2 Sicherheitshinweise

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Verwenden Sie das Ventilsystem HF02-LG/HF03-LG
ausschließlich gemäß dem in der Betriebsanleitung angegebenen
Zweck. Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Ventilsystems
HF02-LG/HF03-LG und seiner Erweiterungen schließt auch ein,
dass

W Sie diese Anleitung und die Ihres VS beachten,
W Sie alle weiteren Begleitunterlagen beachten,
W Sie die nationalen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften am Einsatzort

beachten,

W die Erweiterung nur von entsprechend qualifiziertem und

geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt wird.

Nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Als nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung gilt, wenn Sie die
Erweiterung des VS HF02-LG oder HF03-LG

W außerhalb der Anwendungsgebiete verwenden, die in dieser

Anleitung genannt werden.

Qualifikation des Personals

Die Montage, Demontage, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung
erfordert grundlegende elektrische und pneumatische Kenntnisse
sowie Kenntnisse der zugehörigen Fachbegriffe. Die Montage,
Demontage, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung darf daher nur von
einer Elektro- oder Pneumatikfachkraft oder von einer
unterwiesenen Person unter der Leitung und Aufsicht einer
Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.

Eine Fachkraft ist, wer aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung,
seiner Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen sowie seiner Kenntnisse der
einschlägigen Bestimmungen die ihm übertragenen Arbeiten
beurteilen, mögliche Gefahren erkennen und geeignete
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen treffen kann. Die Fachkraft muss die
einschlägigen fachspezifischen Regeln einhalten.

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise

O Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei,

bevor Sie mit Arbeiten an der Anlage beginnen.

O Stellen Sie vor der Ventilblockmontage sicher, dass die

Zuganker (2) vollständig in die EP-Endplatte (1) eingeschraubt
sind.

O Achten Sie auf korrekten Sitz der Dichtungen (6).
O Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Steuerluftabdeckung (HF02-LG)

sicher montiert ist.

5 Bestückungsvarianten

Das Ventilsystem HF02-LG/HF03-LG kann mit Grundplatten für
einseitig und beidseitig betätigte Ventile bestückt werden.
Folgende Kombinationen sind möglich:

W Max. 32 Grundplatten für einseitig betätigte Ventile (nur HF03-LG)
W Max. 16 Grundplatten für beidseitig betätigte Ventile
W Kombinationen von Grundplatten für einseitig und beidseitig

betätigte Ventile

O Kombinationsmöglichkeiten von Grundplatten für einseitig und

beidseitig betätigte Ventile (siehe ).

Wichtige Hinweise zur Bestückung

O Montieren Sie bei gemischter Bestückung zuerst die

Grundplatte für beidseitig betätigte Ventile, danach die für
einseitig betätigte Ventile.

O Beachten Sie die Kennzeichnung von Grundplatten für einseitig

betätigte Ventile (siehe ).

O Wird auf eine Grundplatte für beidseitig betätigte Ventile ein

einseitig betätigtes Ventil montiert, bleibt der entsprechende
Anschluss für Spule 12 ungenutzt.

6 Montage

GEFAHR

Elektrische Spannung und hoher Druck

Verletzungsgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag und plötzlichen
Druckabbau.

O Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei, bevor Sie:

– Stecker ziehen oder anschließen,
– das System demontieren oder
– einzelne Komponenten austauschen.

ACHTUNG

Gefahr durch falsche Befestigung am Gerät

Ein falsch befestigtes Gerät kann sich unkontrolliert bewegen
und andere Anlagenteile beschädigen. Die Befestigung des VS
kann durch im Betrieb auftetende Schwingungen instabil
werden.

O Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Komponenten auf einer

Grundplatte montiert sind und diese an der Maschine oder
auf einer Montageplatte sicher befestigt ist.

O Montieren Sie das VS ab einer Bestückung von mehr als 16

Stück nicht auf einer DIN-Schiene.

VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG erweitern

Montagereihenfolge beachten!

