ from the temperature detected in the air conditioner position.

HOW TO INSTALL BATTERIES

Remove the lid in the rear part of the remote control unit.

Insert two AAA alkaline batteries of 1,5 V-DC. Make sure the batteries point in the direction marked in the battery compartment.

The batteries last about six months. Depending on how much you use the remote control unit. Remove the batteries if you do not use the remote control unit for more than one month. Press the +, -, SET and CLEAR buttons together after batteries replacement. (This operation allows you to reset correctly all the programs. The remote control unit is to be set up again). Replace the batteries when the remote control unit lamp fails to light, or when the air conditioner does not receive the remote control unit signals.

HEATING PERFORMANCE

A heat pump conditioner heats a room by taking heat from outside air. The heating efficiency will fall off when the outdoor temperature is very low. If enough heat is not obtained with this air conditioner, use another heating appliance in conjunction with it.

For several minutes after the start of heating operation, the indoor fan will not run until the indoor heat exchanger coil has warmed up sufficiently. This is because the COLD DRAFT PREVENTION SYSTEM is operating.

DEFROSTING OF HEAT EXCHANGER OUTDOOR UNIT “STANDBY”

When the outdoor temperature is low, frost or ice may appear on the heat exchanger coil, reducing the heating performance. When this happens, a microcomputer defrosting system operates. At the same time, the fan in the indoor unit stops and the OPERATION lamp is flashing until defrosting is completed. Heating operation restarts after several minutes. (This interval will vary slightly depending on the room and outdoor temperature).

HOW TO SET THE PRESENT TIME

1. Press the SET button for five seconds. The time

indication alone flashes.

2. Press the + or - buttons until the present time is displayed.

3. Press the SET button to stop the indication flashing.

COOLING

Verify that the unit is connected to the main power and the STANDBY lamp is light up.

ADJUSTING THE FAN SPEED

Simply set the FAN SPEED selector to the position. A microcomputer automatically controls the fan speed when the AUTO mode is selected. When the air conditioner starts operating, the difference between the room temperature and the set temperature is detected by the microcomputer which then automatically switches the fan speed to the most suitable level.

The SLEEP mode enables you to save energy.

1. Set the MODE selector to cool, dry or heat.

2. Press the SLEEP button.

3. The mark appears on the display. Press the

SLEEP button again to release the SLEEP function.

What does the SLEEP mode mean?

In this mode, the air conditioner will cool or heat the room to the set temperature, and then the thermostat will make the unit pause. After about 1 hour, the air conditioner will automatically reset the set temperature as follows (also refer to graphs).

When the room temperature reaches the new set value, the thermostat will cause the unit to pause. After about 1 hour the temperature will be raised by 1 °C in cooling, or lowered by 1 °C in heating. This enables you to save energy without sacrificing your comfort.

DEHUMIDIFYING (DRY)

1.Set the MODE selector switch to “DRY” .

2.Press the ON/OFF button and switch the air condioner

ON.

3.Press the TEMP. buttons (3) to set the room temperature (the temperature range is between 30 °C max. and 16 °C min.).

At this point the unit executes cycles of turning ON/OFF automatically.

NOTE: The set room temperature could decrease.

THE DISPLAY SHOWS THE SELECTED TEMPERATURE.

NOTE

●

Use DRY operation when you want to reduce the humidity in the room.

●

During DRY operation, the fan speed is automatically set to low or stops to prevent overcooling.

NOTE

The air conditioner changes the operation mode (from cool to heat or vice versa, if one of the following conditions occurs:

- ZONE A: changes if the difference between the room temperature and the temperature set on the remote control unit is at least 3°C..

- ZONE B: changes if the difference between the room temperature and the temperature set on the remote control unit is at least 1°C, one hour after the compressor stop.

- ZONE C: never changes if the difference between the room temperature and the temperature set on the remote control unit is no more than 1°C.

FAN ONLY

If you want to make air circulate without any temperature control, follow these steps:

1. Set the MODE selector switch to “FAN” .

2. Press the ON/OFF button and switch the air conditioner

ON.

NOTE

In FAN Only mode the fan speed is adjusted automatically as in cooling mode.

D) HOW TO CLEAR THE TIMER

1. Press the TIMER button to select the timer.

2. Press the CLEAR button if you want that every timer

operation will be cleared.

SETTING THE TIMER

NOTE

If the procedure to set the timer is not completed, by pushing the SET button, within 15 seconds the timer operation will be cancelled and the last set-up is restored.

There are four timers that can be selected on the remote control.Two daily timers (designated as T1,T2) ,and two optional weekend timers (designated as WKTI, WKT2). Each timer can be selected by pressing TIMER button.

The daily timers T1 and T2 can be set for ON and OFF separately for two different time periods. Timer setting will not change until new setting is input.

The weekend timers WKT1 and WKT2 can be set for ON and OFF separately for two different time periods and they are effective two days only. These timers will be effective on the day of setting and on the day after only. At 24:00 on the second day, the WK timer will not be effective anymore and the daily timer will be effective again.

WKT1 - effective on the setting day WKT2 - effective one day after the setting day.

NOTE:

1. During the weekend timer operation, the daily timers will be disabled.

2. The WK timers must be reactivated before every weekend.

A) HOW TO SET THE OFF TIME

1. Press the TIMER button to select the desired timer.

2. Press the SET and CLEAR buttons till the OFF sign

blinks.

3. Press the + or - (HOUR) button until the desired value is displayed.

4. Press the SET button to activate the timer.

B) HOW TO SET THE ON TIME

1. Press the TIMER button to select the desired timer.

2. Press the SET button till the ON sign blinks.

3. Press the + or - (HOUR) button until the desired value

is displayed.

4. Press the SET and CLEAR buttons to activate the timer.

C) HOW TO SET A PROGRAM FOR DAILY ON/OFF

OPERATION (OR VICEVERSA)

1. Press the TIMER button to select the desired timer.

2. Press the SET button till the ON sign blinks.

3. Press the + or - (HOUR) button until the desired value

is displayed.

4. Press the SET button again, the OFF sign blinks.

5. Press the + or - (HOUR) button until the desired value

is displayed.

6. Press the SET button to activate the timer.

HORIZONTAL

The horizontal air flow can be adjusted by moving the vertical blades to the left or right, as indicated in the following figure.

ADJUSTING THE AIR FLOW DIRECTION

Set vertical blades to the front position during COOLING/DRY operation if humidity is high. If the vertical blades are set to the left-most or rightmost position, condensation will form around the air outlet and drip off.

CAUTION

VERTICAL

Hold the end of the flap and move it up and down to adjust the vertical air flow.

● Do not pour water on the unit to clean it. This will damage

the internal components and cause an electric shock hazard.

● Never use solvents, or chemical agents when cleaning the

indoor unit. Do not wipe the plastic casing using very hot water.

Casing and Grille

Clean the casing and grille of the indoor unit with a vacuum cleaner brush, or wipe them with a clean, soft cloth. If these parts are stained, use a clean cloth moistened with a mild liquid detergent. When cleaning the grille, be careful not to force the blades out of place.

2. WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS RUNNING

If you want to turn off the air conditioner push the OPERATION BUTTON until the OPERATION lamp is turned off.

Power failure during operation.

In the event of power failure, the unit will stop. When the power is resumed, the unit will restart automatically after 3 minutes.

NOTE

If you have lost the remote control unit or it has troubles, follow the steps below.

1. WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS STOPPED

If you want to turn on the air conditioner push the OPERATION BUTTON to select the desired mode:

• COOL or HEAT for heat pump models

• COOL for cooling only models

OPERATION WITHOUT THE REMOTE CONTROL UNIT

The air conditioner will start in automatic fan speed and flap sweep operation. The temperature setting is 22°C for cooling mode and 26°C for heating mode.

NOTE

CARE AND CLEANING

For safety, be sure to turn the air conditioner off and also to disconnect the power before cleaning.

● Some metal edges and the

condenser fins are sharp and may cause injury if handled improperly; special care should be taken when you clean these parts.

● Periodically check the outdoor unit

to see if the air outlet or air intake are clogged up with dirt or soot.

● The condenser and other

components of the outdoor unit must be cleaned periodically. Consult your DEALER or AFTER SALES SERVICE.

OUTDOOR UNIT (CASING AND CONDENSING COIL)

AIR FILTER

The air filter must be cheked at least once every two weeks operation. Operation with a dirty filter always causes a lower efficency of the air conditioner and severe product damage. The filter is located at the back of the intake grille in the front of the air-conditioner and shall be removed from the upper side of the unit.

