Basic Operations
1. Turning On the Camera
In powered o status, long press for 3 seconds, after a beep, the camera will turn on and auto­matically go to preview mode. Meanwhile, the status indicator will turn green. In preview mode, the following screen will appear:
1. Remain recording time
2. Status (Dierent icon means dierent working status. Red point means video recording.)
3. Device ID and ocer ID number
4. Inside SD card is detected.
5. Battery status
6. Date/time
7. Remain space
8. Zoom times
9. GPS status info
2. GUI functions
In preview mode, press “ON/OFF/BACK” key, you can enter into the GUI menu interface, there are 6 main interfaces, and the functions are as follow:
1. Camera: Enter into live view.
2. Playback: Review stored video, audio and pictures.
3. Audio: Enter audio recording interface.
4. Compass: Swing the body camera to calibration the direction.
5. Intercom: As long as the camera in network, it can call any camera in the contacts.
6. Setup: A. Media: Setup the picture pixels, resolution, pre-recording, post-recording, Video clip. B. Wireless: Setup the Bluetooth, WLAN, GPS. C. Light: Open/close the light manually. D. Output: Connects to any WLAN devices. E. Center SMS: Receives the information from center server. F. Other settings: Standby, volume, brightness, status checking, etc.

3. Turning O the Camera
In preview mode, long press for 3 seconds, after two beeps, the camera will save current status and turn o. Meanwhile, the status indicator will go o.
4. Snapshot
In preview mode, press to take a photo; long press to take more than one photo continu­ously, the quantity of photos can be set in menu. There is a crack sound every time a photo is taken, and the photo will be automatically saved in JPG format.
5. Record a Video
In preview mode, press , after a beep, this camera will start recording. Meanwhile, the status indi-
cator will turn red and ashes. Press again, after two beeps, the camera will stop recording, and the video will be automatically saved in MP4 format.
6. Audio Recording
In preview mode, press , after a beep, the camera will start recording sound. Meanwhile, the
status indicator will turn yellow and ashes. Press again, after two beeps, this camera will stop recording, and the audio will be automatically saved in WAV format.
7. IR Mode
Manual mode: in preview mode or during recording a video, long press to switch to IR mode.
Long press again to exit from IR mode. Auto mode: in preview mode or while recording a video, when the ambient lighting low, it will auto­matically turn on the IR function; and when the ambient lighting is high, it will automatically turn o.
8. Supplementary Lighting
In power on status, press to turn on supplementary lighting, further press to turn it o.
9. Laser Light
Manual mode: in preview mode or during recording a video, long press to turn on the laser light,
further long press to turn it o. Auto mode: enter video recording status; it will automatically turn on laser light to position.

10. Turning O the Screen
In preview mode or during video recording, press to turn o LCD screen, meanwhile, the cam­era will go to sleep mode. Press any button to wake LCD screen so that this camera will exit from sleep mode.
11. Voice Broadcast
In case of system crash while this camera is powered on, you can open the battery to reset the camera.
Note: This operation will not cause loss or damage of any data.
12. HD Output
Connect HDMI display device to this camera via HDMI interface to view HD photo/video stored in this camera.
13. Changing the Battery
This camera has a chargeable battery built in. In case of low battery, please connect this camera to power supply for battery charging. Connect the camera and adaptor via USB cable, and connect adaptor to power supply to charge the battery. In charging status, the status indicator will turn red. Once fully charged, the status indicator will turn green.
Note: When recharging the body camera, please make sure it is OFF. Recharge the unit every 3 months, if the camera is not being used for an extended period of time.