O Montieren Sie zuerst die Grundplatten für beidseitig betätigte

Ventile, danach die für einseitig betätigte Ventile.

1. Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei.

2. Lösen Sie die Innensechskantschrauben (7) und entfernen Sie
die P-Endplatte (6).

3. Schrauben Sie die Zugankererweiterung (3) in Zuganker (2)

bündig ein.

4. Legen Sie die Dichtungen (5) in die Grundplatte(n) (4) ein.

5. Setzen Sie die Grundplatte(n) (4) auf die Zugankererweiterung

(3) auf.
Achten Sie auf korrekten Sitz der Dichtungen (5).

6. Montieren Sie die rechte P-Endplatte (6) und schrauben Sie die
Innensechskantschrauben (7) fest (Anzugsdrehmoment:
3,0 + 0,5 Nm).

7. Setzen Sie das Ventil (9), die Einspeiseplatte (10) oder
Blindplatte (8) auf die Grundplatte(n) (4) auf und schrauben Sie
die Kreuzschlitzschrauben DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11) ein
(Anzugsdrehmoment: 1,1 + 0,2 Nm,
Schrauberdrehzahl: 500 min

-1

).

Befestigungswinkel montieren

Werden im HF03-LG mehr als 16 Grundplatten montiert und ist
das VS im Betrieb Schwingungen und Vibrationen ausgesetzt,
müssen Sie zur Stabilisierung 2 Befestigungswinkel (siehe
Materialnummer R412008245) anbringen. Dazu müssen Sie das
VS nicht demontieren.

1. Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei.

2. Schieben Sie die beiden Befestigungswinkel auf der Rückseite

des montierten VS jeweils in die Aussparung zwischen zwei
Grundplatten bündig ein und schrauben Sie die Winkel mit je
einer Schraube auf dem Untergrund fest (z. B. mit M5 x 10
DIN 912, Anzugsdrehmoment 5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Achten Sie beim Montieren darauf, dass die
Befestigungswinkel symmetrisch am VS verteilt sind.

7 Entsorgung

Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung und verbrauchte Teile gemäß den
Bestimmungen des Landes, in dem der Erweiterungssatz
eingesetzt wird.

2 Notes on safety

Intended use

Only use the HF02-LG/HF03-LG valve terminal system for the
purpose specified in the operating instructions.

The intended use of the HF02-LG/HF03-LG valve terminal system
and its extensions also requires that

W you comply with these instructions and the instructions of your

VS,

W ou comply with all accompanying documents,
W you comply with national accident prevention regulations at

the site,

W the extension only be carried out by qualified and trained

specialists.

Improper use

Improper operation includes the use of the VS HF02-LG or HF03­LG extensions

W for any application not stated in these instructions.

Personnel qualifications

Assembly, disassembly, commissioning and operation require
fundamental electrical and pneumatic knowledge, as well as
knowledge of the applicable technical terminology. Assembly,
disassembly, commissioning, and operation may therefore only be
carried out by qualified electrical or pneumatic personnel or an
instructed person under the direction and supervision of qualified
personnel.

Qualified personnel are those who can recognize possible hazards
and institute the appropriate safety measures, due to their
professional training, knowledge, and experience, as well as their
understanding of the relevant conditions pertaining to the work to
be done. Qualified personnel must observe the rules relevant to the
subject area.

General safety instructions

O Before working on the system, switch off the pressure and

voltage.

O Make sure that the tie rods (2) have been completely screwed

into the-end plate (1) before installing the valve block.

O Make sure the seals (6) have been inserted correctly.
O Make sure that the pilot air cover (HF02-LG) is securely

assembled.

4 About this product

The HF02-LG/HF03-LG valve terminal system consists of the
following components:

5 Equipment variants

The HF02-LG/HF03-LG valve terminal system can be equipped
with base plates for single solenoid and double solenoid. The
following combinations are possible:

W Max. 32 base plates, for single solenoid valves (only HF03-LG)
W Max. 16 base plates, for double solenoid valves
W Combination of base plates for single solenoid and double

solenoid valves

O Base plate combination options for single solenoid and double

solenoid valves (see ).