HOW TO REMOVE THE FILTER

FILTER CLEANING

Use a vacuum cleaner to remove light dust. If there is sticky dust on the filter, wash the filter in lukewarm, soapy water, rinse it in clean water, and dry it.

TRANSPORT

Preferably keep the air conditioner in the vertical position during transportation. If this is not possible, then lay it on one side; when at destination put the air conditioner back in the vertical position and wait at least 10 minutes before using it for cooling.

STORAGE

If you are not going to use the air-conditioner for a long period, clean the air filters, evacuate the condensate from the indoor unit through the drain hose at the unit back side. Do not disconnect the flexible tube, unless you are obliged to do it: in that case protect the open halves of the couplings with the plugs supplied as accessories, that must be tightened with a spanner. Do not put heavy objects on the top of the unit, and protect it with a cloth or a plastic bag.

• The use of portable telephones near the air-conditioner

may cause disturbance to its normal operation and must be avoided. In case abnormal operation is noticed, (OPERATION lamp lights but outdoor unit will not run) to restore normal operation turn-off electric supply for 60 seconds at least, by disconnecting the main switch or the wall plug, then start again the air-conditioner.

• The blinking OPERATION lamp, together with the stop of

the air conditioner for a short time, 1 - 2 minutes, are due to the exceeding condensate drainage.

If the OPERATION lamp goes on blinking and the air conditioner definitely stops means that the condensate pump is not working or that the condensate drain pipe in the flexible connection pipe is obstructed; in this case contact the AFTER SALE SERVICE.

In case of emergency the air conditioner can work by draining the condensate from the back little pipe into a rather short container: extract the little pipe and remove the cap.

• If your air conditioner does not work properly, first check

the following points before requesting service. If it still does not work properly, contact your dealer or service center.

Trouble: the air conditioner does not run at all. Possible cause:

1. Power failure.

2. Leakage breaker tripped.

3. Line voltage is too low.

4. Operation button is OFF.

5. Batteries in remote control unit have run down.

TIPS FOR ENERGY SAVING

DO NOT:

● Block the air intake and outlet of the unit.

If they are obstructed, the unit will not work well, and may be damaged.

● Let direct sunlight into the room. Use sunshades, blind

or curtain.

DO:

● Always try to keep the air filter clean. A clogged filter

will impair the performance of the unit.

● To prevent conditioned air from escaping, keep windows,

doors and any other openings closed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Remedy:

1. Restore power.

2. Contact service center.

3. Consult your electrician or dealer.

4. Press the button again.

5. Replace batteries. Trouble: The air conditioner does not operate and

STANDBY lamp flashes.

Possible cause:

1. Defective sensor.

Remedy:

1. Contact service center. Trouble: TIMER lamp flashes and the air conditioner does

not operate.

Possible cause:

1. Power failure during timer operation.

Remedy:

1. Press ON/OFF button on remote control.

Trouble: Compressor runs but soon stops. Possible cause:

1. Obstruction in front of condenser coil.

Remedy:

1. Remove obstruction.

Trouble: Poor cooling or heating performance. Possible cause:

1. Dirty or clogged air filter.

2. Heat source or many people in room.

3. Doors and/or windows are open.

4. Obstacle near air intake or air discharge port.

5. Thermostat is set too high (for cooling) or too low (for heating).

6. Outdoor temperature is too low (heat pump version).

7. Defrosting system does not work (heat pump version).

Remedy:

1. Clean air filter to improve airflow.

2. Eliminate heat source if possible.

3. Shut them to keep the heat or cold out.

4. Remove it to ensure good airflow.

5. Set the temperature lower (or higher).

6. Try to use a back-up heater (heat pump version).

7. Consult your dealer (heat pump version).

Trouble: Clicking sound is heard from the air conditioner. Possible cause:

1. Spia TIMER: si accende quando l’unità è controllata

dal timer o dal programma notturno.

2. Spia funzionamento (OPERATION): si accende quando l’unità è in funzione.

Lampeggia una volta per avvisare che il segnale del telecomando é stato ricevuto e memorizzato. Lampeggia continuamente durante le funzioni di protezione (sbrinamento, ecc.).

Lampeggia con il contemporaneo arresto del condizionatore durante lo scarico della condensa in eccesso, oppure per il malfunzionamento dello stesso sistema di evacuazione condensa.

IL PRODOTTO

La posizione OFF non interrompe l’alimentazione elettrica. Usate l’interruttore principale per isolare il condizionatore d’aria.

● Mai usare o conservare benzina o altri liquidi infiammabili

vicino al condizionatore. E' molto pericoloso.

Inoltre, non installare sotto l’unità, apparecchiature elettriche non protette con grado di protezione IPX1 (protezione all’acqua a caduta verticale).

● Il costruttore non si assume responsabilità alcuna nel

caso in cui le norme di sicurezza e antinfortunistiche non vengano rispettate.

● Non usare mai né l’interruttore generale né la spina

come mezzo per arrestare o avviare il climatizzatore Usate sempre il tasto di accensione/spegnimento (ON/OFF).

● Non inserite oggetti nel condizionatore. E’ molto

pericoloso perché il ventilatore gira ad alta velocità.

● Non lasciate giocare i bambini con il condizionatore

d’aria.

● Non raffreddate eccessivamente la stanza se ci sono

bambini molto piccoli o degli invalidi.

Prima di usare il climatizzatore

● Verificate che la tensione nominale monofase di

alimentazione nel luogo di utilizzo sia di 220/240 Volt.

● Il collegamento elettrico é di tipo X con cavo preparato in

modo speciale; qualora fosse danneggiato dall’uso, per la sostituzione, rivolgersi al Centro Assistenza.

● Assicuratevi che la presa dell'impianto elettrico sia

sempre provvista di messa a terra efficiente.

● Assicuratevi che l'impianto elettrico sia in grado di erogare

la corrente d'esercizio necessaria per il climatizzatore oltre a quella assorbita normalmente da altre utenze (elettrodomestici, illuminazione). Vedere gli assorbimenti massimi indicati sulla targhetta dati posta sull'apparecchio.

● Installare un interruttore bipolare, con fusibile di protezione

del tipo ritardato, a monte della presa d'alimentazione di 10A.

● Assicuratevi che interruttori automatici e valori di

protezione dell'impianto siano in grado di sopportare la corrente di spunto (normalmente per un tempo inferiore a 1 secondo).

● Tutti gli allacciamenti elettrici devono essere conformi

alle normative elettriche locali. Per i dettagli, consultare il rivenditore o un elettricista.

● Leggete attentamente questo manuale prima di usare

il condizionatore d’aria. In caso di dubbi o problemi, rivolgetevi al rivenditore o centro assistenza autorizzato.

● Questo condizionatore d’aria è stato progettato per

creare condizioni climatiche ideali nella vostra stanza. Usatelo soltanto per questo scopo specifico e come descritto in questo manuale.

REQUISITI ELETTRICI

LUOGO DI INSTALLAZIONE

● Non installare questo condizionatore d’aria dove ci

sono fumi, gas infiammabili o molta umidità, come in una serra.

● Non installare il condizionatore dove ci sono

apparecchiature che generano un calore eccessivo.

● Non installare l'unità interna in locali dove potrebbe

essere investita da spruzzi d'acqua (es. lavanderia).

Evitare:

Per proteggere il condizionatore d’aria dalla corrosione eccessiva, non installate l’unità esterna dove può essere esposta direttamente agli spruzzi d’acqua marina o a vapori solforosi nelle stazioni climatiche.

● Assicurare la libera circolazione dell'aria all'unità

interna. Non ostruire con tendaggi o simili la griglia di aspirazione e quella di mandata. La parte superiore deve essere libera da qualsiasi ostacolo, non depositare oggetti sul climatizzatore.

UNITÀ ESTERNA

1.Per spostare l'unità esterna, afferratela sempre per la

maniglia, mai per il tubo flessibile.

2.Non lasciate mai penzolare l'unità esterna dalla finestra,

appesa al tubo flessibile.

3.Quando ritirate l'unità esterna dopo il funzionamento,

scaricate l'eventuale condensa residua inclinando l'unità.

ATTENZIONE!

Il climatizzatore è dotato di un sistema di protezione del compressore dai sovraccarichi che non consente la partenza del compressore se non sono trascorsi almeno 3 minuti da un precedente arresto.

