Getting S tar ted BT204
To use your BT204 stereo Bluet ooth h eadset, please foll ow the steps below:
1.Ensure your B l uetooth Headset is ful l y c harged.
2.Pair your charged Bluetooth headset with a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone prior to use on the 1
st
ti me. Please fu lly charge y our new headset on fir st us e.
Charging Your Headset
Connect the USB c hargin g c abl e to ch argi ng USB s oc k et of the h e ad s et. The charging LED
indicat or keeps red while chargi ng; it wil l turn off once it is fully c harged.
Turning Your Headset On and Off Turning on the headset
Press and hold the M FB for 3 seconds until a "beep" sound is heard, and the connection LED indicator flash fast. About pairing function, pl ease refer to "Pairing Your H eadset ".
Turning Off the headset
Press and hold the MFB for approximately 6 seconds until you see the connection LED indicator flash red and turn off.
Attention: I f you will not using the headset for a whi le, you should consid er turning off the Bluetooth funct ion on your mobile phone as wel l.
Pairing Your Headset
The heads et works w it h Bluet ooth-en abled ph ones, pri or to usin g and pairing y our h eadset for the fi rst time, p lease chec k if you r m obile phone is Blueto oth-enabled.
The pairing instructions for typical Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone are explained in "Pairing Your Headset" .The headset pairing procedure may vary depending on the setting of your mobil e phone. Please cont act the manufact ure of your mobil e phon e or its agent for further inf ormation.
Pairing Your Headset
1. Place the headset and the mobile phone where they are easily viewable and no more than one mete r apart .
2. Ensure the headset is turned off.
3. Press and h old the MFB for 5 seconds unti l the connection LED indicator q uick fl ashes, and 2 "beep” sounds are heard.
4. Ac t iv ate y ou r m obil e phones’ Bluetooth func tion; pl ease refer to your m obile phone user guid e for details.
5. Set the mobile phone to search for Bluetooth devices within range and select “BT204” from the list of devices shown.
6. Enter pass code "0000" and press "OK" to pair you r headset with mobi le p hone, when the pairing is compl eted, the connection LED indicator will flash green regularly and the headset in standb y m ode.
7. Go back y our mob ile phone’s main menu. The headset will be connected with the mobile phone automatically when some mobile phon es are r e-started.
Answering / Rej ecting call
When a call is comi ng, the ring tone will be heard by heads et, press the MFB once to accept the c all or answer the call via your mob ile phone in normal w ay. Long pre ss t he M FB to r eject the incoming call.
Ending a call
While speak in g, press the MFB once to en d the call or end the c all v ia your mobi le p hone i n n ormal w ay.
Voice Dialing from Your Headse t If your mobil e phon e is equipp ed with voice dialing fu nction, simply press the MFB for 1 second, and pl eas e say t he voice tag according to mobile phone tips. Attention: For voice dialing, you must record the voice tag (the person name) into your mobile phone prior to using the voic e dialing func tion on the headset, please refer t o your mobile phon e 's user guid e on how to r ecord the voi ce tag.
Last Number Re-dialing From Your Headset

Adjusting the Volume
When you are on the phone or listen to the music, push the volume button r epeated until you reach the desir ed v olume level.
Play / Pause Music
When the heads et was connected wi th U SB Dongle or stereo mobil e phone, pres s the Play/ Paus e key to P lay/ Pause Musi c.
Next / Last Track Key
During music play, push the Next / Last Trac k key to select a next / last track.
Cancel the pair ing Status
In standby status, turn off the Bluetooth function of your m obile phone. T he headset need to b e re-paired with your mobil e phone after power on again .
Transferring a Call
While speaking, long push the v olume up butt on to tr ansf er a c al l f rom y ou r h e ad set t o you r m ob i le phon e. Wh en oper ate t h i s, p l e ase m ake s ure t h e v oi ce o f you r he a dset i s at its maximum.(Please check if your mobile phone has this function), repeat the above procedure to tr ansfer the cal l from your mobile phone to y our heads et.
Connect with the L ast Paired Device
Th e headset wi ll c onnect with t he l ast paired mobile phone, if the pair in g is successful, the connection LED indica tor will flash green every 5 seconds and in standby mode, if the pairing cannot be completed within 2 minutes after the pairing mode has been activated, the headset will turn into standby mode.
COOL FUNCTIONS
BT20 4 can be paired wi th two mobile phones at the same t ime.
If BT204 was pr eviously p aired to one m obile phone, it is possible to b e paired with a 2nd mobile phone: restart BT204 (switch off and swit ch on) to enter pairing mode; repeat the above pairing procedure to pair BT204 with the 2nd mobile phone; and then reconnect BT204 with 1st m obile phone; finally tw o m obile phones connect w i th i5 successfully. If B T2 04 con n ect s w i th y ou r i Ph one, y ou can s ee t h e bat t er y m et er aut om at i c all y d isp l ay on the status b ar, so you can know b ett er when BT204 should be charged.
Troubleshooting
If you are unabl e to connect your heads et and your mobile phone, please try the following:
Ensure your headset is turned off and is pr operly charged. Ensure the headset is pair ed with your mobile phone. Ensure your m obile phone's Bluet ooth feature is activat ed. Please refer to your m obile
phone user gui de for specific instruc tion.

obstructions, such as walls or oth er el ect ronic devices in between.
If the a bove step s do not solve y our problem, p lease recharge the h eadset and remove your mobile p hone batter y for a short tim e.
Safety Inf orm ati on
Check local laws regar din g the use of mobile phones and heads ets while driving .If you
use the heads et w hi le driving, ensure your attenti on and focus remains on the road and you drive in a responsible and safe manner.
Never all ow children to play with t he headset small parts may be a choking hazard. Observe all signs that require an electrical device or RF radio products to be switched off
in designated areas. These could include hospitals, blasting areas, and potentially explosive envir onm ents.
Turn off your headset prior to boarding an aircraft .Do not use your headset in an aircraft. Never mount or store your headset over any air bag developm ent area as serious injur y
may r esult when the air bag depl oys .
Do not open or mutilate the buil t-in battery. Di spose of batteries accor din g to local regulation s. Do n ot dispos e as household waste.
Care and Mainten an ce Headset

accidentally activated. Your m obile phone may place an unin ten ded call.
Do not expose the headset to liquid, moisture or humi di ty, as it is not waterpr oof. Do not us e abrasive cleanin g solvents to clean the h eadset . Do not expose the headset to extreme temperature conditions .The best store
temperature range is from - 0 to + 60, otherwise the life of the headset will be influenced.
Do not dispose the headset of a fire as thi s may result in an explosive. Do not bring y our head set int o contact w ith sharp obj ects as this w ill caus e scratched
and damage.
Do not attempt to disassemble the headset, as it does not contain serviceable
components.
If you do not use the headset for long periods, be sure to store it in a dry place, free from
extreme t emperature conditions and dust.
Charging
Incorrect reassembly can cause electronic shock when the headset is subsequently
used.
Only charge th e headset’s bui lt-in b attery in acc ordanc e wi th the instructi ons c ontain ed
in the user guide.
Av oid ch arging the headset in e xtreme temperatu re conditions.
Built-in Battery
Do not attempt to replace the headset's battery yourself as it is built into the headset and
is non-rechargeable.
Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions suppli ed with this user guide.
