Installation Instructions for the Window Retractable Awning

Hardware required:

Type of hardware provided for the following types of structures: Brick and Mortar or any 2” thick structure

****Hardware is not provided for any other types of structures****
Recommended hardware for other wall types: Butterfly or Toggler anchors

Tools required:

High speed drill, 10mm socket/wrench, 9mm masonry drill bit, Phillip screw driver, level, tape measure
and a hammer, pencil

Installation: Installation of the top of the awning: images 2 and 3

Installation of the projection arms: image 3 & 4

Measure the height of the awning. The height represents the length of the projection arms. The bracket of the
projection arm has a slit and the slit must face the ground. The installation space between the arms must be equal
to the (Space, 1stimage). Once the arms are installed then lift one arm at a time and attach it to the projection rod
of the awning and secure it tightly. Then repeat the same for the second arm. CAUTION: THE ARM IS SPRING

LOADED. IMPROPER HANDLING CAN RESULT IN SERERE INJURY TO THE PERSON AND MAY CAUSE
DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.