POSIZIONAMENTO UNITÀ ESTERNA

L'unità esterna deve sempre essere mantenuta in posizione verticale e ben livellata. Assicurarsi che non vi siano ostacoli alla libera circolazione dell'aria. Un piedino sporgente sul retro dell'unità garantisce la minima distanza dalla parete (3 cm). Garantire una distanza minima da eventuali pareti di cm. 15 sui lati e cm. 80 sul fronte dell'unità.

INSTALLAZIONE TIPO A

Se disponete di un balcone, oppure di una finestra con davanzale abbastanza profondo (min. 25 cm) potete appoggiare l'unità esterna liberamente. Per maggiore sicurezza consigliamo di fissare il piedino posteriore dell'unità al davanzale con un tassello ad espansione M6 x 20. Il tubo flessibile potrà passare facilmente tra i battenti accostati della finestra o porta-balcone, bloccati in posizione di minima apertura.

INSTALLAZIONE TIPO B (CON CONTENITORE)

1. Fissare il contenitore al muro sotto il davanzale della finestra.

2. Inserire l’unità esterna nel contenitore e controllare che sia

a livello.

INSTALLAZIONE TIPO C (CON SUPPORTO)

1. Fissare la guida supporto al muro sotto il davanzale della finestra.

2. Inserire il supporto nella maniglia dell’unità esterna e capovolgere quest’ultima come da figura.

3. Posizionare il supporto e fissarlo al bordo dell’unità esterna con le viti.

4. Inserire il supporto fissato all’unità esterna nella guida fissata al muro. Verificare che sia a livello.

Il climatizzatore è composto da due unità collegate tra di loro da un tubo flessibile. L'unità interna va collocata nel locale da condizionare, in prossimità di una finestra, porta-balcone o parete esterna. L'unità esterna, che assicura lo smaltimento del calore e della condensa, va collocata all'esterno, sul davanzale della finestra, sul balcone o appesa al muro.

Indirizzare il telecomando con la testina del trasmettitore verso il ricevitore posto sul condizionatore d’aria.

In condizioni normali la temperatura ambiente viene rilevata e controllata dal sensore di temperatura posizionato all’interno del condizionatore.

●

Premere il pulsante I FEEL per attivare il sensore di temperatura posizionato nel telecomando. Questa funzione permette di creare una temperatura ambiente ottimale perché il telecomando trasmette la temperatura dalla posizione in cui vi trovate. Quindi, usando questa funzione, il telecomando deve sempre essere indirizzato verso il condizionatore.

Il telecomando trasmette il segnale della temperatura al condizionatore d'aria regolarmente a intervalli di due minuti. Se il segnale dal telecomando si arresta per più di cinque minuti a causa di inconvenienti, il condizionatore d'aria si commuta automaticamente sul sensore della temperatura, incorporato nell'unità interna, che controlla la temperatura ambiente. In questi casi la temperatura vicino al telecomando può differire dalla temperatura rilevata nella posizione del condizionatore d'aria.

INSERIMENTO DELLE BATTERIE

● Rimuovere il coperchio sul retro del telecomando.

● Inserire due batterie da 1,5 V-DC tipo AAA alcaline.

Rispettare la polarità come indicato sul telecomando.

● La durata media delle batterie è di sei mesi e dipende

dalla frequenza con cui si usa il telecomando. Rimuovere le batterie nel caso di lungo inutilizzo del telecomando (oltre un mese). Premere contemporaneamente i pulsanti +, -, SET e CLEAR dopo aver sostituito le batterie. (Questa operazione permette di azzerare correttamente tutti i programmi. Il telecomando va nuovamente impostato). Sostituire le batterie quando la spia di trasmissione dati del telecomando non lampeggia oppure quando il condizionatore non risponde ai comandi del telecomando.

● Le batterie del telecomando contengono sostanze

inquinanti. Terminata la loro vita utile, devono essere smaltite secondo le vigenti normative.

FUNZIONAMENTO IN AUTOMATICO

Quando la temperatura esterna scende sotto lo zero sulla batteria esterna si forma del ghiaccio che riduce la potenzialità in riscaldamento. Quando questo accade il microprocessore comanda un’inversione del funzionamento del condizionatore (sbrinamento). Con questa funzione operativa il ventilatore dell’unità interna si ferma e la spia OPERATION lampeggia. Il funzionamento in riscaldamento riprende dopo alcuni minuti in relazione alle temperature ambiente ed esterna.

SBRINAMENTO DELLO SCAMBIATORE DI CALORE UNITÀ ESTERNA “STANDBY”

FUNZIONAMENTO E CAPACITÀ DI UN SISTEMA IN “POMPA DI CALORE”

Un condizionatore in versione pompa di calore riscalda l’ambiente sottraendo il calore all’aria esterna. La capacità (efficienza) del sistema si riduce quando la temperatura esterna scende sotto lo zero. Se il condizionatore non riesce a mantenere un valore sufficiente della temperatura si dovrà integrare il riscaldamento con un’altra apparecchiatura.

Dopo l’attivazione della funzione riscaldamento, il ventilatore dell’unità interna si fermerà. Questo perché è operativa una protezione “Prevenzione corrente aria fredda” che abiliterà il funzionamento del ventilatore solo dopo che lo scambiatore di calore dell’unità interna sarà sufficientemente caldo. Durante questo periodo la spia STANDBY rimarrà accesa.

COME REGOLARE L'OROLOGIO

Verificare che l’unità sia collegata alla corrente e che la spia STANDBY sia accesa.

1.Premere il pulsante MODE (modo di funzionamento) fino a far apparire sul visore il simbolo RAFFREDDAMENTO

2.Premere il pulsante ON/OFF e mettere in funzione il condizionatore.

3.Premere i pulsanti TEMP. (3) per impostare la temperatura desiderata (il campo di regolazione varia tra 30 °C massimo e 16 °C minimo).

Cos’è il Programma Notturno?

All’inizio il condizionatore raffredda o riscalda il locale fino alla temperatura impostata (SET TEMP), quindi si arresta. Dopo circa 1 ora la temperatura impostata viene automaticamente modificata come segue (v. grafici).

Il condizionatore funziona fino alla nuova temperatura impostata, quindi si arresta. Dopo circa 1 ora la temperatura impostata viene nuovamente aumentata di 1°C in raffreddamento e diminuita di 1 °C in riscaldamento. In questo modo si risparmia energia senza pregiudicare il comfort notturno nel locale.

DEUMIDIFICAZIONE

1.Premere il pulsante MODE (modo di funzionamento) fino

a far apparire sul visore il simbolo DEUMIDIFICAZIONE

2.Premere il pulsante ON/OFF e mettere in funzione il condizionatore.

3.Premere i pulsanti TEMP. (3) per impostare la temperatura ambiente (il campo di regolazione varia tra 30 °C massimo e 16 °C minimo).

A questo punto il condizionatore esegue in automatico dei cicli di acceso/spento.

NOTA: La temperatura ambiente potrebbe abbassarsi rispetto a quella impostata.

IL VISORE INDICHERÀ IL VALORE DELLA TEMPERATURA SELEZIONATA.

● Usare la funzione deumidificazione quando volete ridurre

l’umidità dell’aria ambiente.

● Con la funzione deumidificazione impostata, il ventilatore

automaticamente gira alla velocità bassa o si ferma per evitare di raffreddare troppo.

NOTA

Il climatizzatore cambia il modo di funzionamento (da freddo a caldo o viceversa) al verificarsi di una delle seguenti condizioni:

- ZONA A: cambia se la temperatura varia di almeno 3°C

da quella impostata sul telecomando.

- ZONA B: cambia se la temperatura varia di almeno 1°C

da quella impostata sul telecomando dopo un’ora dallo stop del compressore.

- ZONA C: non cambia mai se la temperatura non varia

più di 1°C rispetto a quella impostata sul telecomando.

VENTILAZIONE

Se si vuole soltanto far circolare aria nel locale senza modificare la temperatura, operare come segue:

1.Premere il pulsante MODE (modo di funzionamento) fino a far apparire sul visore il simbolo VENTILAZIONE .

2.Premere il pulsante ON/OFF e mettere in funzione il condizionatore.

In modalità VENTILAZIONE la velocità del ventilatore é regolata automaticamente come in modalità raffreddamento.

D) COME AZZERARE IL TIMER

1.Premere il pulsante TIMER per selezionare il timer.

2.Premere il pulsante CLEAR se volete cancellare tutte le

impostazioni del timer.

