AICD II Installation Manual

General Information

The purpose of this AICD II Installation Manual is to provide information to ensure proper
installation and operation of this product.

This product has been tested and is “FAA-PMA” approved. It is the responsibility of those
desiring to install this item on or within a specific type or class of certified aircraft to document
and obtain approval for an acceptable installation from the Administrator.

The AICD II will need an AM/FM Antenna (not included). It is recommended that you use an
antenna with a 88-108 MHz / 550-1600 KHz range

Unpacking and Inspection of AI CD

Exercise extreme care when unpacking the AICD II. Make a visual inspection of the unit for
evidence of damage incurred during shipment. If a claim for damage is to be made, unit must be
returned in the original packaging.