Important notes on equipment

O If the equipment is combined, the base plates for double

solenoid valves must be installed before the single solenoid
ones.

O Note the marking for base plates for single solenoid valves

(see ).

O If a single solenoid valve is installed on a base plate for double

solenoid valves, the corresponding connection for solenoid 12
remains unused.

6 Assembly

DANGER

Electrical voltage and high pressure

Danger of injury from electrical shocks and sudden pressure
drops.

O Make sure the system is not under pressure or voltage before:

– removing or connecting plugs,
– disassembling the system or
– exchanging individual components.

NOTICE

Risk due to incorrectly mounted device

An incorrectly mounted device may result in uncontrolled
movements that could damage other system parts. The
mounting of the VS can become unstable due to vibrations
occurring during operation.

O Make sure that all components are attached to a base plate

that is securely fastened to the machine or a mounting
plate.

O If more than 16 pieces are fitted to the VS, do not mount it on

a hat rail.

Extending the VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG

Observe the assembly sequence!

O First install the base plates for double solenoid valves, then

those for single solenoid valves.

3. Loosen the hexagonal socket-head screws (7) and remove the
P end plate (6).

4. Screw in the tie rod extension (3) flush with the tie rod (2).

5. Insert the seals (5) in the base plate(s) (4).

6. Place the base plate(s) (4) on the tie rod extension (3).
Make sure the seals have been inserted correctly (5).

7. Mount the right P end plate (6) and tighten the hexagonal

socket-head screws (7)
(Tightening torque: 3.0 + 0.5 Nm).

8. Place the valve (9), supply plate (10) or blanking plate (8) on the
base plate(s) (4) and screw them in with the crossed recessed
screws DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11) (tightening torque:

1.1 + 0.2 Nm, tightening speed: 500 rpm

Installing the mounting bracket

If more than 16 base plates are to be mounted in the HF03 LG and
if the VS is subject to oscillations and vibration during operation, 2
mounting brackets (see material number R412008245) must be
installed to stabilize it. The VS does not need to be disassembled to
do this.

1. Turn off the operating voltage and compressed air supply.

2. Slide the two mounting brackets into the recesses between

two base plates on the rear of the assembled VS until flush,
and firmly screw each of the brackets to the base with one
screw (e.g. with M5 x 10 DIN 912, tightening torque
5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Make sure during assembly that the mounting brackets
have been symmetrically distributed on the VS.

7 Disposal

Dispose of the packaging and used parts in accordance with the
regulations of the country in which the extension kit has been used.

Qualification du personnel

Le montage, le démontage, la mise en service et l’utilisation
exigent des connaissances électriques et pneumatiques
fondamentales, ainsi que des connaissances concernant les
termes techniques adéquats. Le montage, le démontage, la mise
en service et l’utilisation ne doivent donc être effectués que par du
personnel spécialisé en électronique ou pneumatique ou par une
personne instruite et sous la direction et la surveillance d’une
personne qualifiée.

Une personne spécialisée est capable de juger des travaux qui lui
sont confiés, de reconnaître d’éventuels dangers et de prendre les
mesures de sécurité adéquates grâce à sa formation spécialisée,
ses connaissances et expériences, ainsi qu’à ses connaissances
des directives correspondantes. Une personne spécialisée doit
respecter les règles spécifiques correspondantes.

Consignes générales de sécurité

O Avant d’effectuer des travaux, mettre le système hors pression

et hors tension.

O Avant le montage du porte-distributeurs, contrôler si le tirant

(2) est complètement vissé dans l’embase terminale EP (1).

O Les joints doivent être correctement montés (6).
O S’assurer que le couvercle de l’air de pilotage (HF02-LG) est

monté de manière sûre.

Conseils importants quant à l’équipement

O En cas d’équipement mixte, il faut d’abord monter l’embase

pour distributeurs bistables, puis l’embase pour distributeurs
monostables.

O Respecter le marquage des embases pour distributeurs

monostables (voir ).