REGOLAZIONE DEL TIMER

Se la procedura di impostazione del timer non viene completata, entro 15 secondi premendo il pulsante SET, sarà annullata e rimarrà in memoria l’ultima impostazione.

NOTA

Il climatizzatore è dotato di quattro timer che possono essere selezionati col telecomando. Due timer giornalieri (designati come T1,T2) e due timer opzionali per il fine settimana (designati come WKT1, WKT2). Ogni timer può essere selezionato premendo il pulsante TIMER.

I timer T1 e T2 possono essere impostati su ON e OFF separatamente, per due differenti periodi di tempo. Le impostazioni del timer rimarranno invariate finché non saranno inserite nuove impostazioni.

I timer per il fine settimana WKT1 e WKT2 possono essere impostati su ON e OFF separatamente, per due differenti periodi di tempo, per due soli giorni consecutivi. Questi timer saranno validi solo nel giorno dell’impostazione e nel giorno successivo. Alle 24:00 del secondo giorno, i timer WK non saranno più validi ed interverranno i timer giornalieri.

NOTA:

1. Durante l'operazione del temporizzatore di fine settimana, i temporizzatori giornalieri saranno disattivati.

REGOLAZIONE DEL FLUSSO D'ARIA

ORIZZONTALE

Il flusso d’aria può essere regolato orizzontalmente spostando le alette verticali verso sinistra o verso destra come indicato nella figura successiva.

VERTICALE

Afferrate il deflettore e fatelo ruotare verso l'alto o verso il basso.

Durante il raffreddamento o deumidificazione, specialmente in presenza di alta umidità in ambiente, orientare frontalmente le alette verticali. Orientamenti delle alette all'estrema sinistra o destra potrebbero causare la formazione di condensa e gocciolamenti dalla griglia di uscita aria.

PRECAUZIONE

Se il telecomando non funziona o è stato smarrito, operare come segue:

1.CONDIZIONATORE FERMO

Se volete avviare il condizionatore premere il TASTO DI FUNZIONAMENTO per selezionare la modalità desiderata:

• COOL o HEAT per modelli pompa di calore

• COOL per modelli solo freddo

FUNZIONAMENTO SENZA TELECOMANDO

Il condizionatore si avvierà con la velocità automatica del ventilatore. L’impostazione della temperatura é di 22°C per la modalità raffreddamento e di 26°C per il riscaldamento.

NOTA

2.CONDIZIONATORE IN FUNZIONE.

Se volete fermare il condizionatore premere il TASTO DI FUNZIONAMENTO fino allo spegnimento della spia OPERATION.

Interruzione di corrente durante il funzionamento. Se si verifica una interruzione di corrente, il condizionatore d’aria si arresta. Quando l’alimentazione elettrica viene ripristinata il condizionatore riparte automaticamente dopo 3 minuti.

NOTA

MANUTENZIONE E CURA

Prima di procedere ad operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione, spegnere il condizionatore, quindi togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.

● Alcuni bordi metallici e le alette della

batteria condensante possono causare danni se maneggiati in modo improprio: usate le necessarie cautele quando pulite queste parti.

● Controllate periodicamente l'unità

esterna, verificando che l'aspirazione e lo scarico dell'aria non siano ostruiti.

● La batteria condensante e altri

componenti dell'unità esterna devono essere periodicamente puliti. Consultate il rivenditore o il Servizio Assistenza.

Il filtro deve essere controllato almeno una volta ogni due settimane di funzionamento. Il funzionamento con filtro sporco o intasato causa sempre una diminuzione dell'efficienza del climatizzatore e può provocare inconvenienti gravi. Il filtro è collocato dietro la griglia d'aspirazione sul fronte del climatizzatore e si estrae dalla parte superiore.

COME TOGLIERE IL FILTRO.

● Non versate acqua sull'unità per pulirla. Potreste

danneggiare i componenti interni o provocare un corto circuito.

● Non usate solventi o composti chimici aggressivi. Non

strofinate l'involucro in plastica con acqua molto calda.

Pulizia Involucro e Griglia

Pulire l'involucro e la griglia dell'unità interna con la spazzola di un aspirapolvere, o strofinateli con un panno soffice pulito. Se queste parti sono macchiate, usate un panno pulito inumidito. Quando pulite la griglia, fate attenzione a non fare uscire i deflettori dalla loro sede premendo con forza eccessiva.

TRASPORTO

Quando trasportate il climatizzatore, mantenetelo se possibile in posizione verticale. Qualora ciò non fosse possibile, coricatelo su un fianco; quando arrivate a destinazione rimettete subito l'apparecchio in posizione verticale e attendete almeno 10 minuti prima di utilizzarlo in raffreddamento.

PULIZIA FILTRO

Pulire il filtro con una aspirapolvere. In presenza di polvere oleosa lavate con acqua saponata tiepida, risciacquate e lasciate asciugare.

CONSERVAZIONE

Quando prevedete di non utilizzare il climatizzatore per un lungo periodo, pulite i filtri e scaricare l'acqua di condensa dall'unità interna agendo sul tubetto di scarico posteriore. Non scollegate il tubo flessibile; se siete costretti a farlo, proteggete le due metà aperte degli attacchi rapidi con i tappi di plastica forniti in dotazione, serrandoli a fondo con una chiave fissa. Non appoggiate oggetti pesanti sul piano superiore e possibilmente proteggete l'apparecchio con un foglio di plastica.

TUBETTO SCARICO CONDENSA

CONSIGLI PER IL MASSIMO COMFORT ED UN MINIMO CONSUMO

EVITARE:

Di ostruire le griglie di mandata e aspirazione dell’unità, se queste sono ostruite l’unità non lavora correttamente e potrebbe danneggiarsi.

●

L’irraggiamento diretto in ambiente usando tende parasole esterne oppure tirando le tende interne.

VERIFICARE:

●

Che il filtro aria sia sempre pulito. Un filtro sporco diminuisce il passaggio dell’aria e riduce la resa dell’unità.

●

Che porte e finestre siano tenute chiuse per evitare infiltrazione di aria non condizionata.

AVVERTIMENTO

• L’uso di telefoni cellulari in prossimità del condizionatore

deve essere evitato perché può causare disturbi al regolare funzionamento dello stesso. Qualora fosse notato un funzionamento anomalo (La spia di funzionamento OPERATION si accende, ma l’unità esterna non funziona), ripristinare il normale funzionamento togliendo l’alimentazione elettrica per circa 60 secondi, tramite l’interruttore generale o la spina, quindi rimettete in funzione il condizionatore.

• La spia di funzionamento (OPERATION) che lampeggia

con il contemporaneo arresto del condizionatore per un tempo limitato, 1 - 2 minuti, sono dovuti allo scarico della condensa in eccesso.

Se la spia di funzionamento (OPERATION) continua a lampeggiare e il condizionatore si arresta definitivamente significa che la pompa non funziona oppure che il tubetto di scarico condensa all’interno del tubo flessibile di collegamento é ostruito; in questo caso rivolgetevi al SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA.

Il condizionatore può continuare a funzionare in emergenza scaricando la condensa dal tubetto posteriore in un recipiente di altezza limitata: sfilare il tubetto e rimuovere il tappo.

• Se il vostro condizionatore non funziona regolarmente,

prima di chiamare il Servizio Assistenza eseguite i controlli sottoelencati. Se il problema permane, contattare il Rivenditore o il Servizio Assistenza.

Difetto: Il condizionatore è completamente fermo. Possibile causa:

1. Alimentazione interrotta.

2. Interruttore automatico aperto o fusibile interrotto.

3. Tensione di linea troppo bassa.

4. Il pulsante di avviamento è nella posizione OFF.

5. Batterie del telecomando scariche.

Rimedio:

1. Ripristinare l’alimentazione.

2. Contattare il Servizio Assistenza.

3. Consultare il vostro elettricista.

4. Premere il pulsante di avviamento ON/OFF.

5. Sostituire le batterie. Difetto: Il condizionatore non funziona e la spia STANDBY

sull’unità interna lampeggia.

Possibile causa:

1. Sonda difettosa.

Rimedio:

1. Contattare il Servizio Assistenza. Difetto: La spia TIMER lampeggia e il condizionatore non

funziona.

Possibile causa:

1. Interruzione di corrente durante la modalità timer.

Rimedio:

1. Premere il pulsante ON/OFF sul telecomando. Difetto: Il compressore si mette in moto, ma dopo pochi

minuti si arresta.

