Installation requirements
On the back part of the monitor special adapters are preassembled to simplify mounting on regular VESA mounting bracket.

In order to install the monitor to any wall mount (not included) the below points shall be
followed.
1. There are 4 x M8 mounting holes at the back of the monitor (VESA 600 x 400)
2. Align the special adapters to the monitors’s mounting holes.
3. Place M8 x 70 screws through the wall mount and the adapter and lock on the monitor’s mounting holes.

Notes
Ü The product components which supply voltage is greater than safety voltage should be
installed or placed out of children’s reach.
Ü Do not use other power cords except for the official one as this could cause a burning
hazard.
Ü Unqualified service personnel do not open the housing as there might be an electric
shock.
Ü Make sure the line voltage corresponds to the power of the receiving host before use.
Unplug the receiving host when unused for long periods of time.
Ü Do not install or place the device near any heat sources, such as furnace, heat transfer
tube, power amplifier, etc. Do not expose this device to direct sunlight, dust and moisture. Do not install the device in any place which have mechanical vibrations or would get vulnerable strike. For better performance, it should be placed far away from high voltage transmission grid, large metal objects, radar station and any other equipments alike.
Ü Disconnect the power immediately and unplug when there is abnormal sound or smell
in the device. Do not use the device and call the qualified service personnel for maintenance.
Ü There should not be any liquid or other metals in the device. If any, power off and
disconnect the power and call the qualified service personnel.
Ü Should not use the chemical reagent for device body cleaning cause it will make the
housing deteriorated or damage the paint. For any dust or dirt, wring out a warm cloth and clean it after power disconnected. The sensors could be gently wiped with a clean soft cloth.
Ü Do not place the device on unstable stand, bracket or desk, or else the device might tip
over and get damaged.
Ü The wall mounting of the device is only applicable in normal cement wall, solid masonry
wall and wood siding wall that could bear more than three times the weight of the device and there should be good ventilation; For the special wall (Steel structure wall, hollow structure wall, glass or marble wall etc.), the wall ability to bear the device should be analyzed to make sure there will be no risk.
Ü Do not write on the touch screen with hard objects in case it will scratch the glass and
has bad display effect.
Ü When a laptop with Windows 8 system is connected to a LED touch screen and the
display type is set to “Duplicate” mode, in some resolution the laptop may can’t get full screen display and the calibration accuracy of the LED touch screen will not be accurate too. In this case please select other resolutions which can be displayed fully by the laptop pc to avoid this problem.
Basic Operations
Power On
l Power the TouchScreen with 100240V 50/60Hz AC.

l Turn on the ship form switch on the bottom of the TouchScreen (beside the power
interface) to power on (the indicator light is red).
l Press "Power" on the TouchScreen or "Standby" on the remote control to switch on
the TouchScreen (the indicator light is green now). Press "Computer" to turn on the computer (only applicable to the model with built in PC).
Power Off
l If you want to turn off the TouchScreen temporary, press "Power. Press "Computer"
on the panel to turn off the computer when it is in the ON status (only applicable to the model with built in PC).
l If you want to turn off the TouchScreen completely, turn off the ship form switch on
the bottom of the TouchScreen (beside the power interface) or unplug the power cord.
Connecting of the computer
l In case of connecting the computer to the TouchScreen - connectors with one
number shall be used eg. 1 (VGA1, HDMI1, Audio1 and USB1 – see figure below). This way another computer can be connected to number 2 or 3 and user can switch between them after selecting input 1, 2 or 3.

OSD Menu
Source Selection
Automatic detection of signal resource: turn on or no signal, the device will automatically detect the signal source and switch signal source.
1. Press "Source" in the remote control to get the signal source list.
2. Press ▲▼ to choose the desired signal passageway.
3. Press "OK" to enter the passageway.
Screen Menu
Press “menu” to display the menu. Press ▲▼ ◄► to choose submenu. Picture menuà Sound menuà Time menuà Option menu
In all of the menus please remember about the way of navigating:
Ø Press / to choose options Ø Press / to choose Ø Press “OK” to adjust the option’s value or Ø Press “OK” to get into submenu. Ø Press “menu” to return to previous menu. Ø Press “exit” to escape the menu.
In the picture menu there are options of picture mode, color temperature, aspect ratio, noise reduction, PC set. Press ▲▼ to choose the corresponding option.