O Si un distributeur monostable est monté sur une embase pour

distributeurs bistables, le raccordement correspondant pour
la bobine 12 reste inoccupé.

6 Montage

DANGER

Tension électrique et pression importante

Risque de blessures par choc électrique et chute de pression
subite.

O Mettre le système hors pression et hors tension avant de :

– débrancher ou de brancher le connecteur,
– démonter le système ou
– échanger les différents composants.

Extension des VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG

Respecter l’ordre de montage !

O Il faut d’abord monter les embases pour distributeurs

bistables, puis ensuite les embases pour distributeurs
monostables.

1. Mettre le système hors pression et hors tension.

2. Desserrer les vis à tête cylindriques (7) et retirer l’embase
terminale P (6).

3. Visser l’extension à tirants (3) dans le tirant (2) de manière

affleurée.

4. Insérer les joints (5) dans l’(les) embase(s) (4).

5. Poser l’(les) embase(s) (4) sur l’extension à tirants (3).
Les joints doivent être correctement montés (5).

6. Monter l’embase terminale P droite (6) et visser les vis à tête
cylindrique (7) (couple de serrage : 3,0 + 0,5 Nm).

7. Poser le distributeur (9), l’embase d’entrée (10) ou la plaque

d’obturation (8) sur l’(les) embase(s) (4) et visser les vis à
empreinte cruciforme DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11)
(couple de serrage : 1,1 + 0,2 Nm,
vitesse de vissage : 500 min

-1

).

Monter l’équerre de fixation

Si le VS HF03-LG est équipé de plus de 16 embases et s’il est
soumis à des oscillations et des vibrations en cours de
fonctionnement, appliquer 2 équerres de fixation pour le stabiliser
(voir numéro de référence R412008245). Il n’est pas nécessaire de
démonter le VS.

1. Mettre le système hors pression et hors tension.

2. Introduire respectivement sur la face arrière du VS monté les

deux équerres de fixation de manière affleurée dans l’orifice
situé entre deux embases et visser chaque équerre sur le fond
à l’aide d’une vis (par ex. avec M5 x 10 DIN 912, couple de
serrage 5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Un appareil qui n’est pas fixé correctement peut bouger de
manière incontrôlée et endommager d’autres pièces de
l’installation. Les vibrations provoquées par le fonctionnement
sont susceptibles de rendre la fixation du VS instable.

O S’assurer que tous les composants soient montés sur une

embase et que celle-ci soit fixée de manière sûre sur la
machine ou sur une plaque de montage.

Note importanti sull’equipaggiamento

O In caso di equipaggiamento misto montare prima la piastra

base per valvole bistabili e quindi quella per valvole
monostabili.

O Prestare attenzione alla marcatura delle piastre base per

valvole monostabili (vedere ).

O Se su una piastra base per valvole bistabili viene montata una

valvola monostabile, l’attacco corrispondente per la bobina 12
rimane inutilizzato.

6 Montaggio

PERICOLO

Tensione elettrica e alta pressione

Pericolo di ferimento a causa di scarica elettrica e formazione
improvvisa di pressione.

O Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica del sistema

prima di:
– collegare o scollegare i connettori,
– smontare il sistema o
– sostituire singoli componenti.

NOTA

Pericolo in caso di fissaggio sbagliato sull’apparecchio

Se l'apparecchio non viene fissato correttamente può muoversi
in maniera incontrollata, danneggiando altri componenti
dell'impianto. Il fissaggio della batteria di valvole pneumatiche
può diventare instabile a causa delle oscillazioni che si
verificano durante il funzionamento.

O Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti siano montati su una

piastra base e che quest'ultima sia fissata in modo sicuro ad
una macchina o ad una piastra di montaggio.

O Se l'equipaggiamento comprende più di 16 pezzi non

montare la batteria di valvole pneumatiche su una guida
DIN.

Ampliamento della VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG

Rispettare la sequenza di montaggio!

O Montare prima le piastre base per valvole bistabili e quindi

quelle per valvole monostabili.

1. Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica del sistema.

2. Svitare le viti brugola (7) e rimuovere la piastra terminale P (6).

3. Avvitare la prolunga dei tiranti (3) allineandola ai tiranti
stessi (2).

4. Inserire le guarnizioni (5) nella/e piastra/e base (4).

5. Posizionare la/e piastra/e base (4) sulla prolunga dei tiranti (3).

Accertarsi che le guarnizioni (5) siano posizionate
correttamente.

6. Montare la piastra terminale destra P (6) e stringere le viti
brugola (7) (coppia di serraggio: 3,0 + 0,5 Nm).

7. Appoggiare la valvola (9), la piastra di alimentazione (10) o la
piastra cieca (8) sulla/e piastra/e base (4) e stringere le viti con
testa a croce DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11)
(coppia di serraggio: 1,1 + 0,2 Nm,
numero di giri dell'avvitatore: 500 min

Montaggio dell’angolare di fissaggio

Se sulla HF03-LG vengono montate più di 16 piastre base e se la
VS durante il funzionamento è sottoposta a vibrazioni e
oscillazioni, è necessario apportare 2 angolari di fissaggio per
permetterne la stabilizzazione (ved. n. di materiale R412008245).
A tal scopo non è necessario smontare la batteria di valvole
pneumatiche.

1. Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica del sistema.

2. Spingere i due angolari di fissaggio sulla parte posteriore della

batteria in stato montato rispettivamente nella rientranza tra
le due piastre base, allineandoli a quest’ultime, e avvitare
saldamente ogni angolare sulla base con una vite (p es. con
M5 x 10 DIN 912, coppia di serraggio5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Durante il montaggio prestare attenzione che gli angolari
di fissaggio siano distribuiti simmetricamente sulla
batteria di valvole.

7 Smaltimento

Smaltire l’imballaggio e le parti usate nel rispetto delle norme
vigenti nel paese dove è utilizzato il set di ampliamento.

Cualificación del personal

Es necesario tener conocimientos básicos de electrónica y
neumática y conocimientos de la terminología técnica pertinente
para realizar el montaje, el desmontaje, la puesta en servicio y su
manejo. Por lo tanto, solamente personal cualificado en
electrónica o neumática o bien otra persona vigilada y controlada
por una persona cualificada podrá realizar el montaje, el
desmontaje, la puesta en servicio y su manejo.

Por personal cualificado se entiende una persona que, gracias a su
formación especializada, sus conocimientos y experiencias, así
como su conocimiento acerca de las normas vigentes, detecta
potenciales peligros y puede llevar a cabo medidas de seguridad
adecuadas. El personal cualificado debe respetar las normas en
vigor específicas del sector.

Instrucciones de seguridad generales

O Desconecte la presión y la tensión eléctrica del sistema antes

de empezar a trabajar en la instalación.

O Antes de montar el bloque de válvulas asegúrese de que los

tirantes (2) están completamente atornillados en la placa final
EP (1).

Indicaciones importantes para el
equipamiento

O En caso de equipamiento mezclado, monte primero la placa

base para las válvulas biestables, y luego la de las válvulas
monoestables.

O Tenga en cuenta la identificación de las placas base para

válvulas monoestables (véase ).

O Si en una placa base para válvulas biestables se monta una

válvula monoestable, la conexión correspondiente para la
bobina 12 permanece sin usar.

6 Montaje

PELIGRO

Tensión eléctrica y alta presión

Peligro de lesiones a través de un golpe eléctrico o caída de
presión repentina.

O Desconecte la presión y la tensión del sistema antes de:

– conectar o desconectar el enchufe,
– desmontar el sistema o
– sustituir componentes individuales.

NOTA

Peligro originado por una fijación incorrecta al aparato

Un aparato fijado incorrectamente se puede mover de forma
descontrolada y puede dañar otras piezas de la instalación. La
fijación del VS puede desestabilizarse por las oscilaciones que
se produzcan durante el funcionamiento.