Possibile causa:

1. Batteria condensatore ostruita (Unità esterna).

Rimedio:

1. Rimuovere l’ostruzione. Difetto: Il condizionatore non raffredda o non riscalda a

sufficienza.

Possibile causa:

1. Filtro sporco o ostruito.

2. Carico raffreddamento eccessivo.

3. Porte o finestre aperte.

4. Ostruzione in prossimità della ripresa o della mandata d’aria.

5. Taratura del termostato troppo alta (raffreddamento) o troppo bassa (riscaldamento).

6. Temperatura aria esterna molto bassa (versione pompa calore).

7. Il sistema di sbrinamento sull’unità esterna in riscaldamento non funziona (versione pompa calore).

Rimedio:

1. Pulire il filtro.

2. Eliminare sorgenti di calore in eccesso.

3. Chiudere porte e finestre.

4. Rimuovere le ostruzioni per ripristinare una corretta circolazione d’aria.

5. Ritarare il termostato.

6. Usare un’altra fonte di calore aggiuntiva (versione pompa calore).

7. Contattare il Servizio Assistenza (versione pompa calore).

Difetto: Il condizionatore emette dei leggeri scricchiolii. Possibile causa:

1. In riscaldamento o raffreddamento con il variare della temperatura le parti in plastica subiscono delle dilatazioni che causano questo inconveniente.

Rimedio:

1. Situazione da ritenersi normale; i leggeri scricchiolii percepiti scompariranno allo stabilizzarsi della temperatura.

PANNEAU DE SIGNALISATION

1. Voyant du temporisateur (TIMER): Ce voyant s'allume

lorsque l'unité est contrôlée par le temporisateur ou par le programme nocturne.

2. Voyant de fonctionnement (OPERATION): Il s’allume quand le climatiseur est en marche.

Il clignote une fois pour indiquer que le signal de la télécommande a été reçu et mémorisé. Il clignote continuellement pendant les modes de protection (dégivrage, ecc.).

La position OFF ne coupe pas l’alimentation électrique. Pour arrêter complètement l’appareil, utiliser l’interrupteur principal d’alimentation.

3. Voyant d'attente (STANDBY) : Il s’allume quand le

climatiseur est connecté à la courant et peut recevoir le signal de la télécommande.

EMPLACEMENT D’INSTALLATION

● Ne pas installer le climatiseur dans un local où l’on

détecte des émanations gazeuses ou des gaz inflammables, ni à un endroit extrêmement humide, une serre par exemple.

● Ne pas installer le climatiseur aux endroits où se

trouvent des appareils dégageant une chaleur excessive.

● Ne pas installer le climatiseur dans un local, où il

pourrait être mouillé par des jets d'eau (par exemple dans la buanderie).

Eviter:

Pour protéger le climatiseur de toute corrosion, ne pas exposer directement l’unité extérieure à des embruns d’eau de mer ou à des vapeurs sulfureuses.

● Assurez-vous que l’air puisse circuler librement

autour de l’unité intérieure. Ne pas obstruer avec des rideaux ou similaires les grilles d’arrivée et de sortie d’air. Ne pas déposer des objets sur le climatiseur.

PRECAUTIONS ELECTRIQUES

Avant d'utiliser le climatiseur

● Vérifiez que la tension nominale d'alimentation soit bien

de 220/240 Volt., monophasée.

● Le branchement électrique de l’unité est du type X avec

le câble préparé de façon spécial; dans le cas où il est endommagé par l’usage, adressez-vous au Service Après-Vente pour le remplacement.

● La prise d'installation doit toujours être pourvue

d'une prise de terre efficace.

● Vérifier sur la ligne d'alimentation la disponibilité de

puissance électrique suffisante pour le fonctionnement du climatiseur et des autres appareils connectés. Voir la plaquette placée sur l'unité indiquant l'absorption maximum.

● Nous conseillons l'installation d'un interrupteur bipolaire

avec un fusible de protection à retardement, au-dessus de la fiche d'alimentation.

INSTRUCTIONS DE SECURITE

● Ne jamais utiliser ni l’interrupteur général ni la fiche

pour mettre en marche ou arrêter le climatiseur. Utiliser seulement la touche ON/OFF.

● Ne rien introduire dans les entrées et sorties d'air du

climatiseur. Cela est très dangereux car le ventilateur tourne à grande vitesse.

● Ne pas laisser les enfants jouer avec le climatiseur.

● Ne pas refroidir excessivement la pièce en présence

des bébés ou des malades.

● Le climatiseur a été étudié pour créer des conditions

climatiques confortables. Ne l'utilisez que dans le but pour lequel il a été prévu et en suivant les indications indiquées dans ce manuel.

● Ne jamais utiliser d'essence ou d'autres liquides

inflammables près du climatiseur. Cela serait extrêmement dangereux. De plus, ne pas installer sous l’unité des

appareillages électriques qui ne sont pas protégés avec la protection IPX1 (protection à l’eau avec chute verticale).

● Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité pour le non

respect des normes de sécurité et des mesures pour la prévention des accidents.

● Assurez-vous que les disjoncteurs automatiques et les

organes de protection de l'installation soient calibrés pour supporter un courant de pointe (pendant une période inférieure à 1 sec.).

● Tous les branchements électriques devront être conformes

aux normes et réglementations en vigueur. Consulter éventuellement le revendeur ou un technicien qualifié.

ATTENTION!

Le climatiseur est pourvu d’un système de protection du compresseur contre les surcharges qui l’empêche de fonctionner pendant trois minutes aprés l’arrêt précédent.

AVERTISSEMENTS IMPORTANTS

UNITE EXTERIEURE

1.Pour déplacer l’unité extérieure, servez-vous de la

poignée, ne tirez jamais sur le tube flexible.

2.Ne laissez jamais l’unité extérieure pendre au dehors de

la fenêtre, suspendue par le tube flexible.

3.Lorsque vous retirez l’unité extérieure après le

fonctionnement, videz si nécessaire l’eau de condensation qui aurait pu rester dedans, en inclinant l’unité.

PLACEMENT DE L’UNITE EXTERIEURE

L’unité extérieure doit toujours fonctionner en position verticale et de niveau. Assurez-vous que l’air puisse circuler librement autour de l’unité. Une patte d’espacement assure la distance minimum de la paroi (3 cm). L’unité doit être placée à une distance minimum de 15 cm. des parois (latéralement) et 80 cm. (de face).

INSTALLATION TYPE A

Si la pièce à climatiser a un balcon ou une fenêtre avec un rebord extérieur assez large (25 cm) on peut poser l’unité sur celui-ci. Pour plus de sûreté on peut fixer l’unité sur le rebord en utilisant une vis M6 x 20 dans le trou de la patte d’espacement. Le tube flexible peut passer facilement entre les battants entrouverts de la fenêtre ou de la porte-fenêtre. Bloquez les battants entrouverts au minimum.

INSTALLATION TYPE B (AVEC LE PANIER)

1. Fixer le panier au mur sous le rebord de la fenêtre.

2. Insérer l’unité extérieure dans le panier en contrôlant qu’il

soit de niveau.

1. Fixer le guide du support sous le rebord de la fenêtre.

2. Introduire le support dans la poignée de l’unité extérieure

et retourner l’unité extérieure comme sur le dessin.

Le climatiseur est composé de deux unités raccordées par un tube flexible. L’unité intérieure se place dans la pièce à climatiser, à côté d’une fenêtre, d’une porte-fenêtre ou d’un mur extérieur. L’unité extérieure, qui élimine la chaleur et l’humidité, se place au-dehors sur le rebord d’une fenêtre ou d’un balcon ou fixée au mur.

FONCTIONNEMENT AVEC LA TELECOMMANDE

Diriger l’émetteur de la commande à distance vers le récepteur placé sur le climatiseur.

INSTALLATION DES PILES

● Enlever le couvercle au dos de la commande.

● Placer deux piles alcalines du format AAA de 1,5V-DC.

S’assurer que les piles sont bien installées dans le compartiment en respectant les pôles.

● Les piles ont une autonomie d'environ six mois, en fonction

de la fréquence d'utilisation de la télécommande. Enlever les piles, si vous prévoyez de ne pas utiliser la commande à distance pendant plus d'un mois. Appuyer au même temps sur les boutons +, -, SET et CLEAR après avoir remplacé les piles. (De cette façon le temporisateur (TIMER) peut être mis correctement à zéro et par la suite à nouveau réglé). Remplacer les piles lorsque le voyant de le télécommande ne clignote plus ou lorsque la commande à distance ne permet plus de modifier les réglages du climatiseur.