In the sound menu, there are six options: sound mode, balance, auto volume, surround sound, SPDIF mode, EQ. Press / to switch options.
In the time menu the clock, off time, on time, sleep timer, OSD Duration options will be displayed, press / to switch options.

In the settings menu, there are five options: OSD language, Restore Factory Default, Blending, Key Lock, Set Password, Set Key. Press / to switch options.

Ø Enter number button to enter
password.
Ø Press to delete the password you
have enteredpress to cancel and back to the previous menu.
Ø Enter the correct password, press
OK to confirm the password.
Ø Press menu button to back to the
previous menu.
Ø Press exit button to escape.

Media Player
By getting into the multimedia signal resource, there are four options: Picture, Music, Movie and File. You could press / to choose the option when the USB has been connected. The USB icon will be blue if the USB has been connected, be gray if the USB has not been connected.
Multimedia
Picture (supported files .jpg, .bmp, .png)
Get into the picture option. Press /// to choose the picture, press OK to choose play or cancel, press play button to start to play.
Ø Press OK button to show the menu. Press to exit menu. Ø Press / to choose different functions: play/stop, previous track, next track, cease, circulation mode,
turn on/off the background music, playlist, information, picture rotating clockwise, picture rotating counterclockwise, zoom in, zoom out, move.
Ø Press exit to quit playing.
Music (supported files .wma,.mp3,.m4a)
Get into music option, press /// to choose the music. Press OK button to choose play or cancel, press play button to play.
Ø Press OK to show the action menu. Press to quit.

Ø Press / to choose different functions and press confirm to implement. The functions are: play/stop,
remind, fast forward, previous track, next track, cease, circulation mode, mute, playlist, skip.
Ø Press exit to quit playing.
Movie (supported files .avi, .mpg, .dat, .vob, .div, .mov, .mkv, .rm, .rmvb, .mp4, .mjpeg,
.ts, .trp, .wmv, .asf)
Get into movie option, press /// to choose movie, press OK to choose play or cancel, press play button to play.
Ø Press OK to show the action menu. Press to quit. Ø Press / to choose different functions and press confirm to implement. The functions are: play/stop,
remind, fast forward, previous track, next track, cease, circulation mode, A-B circle, playlist, information. slow play, stepping play, skip, zoom in, zoom out, zoom in/out mode, move, sound track.
Ø Press exit to quit playing.
File (supported files .txt)
Get into file option, press /// to choose file, press OK button to choose play or cancel, press play button to play.
Ø Press OK to show the action menu. Press to quit. Ø Press / to choose different functions and press confirm to implement. The functions are: play/stop,
remind, fast forward, previous track, next track, cease, circulation mode, mute, playlist, skip.
Ø Press exit to quit playing.

Troubleshooting
Symptoms Presumable Causes Solutions
Cannot write
The handwriting color is same to
the background color.
Use the pen with other colors.
Strong light source or IR source
interferences.
Remove the interferences or move to a
place without interferences.
Incorrect writing
Write with the writing screen pen and hold the place of the pen away from the pen tip
as far as possible. The angle between the pen and the screen should be large than 60 degrees (the sleeves or wrist should not be
close to the screen).
No sound or image
1. Check if the power cable is connected to the power socket and powered.
2. Check if the ship form switch is turned on.
3. Check if the standby is enabled
4. Check if the cables of video and audio input are working .
5. Check if the device has the correct signal source input.
6. Check the setting of image brightness and contrast ratio, etc.
7. Check the volume.
Image works but no sound
1. Check the volume.
2. Check if the Mute button on the remote control is activated.
3. Check if the audio connection between the computer and TouchScreen is correct.
No image or image is black
and white
1. Adjust the color setting.
2. Check the color system.
The remote control is not
working.
1. Change the battery.
2. Clean the emitting port on the top of the remote control ( covered or not)
3. Check the battery's contact point ( working or not).
