Oregon Aero® Zeta III® Helmet Liner

The Oregon Aero Zeta III Helmet Liner is designed to replace
the liner between your head and the styrene crush liner in your

ight helmet. The Zeta III carries perspiration away from your
head, keeping it cooler and drier. The liner molds to your head

each time it is put on, preventing pressure points and creating

a more stable t.

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the existing liner from your helmet.

2. Grasp the liner in the middle with the label side out and

place it into the helmet with the front of the Zeta III Helmet

Liner toward the front of the helmet. See Photos.

3. Make sure the liner is centered in the helmet and press it

to the hook-and-loop fastener strips at the front. The front
edge of the liner should cover the styrene liner.

4. Press the Zeta III Helmet Liner into the helmet and then

attach the liner to the hook fastener on the nape ap.

Oregon Aero® Zeta III® Helmet Liner

Cleaning Instructions

Hand wash with a solution of mild soap and water. Rinse
thoroughly. To dry, place the Zeta III at on a large towel
and fold the towel over to cover. Use a rolling pin or similar
object to squeeze out the excess water. DO NOT WRING.
Re-shape and air dry in a warm place or in front of a fan. DO
NOT USE ANY ARTIFICIAL HEAT SOURCE TO DRY. Your

Zeta III helmet liner should dry overnight unless conditions are

particularly humid.
WARNING: Wringing the helmet liner or using an articial heat

source to dry will damage the product. Only use recommended
methods of care.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satised with your Oregon Aero product for any reason, you have 30

calendar days to return the product from the date you purchased it for a full refund

or exchange. To be eligible, product must be in good condition and include the
receipt.

Limited Warranty

This product is backed by a limited warranty against defects in manufacture for a

period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event we receive the return of

this product within the warranty period, and we agree that the product is defective,

our sole obligation shall be to replace the product at no charge. We disclaim all other

express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability

or tness for a particular use. Some states do not permit the limitation of implied
warranties, so this information may not apply to you.