● Les piles de la télécommande contiennent des agents

polluants. Une fois usées, les jeter en respectant la réglementation locale concernant les déchets.

UTILISATION DE LA TELECOMMANDE

SELECTEUR DE LA SONDE DE TEMPERATURE

● En conditions normales, la température ambiante est

détectée et contrôlée par la sonde de température placée dans le climatiseur.

● Appuyer sur le bouton I FEEL pour mettre en service la

sonde de température placée dans la télécommande. Cette fonction permette de personnaliser la temperature ambiante en transmettant le signal de une position près vous. Donc, en utilisant cette fonction, la télécommande doit toujours être dirigé vers le climatiseur, sans obstacles.

La télécommande transmet régulièrement un signal de température au climatiseur à intervalles de deux minutes. Si la transmission du signal de la télécommande cesse pendant plus de cinq minutes par suite d'une perte de la télécommande ou pour une autre raison, le climatiseur, utilisera la sonde de température placée dans l’unité intérieure et il contrôlera ainsi la température. Dans ce cas, il se peut que la température autour de la télécommande soit différente de celle qui est détectée à l'endroit où se trouve le climatiseur.

FONCTIONNEMENT AUTOMATIQUE

Lorsque la température extérieure descend au-dessous de zéro, de la glace se forme sur la batterie extérieure; ceci réduit la puissance en chauffage. Dans ce cas le microprocesseur commande un changement dans le fonctionnement du climatiseur (dégivrage). Lorsque cette fonction est activée, le ventilateur de l’unité intérieure s’arrête et le voyant OPERATION clignote pendant le dégivrage. Le fonctionnement en chauffage reprend après quelques minutes en fonction de la température ambiante et de la température extérieure.

DEGIVRAGE DE L’ECHANGEUR DE CHALEUR UNITE EXTERIEURE “STANDBY”

FONCTIONNEMENT ET RENDEMENT D'UN SYSTEME "REVERSIBLE"

Un climatiseur en version "Reversible" rechauffe l'air ambiance en prélevant la chaleur de l'air extérieur. La capacité (rendement) du système diminue donc lorsque la température extérieure descend au-dessous de zéro. Si le climatiseur ne reussit pas à maintenir une valeur suffisante de la température, on devra compléter le chauffage avec un autre appareil.

Après la mise en marche en chauffage, le ventilateur de l’unité intérieure ne fonctionnera pas, grâce à une protection “prévention courants air froid” qui permettra le fonctionnement du ventilateur seulement lorsque l’échangeur de chaleur de l’unité intérieure sera suffisamment chaud. Pendant cette période le voyant STANDBY sera allumé.

REGLAGE DE L'HEURE

Vérifier que l’unité est connecté à l’alimentation électrique et que le voyant STANDBY est allumé.

Définition du programme nocturne

En mode d’économie nocturne, le climatiseur refroidit ou réchauffe la pièce à la température sélectionnée (SET TEMP), puis le thermostat commute le climatiseur en mode d’attente. Environ 1 heure plus tard, la température sélectionnée est automatiquement modifiée comme suit. (Voir graphique).

● Avec la fonction déshumidification sélectionnée, la

vitesse du ventilateur est périodiquement faible ou s’arrêt pour éviter le trop refroidissement.

REMARQUE

Le climatiseur change automatiquement le mode de fonctionnement (de refroidissement en chauffage, ou vice versa) quand se verifie une des conditiones suivantes:

- ZONE A: change si la difference entre la température ambiante et la température selectionneé sur la telecommande est au moins 3°C.

- ZONE B: change si la difference entre la température ambiante et la température selectionneé sur la telecommande est au moins 1°C, une heure aprés l’arret du compresseur.

- ZONE C: ne change jamais si la difference entre la température ambiante et la température selectionneé sur la telecommande n’est pas plus de 1°C.

VENTILATION

Si l'on désire que l'air circule dans la pièce sans modifier la température, effectuer les opérations suivantes:

1. Appuyer sur le bouton MODE (mode de fonctionnement) jusqu’à l’affichage du signal VENTILATION .

2. Appuyer sur le bouton ON/OFF pour mettre en marche le climatiseur.

REMARQUE

En mode VENTILATION la vitesse du ventilateur est réglée automatiquement comme en refroidissement.

REGLAGE DU TEMPORISATEUR

Si la procédure de réglage du temporisateur n’est pas terminé dans 15 seconds, en appuyant sur le bouton SET, sera annulé et restera mémorisé le dernier réglage .

REMARQUE

Quatre temporisateurs peuvent être choisies sur la télécommande. Deux temporisateurs journaliers (appelées T1 & T2) et deux temporisateurs de week-end en option (appelées WKT1 & WKT2). Chacun de ceux temporisateurs peut être sélectionnée en appuyant sur la touche TIMER.

Les temporisateurs journaliers T1 et T2 permettent de programmer la mise en marche et l'arrêt séparément sur deux périodes différentes. Une fois réglée, le temporisateur agira quotidiennement.

Les temporisateurs de week-end WKT1 et WKT2 permettent de programmer la mise en marche et l'arrêt séparément sur deux périodes différentes, pendant deux jours seulement. Ceux temporisateurs agiront le jour choisi et le jour suivant uniquement. A 24:00 h le second jour, le temporisateur WK n'agira plus et le temporisateur journalière reprendra son action normale.

REMARQUE:

1. Pendant le fonctionnement des temporisateurs de weekend, les temporisateurs journaliers sont mises hors fonction.

HORIZONTALEMENT

Le flux de l’air peut être réglé horizontalement en déplaçant les ailettes verticales vers la gauche ou vers la droite, comme indiqué dans la figure suivante.

REGLAGE DU FLUX D’AIR

Pendant le refroidissement ou la déshumidification, surtout avec beaucoup d'humidité dans la pièce, régler les ailettes verticales droites. Si les ailettes sont réglées extrêmement vers la gauche ou vers la droite, des goutelettes de condensation sur la grille de sortie d'air pourraient se former.

ATTENTION

VERTICALEMENT

Saisir le volet et orienter le vers le bas ou vers le haut.

2. CLIMATISEUR EN MARCHE.

Pour éteindre le climatiseur, appuyer le BOUTON DE FONCTIONNEMENT jusqu’à ce que le voyant OPERATION s’étende.

Coupure de courant pendant le fonctionnement.

En cas de coupure de courant, l’appareil s’arrête. Quand l’alimentation est rétablie, l’appareil se redénarre automatiquement après 3 minutes.

REMARQUE

Si la télécommande a été perdue ou si elle ne fonctionne pas, procéder comme suit:

1. CLIMATISEUR ARRETE.

Pour mettre le climatiseur en marche, appuyer le BOUTON DE FONCTIONNEMENT pour sélectionner le mode désiré:

• COOL ou HEAT pour les modèles reversibles

• COOL pour les modèles froid seul

Le climatiseur se mettra en marche avec la vitesse automatique du ventilateur et le volet en balayage. Le réglage de la température est de 22°C pour le mode refroidissement y 26°C pour le chauffage.

REMARQUE

FONCTIONNEMENT SANS LA TELECOMMANDE

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

Avant d'effectuer les opérations d'entretien et de nettoyage, arrèter le climatiseur et le débrancher de l'alimentation générale.

● Certains bords métalliques et les

ailettes de l’échanger, étant coupants, doivent être manipulés avec précautions lors du nettoyage sous peine de provoquer des blessures.

● Contrôler régulièrement l'échanger

et le soufflage, l'air doit circuler librement.

● Nettoyer régulièrement la batterie

en prenant soin de ne pas abîmer les ailettes ainsi que les autres éléments de l'unité extérieure.

UNITE EXTERIEURE (HABILLAGE ET BATTERIE)

ATTENTION

UNITE INTERIEURE

● Ne pas verser de l'eau sur l'unité intérieure pour la

nettoyer. Cela pourrait abîmer les composants internes et provoquer des décharges électriques.

● Ne jamais utiliser de dissolvant ni de produit chimique

puissant. Ne pas nettoyer l'unité intérieure avec de l'eau très chaude.

Nettoyage de l'habillage et de la grille

Nettoyer l’habillage et la grille de l'unité intérieure avec la brosse d'un aspirateur ou avec un chiffon propre et doux. Si ces parties sont sales, les nettoyer avec un chiffon propre humecté d'un détergent liquide doux. Ne pas exercer une pression trop forte sur la grille, ni sur les déflecteurs, ils pourraient être endommagés.

