INTRODUCTION:
Thank you for choosing this Mercury masthead amplifier. It is designed to amplify weak TV signal from aerial. Supplied in an IP44 rated casing for outdoor installation.
- F-type connector for secure connection.
- Integrated LTE signal filter avoids interference and channel loss from 4G mobile signals.
- Fully shielded design for minimum signal interference.
- Maximum output limiter prevents overloading the receiver unit.
- Compatible with both analogue and digital TV reception (DVB-T, ISDB-T, DMB-T, ATSC)
INSTALLATION:
Before installing, to avoid danger of electric shock, please ensure that all equipment is turned off and disconnected from the mains supply. This amplifier requires 12Vdc power to operate, the output of the amplifier needs to be connected to masthead amplifier power supply (130.060UK or 130.061UK) or to a TV receiver that has 12Vdc power supply on its input.
1. Open the outer casing by pressing the two latches on the side and lift up the cover to
reveal the amplifier.
2. Connect the aerial to input of the amplifier.
3. Connect the output1 of the amplifier to masthead power supply or TV receiver, and
output 2 to secondary TV set or distribution amplifier for further signal distribution.
4. Place the coax lead in the pre-cut groove and close the outer casing lid. Use the cable
tie supplied to secure the amplifier to the mast.
This product is classed as Electrical or Electronic equipment and should not be disposed
with other household or commercial waste at the end of its useful life. The goods must be disposed of
according to your local council guidelines.