FILTRE A AIR

Le filtre doit être contrôlé au moins une fois toutes les deux semaines (pendant les périodes de fonctionnement). Le fonctionnement avec un filtre sale ou obstrué provoque une diminution de l’efficacité du climatiseur et peut causer de graves problèmes. Le filtre est placé derrière la grille d’aspiration et s’extrait en le soulevant vers le haut.

RETRAIT DU FILTRE

TRANSPORT

Quand vous transportez le climatiseur, maintenez-le autant que possible en position verticale. Si cela s’avérait impossible, couchez- le sur un côté; lorsque vous arrivez à destination, remettez au plus vite l’appareil en position verticale et attendez au moins 10 minutes avant d’utiliser la fonction de refroidissement.

RANGEMENT

Si le climatiseur doit être rangé pendant une longue période, nettoyez le filtre, vidangez les condensâtes en utilisant le tuyau d'écoulement à la base arrière du climatiseur. Ne déconnectez pas le flexible aux moins que vous n’y soyez obligé; dans ce cas, protégez les deux moitiés ouvertes des raccords avec les bouchons filetés en plastique. Serrez à fond les bouchons en utilisant une clef fixe. Ne déposez pas d’objets lourds sur la partie supérieure du climatiseur et protégez l'appareil de la poussière par une housse plastique.

NETTOYAGE DU FILTRE

Utiliser un aspirateur pour enlever la poussière. Si la poussière colle au filtre, laver le filtre avec de l’eau tiède et savonneuse, le rincer à l’eau claire et le sécher.

• Ne pas utiliser de téléphone portable près du climatiseur,

pour éviter des perturbations au bon fonctionnement de celui-ci. Dans le cas où un fonctionnement anormal est remarqué, (le voyant de fonctionnement OPERATION s'allume, mais l'unité extérieure ne fonctionne pas), rétablir le fonctionnement normal en coupant l'alimentation électrique pendant au moins 60 secondes, au moyen du disjoncteur général ou de la fiche, ensuite remettre en marche le climatiseur.

• Le voyant de fonctionnement OPERATION qui clignote

provoquant l’arrêt du climatiseur pendant un temps limité, 1 - 2 minutes, est dû a l’évacuation des condensâtes en excès.

Si Le voyant de fonctionnement OPERATION continue à clignoter et le climatiseur s’arrêt définitivement signifie que la pompe ne fonctionne pas où que le petit tuyau d’évacuation des condensâtes qui est dans le tube souple de raccordement est encrassé; dans ce cas faites appel au SERVICE APRES VENTE.

En cas d’urgence le climatiseur peut fonctionner en évacuant les condensâtes parte petit tuyau dans un récipient de hauteur moyenne.

• Si le climatiseur ne marche pas correctement, effectuer

les vérifications suivantes avant d'appeler le Service Après Vente. Si le problème persiste, prendre contact avec le vendeur ou le Service Après Vente.

Panne: Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas du tout. Cause possible:

1. Coupure de courant.

2. Disjoncteur activé.

3. Tension de ligne trop basse.

4. La touche de marche/arrêt de fonctionnement est

positionné sur OFF.

5. Les piles de la télécommande sont usées.

Remède:

1. Rétablir l’alimentation.

2. Prendre contact avec un service après-vente.

3. Consulter un électricien ou le vendeur.

4. Appuyer à nouveau sur la touche.

5. Remplacer les piles. Panne: Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas et le voyant

STANDBY clignote.

Cause possible:

1. Sonde défectueuse.

Remède:

1. Prendre contact avec un service après-vente. Panne: Le voyant TIMER clignote et le climatiseur ne

fonctionne pas.

Cause possible:

1. Coupure de courant pendant la fonction timer.

Remède:

1. Appuyer le bouton ON/OFF sur la télécommande. Panne: Le compresseur se met en marche mais il s’arrête

aussitôt.

Cause possible:

1. Il y a un obstacle devant l’échangeur extérieur.

Remède:

1. Retirer ce qui fait obstruction.

Panne: Refroidissement ou chauffage insuffisant. Cause possible:

1. Filtre à air sale ou obstrué.

2. Source de chaleur ou trop de monde dans la pièce.

3. Portes et/ou fenêtres ouvertes.

4. Obstacle devant l’arrivée ou la sortie d’air.

5. Le thermostat est réglé trop haut (pour le refroidissement) ou trop bas (pour le chauffage).

6. La température extérieure est insuffisante (version réversible).

7. Le système de dégivrage ne fonctionne pas (version réversible).

Remède:

1. Nettoyer le filtre à air afin d’améliorer la circulation d’air.

2. Si possible, éliminer la source de chaleur.

3. Les fermer pour empêcher la pénétration d’air froid ou chaud.

4. Retirer l’obstacle pour assurer une bonne circulation d’air.

5. Régler la température plus bas (ou plus haut).

6. Essayer d’utiliser un chauffage d’appoint (version réversible).

7. Consulter le concessionnaire.

Panne: Le climatiseur émet craquements. Cause possible:

1. A la suite d’un changement de température provoqué par le chauffage ou par refroidissement, les pièces en plastique de l’appareil se dilatent ou se rétrécissent, ce qui provoque un léger craquement.

Remède:

1. C’est normal et le bruit disparaît quand les températures du climatiseur se sont stabilisées.

des persiennes ou des rideaux.

GENERAL PRECAUTION

Check that the voltage and frequency of the power supply match those required by the system.

Check the possibility to have the power line to the indoor unit (ELECTRIC CABLE LENGTH 3 m).

Install a double - pole switch, protected by 10 A fuses of the delayed type, upstream the electricity wall socket.

●

Make sure that the electrical installation is suitable to supply continuosly current necessary for the air conditioner in addition to that already used by other electric appliances (white goods, lighting). See the max electric imput indicated on the name plate positioned on the air conditioner.

●

Before connecting the air conditioner to a power socket, make sure that the socket is provided with an earth connection in compliance with local codes.

Den Halter in den Außeneinheitsgriff einsetzen und die Einheit umwenden (sieh das Bild). Den Halter auf den Rand der Einheit befestigen. Die auf der Einheit befestigte Halterungsführung an die Wand einsetzen. Die Einheit muß nicht geneigt sein.

Insert the support in the handle of the outdoor unit, turn the outdoor unit upside down (see the picture). Place the support and secure it at the edge of the unit. Insert the support guide fixed on the unit at the wall. Make sure it is levelled.

Inserire il supporto nella maniglia della valigetta, capovolgere la valigetta come da figura. Posizionare il supporto e fissarlo al bordo valigetta. Inserire la guida supporto fissata alla valigetta nella parte fissata a muro. Verificare che sia a livello.

1. Vor Trennen der Außeneinheit (die Schnellverbindungen lösen) das Klimagerät an das Stromnetz anschließen und den Verdichter 5 Minuten lang laufen lassen. Zum Trennen der Einheit leicht mit einem Maulschlüssel auf den Messingkörper des Anschlusses (Sechskant) schlagen.

2 - Die Oberflächen der Kupplungen (Schnellverbindungen) mit nur kleinen Mengen Synthetiköl

HAB (Alkylbenzol der Art ZERICE S ESSO o.ä.) schmieren.

3 - Das teilweise Nachfüllen von Kühlmittel ist nicht zulässig. Wenn Kühlmittel herausgelaufen ist,

muß die Einheit vollständig geleert, vakuumiert und neu gefüllt werden.

4 - Im Verdichter kein Öl nachfüllen. Das werkseitig eingefüllte Öl ist speziell für R410Avorgesehen. 5 - Das Kühlmittel darf nur in FLÜSSIGEM Zustand eingefüllt werden. Sicherstellen, daß das für dieses

Gerät vorgeschriebene Kühlmittel verwendet wird.

6 - Das Kältemittel-Auffüllgerät, die Unterdruckpumpe, die Schläuche und die Anschlüsse dürfen

nur für das Kältemittel vom Typ R410A benutzt werden.

7. Beim Trennen des Tragekoffers muß folgende Abfolge eingehalten werden: die Stromzufuhr zum Klimagerät unterbrochen (Netzstecker ziehen), den elektrischen Verbinder lösen, dann die Rohrleitungen der Kühlverbindung abhängen.

1 - Before disassembling the outdoor unit (disjoin the rapid couplings): connect the air conditioner

to a socket and let the compressor work for 5 minutes. During the disassembling operation, beat lightly with a spanner on the rapid coupling brass body (exagonal part).

2 - Lubricate the joint surfaces (rapid coupling) with a little bit of HAB oil only (synthetic oil Alkylbenzene

type ex. ZERICE S EXXON ).

3 - In case of leakage do not add refrigerant, the unit must be vacuumed and recharged. 4 - Do not add any oil because precharged oil is specially selected for R410A. 5 - When the refrigerant is charged in charge cylinder, make sure it is in LIQUID state. 6 - Refrigerant charge apparatus, vacuum pump, hoses and adapters must be exclusively used for

R410A.

7 - When you disjoin the outdoor unit, follow the described succession: first, disconnect the power

supply of the air conditioner (disconnect the plug), disconnect the electric connector, then the pipes of the frigorific connection.

una presa di corrente e far lavorare il compressore per 5 minuti. Nella fase di separazione, picchiare leggermente con una chiave fissa sul corpo in ottone dell'attacco (esagono).

2 - Lubrificare le superfici dei giunti (attacchi rapidi)esclusivamente con piccole quantità di olio

sintetico HAB (Alchilbenzene tipo ZERICE S ESSO o analogo).

3 - In caso di perdite, anche parziali, non sono ammesse aggiunte di refrigerante.Scaricare

completamente l'unità ed eseguire vuoto e carica.

4 - Non aggiungere OLIO al compressore, l'olio precaricato è speciale selezionato per R410A. 5 - Eseguire la carica tassativamente in fase LIQUIDA. Assicurarsi che il refrigerante sia quello

richiesto.

6 - L’apparato di carica del refrigerante, la pompa del vuoto, le tubazioni e gli adattatori devono essere

usati solo per R410A.

7 - Nella fase di separazione della valigetta attenersi alla successione rappresentata: togliere

l'alimentazione elettrica al condizionatore (staccare la spina), staccare il connettore elettrico, quindi scollegare i tubi di collegamento frigorifero.

2 - Lubrifier les surfaces des joints (raccords rapides) en utilisant uniquement un peu d'huile

3 - En cas de fuites, ne pas ajouter de réfrigérant mais vider l'unité puis la recharger. 4 - Ne pas ajouter d'huile car l'huile préchargée a été spécialement sélectionnée pour le R410A. 5 - Charger uniquement du réfrigérant à l'état LIQUIDE dans le cylindre de charge. 6 - L’appareil de chargement de réfrigérant, la pompe à vide, les tubes et les adaptateurs doivent

être utilisés exclusivement pour le R410A.

7. Pendant la phase de séparation de l'unité externe, suivre la procédure décrit : débranchez le climatiseur (débranchez la fiche), débranchez le connecteur électrique puis déconnectez les tuyaux du raccordement de réfrigération.

Loosen the quick coupling using the 19-21 mm spanners first and then the 19-24 mm spanners. Unscrew the flare nuts by hand and disconnect the flexible tube.

Allentare i bocchettoni girevoli degli attacchi rapidi usando le chiavi fisse da 19-21 mm quindi quelle da 19-24 mm; svitare a mano i bocchettoni e scollegare il tubo flessibile.

Insert the flexible tube into the hole drilled in the wall. Place the unit against the wall, if necessary, adjust the four antivibration supports in order to keep the

unit levelled. NOTE: In case of wood-block flooring or linoleum, the application of common felt under the four antivibration supports is recommended, in order to avoid marking the floor.

Die Kupferröhre der Auflage anpassen. Die Anschlußstutzen mit der Hand einschrauben, die Röhre auf der Oberseite aufmerksam anpassen und dann durch Momentenschlüssel anziehen (Drehmoment 150 ÷ 165 kgcm).

Fit the copper tubes on the support bent side. Connect the couplings by hand, adjust carefully the tubes on unit top, then tighten using the torque wrenches (tightening torque 150 ÷ 165 kgcm).

Adattare i tubi di rame alla curva del supporto. Avvitare i bocchettoni a mano, adattare con cura i tubi sulla piastra attacchi, serrare gli attacchi con chiavi dinamometriche (momento torcente 150 ÷ 165 kgcm).

Remove the plastic plugs from opposite end of flexible tube and connect quick couplings, first by hand and then using the spanners.

Togliere i tappi in plastica dall'altra estremità. Collegare al tubo flessibile prima avvitando a mano quindi con le chiavi fisse.

Die Verbindungen in die Dose einsetzen, den Kabelverbinder verbinden und ihn um 180° C drehen. Das elektrische Kabel legen und es dem Rohr mit kleinstem Durchmesser durch die Schellen befestigen. Die Dichtungen um die Enden der Verbindungsdose befestigen.

Adjust the couplings in the box, connect the electric cable connector then turn it by 180°. Place the electric cable and fix it to the pipe with the smallest diameter through hose clamps. Fix the gaskets on the connections box ends.

POSITION DER FERNBEDIENUNG

Um eine gute Betriebsweise der Einheit zu gewährleisten, ist zu vermeiden, die Fernbedienung wie folgt aufzustellen:

Direkt den Sonnenstrahlen ausgesetzt.

●

Hinter einem Vorhang oder anderen bedeckten Stellen.

●

In einem Abstand größer als 8 m vom Klimagerät.

●

Wo sie von der Ausgangsluft des Klimageräts erreicht wird.

●

An übermäßig warmen oder zu Kalten Stellen.

●

Wo sie elektrischen oder magnetischen Interferenzen ausgesetzt sein

Könnte.

●

Wo Hindernisse zwischen Fernbedienung und Klimagerät bestehen (Die

Fernbedienung sendet alle 2 Minuten ein Kontrollsignal).

NICHT ORTSFESTE POSITION

● Die Fernbedienung momentan in die gewünschte Position anbringen.

● Prüfen, ob die Fernbedienung von dieser Position aus funktionsfähig ist.

● Die Fernbedienung Halter mit zwei Schrauben in die Wand einschrauben

und die Fernbedienung anhängen.

REMOTE CONTROL UNIT INSTALLATION

To ensure that the air conditioner operates correctly. DO NOT install the remote control unit in the following places:

● In direct sunlight.

● Behind a curtain or other places where it is covered.

● More than 8 m. away from the air conditioner.

● In the path of the air conditioner airstream.

● Where it may become extremely hot or cold.

● Where it may be subject to electrical or magnetic noise.

● Where there is an obstacle between the remote control unit and air

conditioner (since a check signal is sent from remote control unit every 2 minutes).

NON-FIXED POSITION

● Momentarily place the remote control unit in the desired mounting position.

● Verify that the remote control unit can operate from this position.

● Fix the support at the wall with two screws and hang the remote control unit.

POSIZIONE DEL TELECOMANDO

Per assicurare il buon funzionamento dell’unità evitare di installare il telecomando nelle seguenti condizioni:

● Esposto direttamente ai raggi del sole.

● Dietro una tenda o in altri luoghi coperti.

● A una distanza superiore a 8 metri dal condizionatore.

● Dove può essere investito dall’aria in uscita dal condizionatore.

● In luoghi eccessivamente caldi o troppo freddi.

● Dove può essere soggetto ad interferenze elettriche o magnetiche.

● Dove ci sono ostacoli tra il telecomando e il condizionatore (il telecomando

trasmette un segnale di controllo ogni 2 minuti).

POSIZIONE NON FISSA

● Momentaneamente sistemare il telecomando nella posizione desiderata.

● Verificare che da questa posizione prescelta il telecomando dialoghi con

il condizionatore.

● Fissare il supporto al muro con due viti e appendere il telecomando.

EMPLACEMENT D’INSTALLATION DE LA TELECOMMANDE

Pour garantir un bon fonctionnement du climatiseur, ne pas installer la télécommande aux endroits suivants:

● En plein soleil.

● Derrière un rideau ou tout autre endroit où elle sera cachée.

● A plus de 8 mètres du climatiseur.

● Près de la sortie d’air du climatiseur.

● Aux endroits excessivement froids ou chauds.

● Aux endroits soumis à des interférences électriques ou magnétiques.

● Là où un obstacle s’interpose entre la télécommande et le climatiseur (en

effet, un signal est transmis par la commande à distance toutes les 2 minutes).

POSITION MOBILE

● Placer la télécommande dans la position désirée.

● Vérifier que la commande à distance peut être utilisée dans cette position.

● Fixer le support dans le mur avec deux vis et accrocher la télécommande.