O Asegúrese de que todos los componentes están montados

en una placa base y de que ésta se encuentra fijada de
manera segura a la máquina o a una placa de montaje.

O Si el equipamiento es de más de 16 unidades, no monte el

VS en una regleta soporte DIN.

Ampliar el VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG

Tenga en cuenta la secuencia de montaje

O Monte primero las placas base para las válvulas biestables, y

luego las de las válvulas monoestables.

1. Conecte el sistema exento de presión y de tensión.

2. Afloje los tornillos de hexágono interior (7) y retire la placa final
P (6).

3. Atornille la ampliación de tirantes (3) en el tirante (2) a nivel.

4. Coloque las juntas (5) en la(s) placa(s) base (4).

5. Monte la(s) placa(s) base (4) en la ampliación de tirantes (3).
Compruebe la correcta colocación de las juntas (5).

6. Monte la placa final P derecha (6) y apriete los tornillos del
cilindro (7) (par de apriete: 3,0 + 0,5 Nm).

7. Coloque la válvula (9), la placa de entrada (10) o placa ciega (8)

en la(s) placa(s) base (4) y atornille los tornillos con ranura
cruzada DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11) (
par de apriete: 1,1 + 0,2 Nm,
revoluciones de la atornilladora: 500 min

Montar escuadras de fijación

Si en el HF03-LG se montan más de 16 placas base y el VS se
expone al funcionamiento de oscilaciones y vibraciones, para la
estabilización debe colocar 2 escuadras de fijación (véase número
de material R412008245). Para ello no debe desmontar el VS.

1. Conecte el sistema exento de presión y de tensión.

2. Desplace las dos escuadras de fijación en la parte trasera del

VS montado en la escotadura entre las placas base a nivel y
atornille las escuadras al fondo con un tornillo cada una
(p. ej. con M5 x 10 DIN 912, par de apriete 5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Compruebe al montar que las escuadras de fijación están
distribuidas de forma simétrica en el VS.

bistabila ventiler, används inte motsvarande anslutning för
spole 12.

OBS

Risk för felaktig montering av enheten

En felaktigt monterad enhet kan röra sig okontrollerat och
skada andra anläggningsdelar. Fastsättningen av
ventilrampsystemet kan bli instabil pga vibrationer under drift.

O Kontrollera noga att alla komponenter sitter säkert fast på

basplattan och att denna sitter säkert fast på maskinen eller
en monteringsplatta.

O Montera inte ventilrampsystemet på en DIN-skena om det

är utrustat med mer än 16 st.

Utbyggnad av VS HF02-LG/HF03-LG

Observera monteringsföljden!

O Montera först basplattorna för bistabila ventiler, sedan de för

monostabila.

1. Stäng av trycket och elspänningen till systemet.

2. Lossa insexskruvarna (7) och ta bort P-ändplattan (6).

3. Skruva i dragstångsförlängningen (3) i dragstången (2) kant i

kant.

4. Lägg i tätningarna (5) i basplattan/-orna (4).

5. Montera basplattan/-orna (4) på dragstångsförlängningen (3).
Kontrollera att tätningarna (5) sitter korrekt.

6. Montera höger P-ändplatta (6) och dra åt insexskruvarna (7)

(åtdragningsmoment: 3,0 + 0,5 Nm).

7. Montera ventilen (9), ingångsplattan (10) eller blindplattan (8)
på basplattan/-orna (4) och skruva i krysspårskruvarna
DIN EN ISO 4757 - Z1 (11) (åtdragningsmoment: 1,1 + 0,2 Nm,
skruvdragarens varvtal: 500 min

-1

).

Montering av fästvinklar

Om mer än 16 basplattor monteras i ventilramp HF03-LG och den
utsätts för svängningar och vibrationer, måste den stabiliseras
med 2 fästvinklar (se materialnummer R412008245).
Ventilrampen behöver inte demonteras för detta.

1. Stäng av trycket och elspänningen till systemet.

2. Fäst de båda fästvinklarna kant i kant i var sin öppning mellan

två basplattor på baksidan av den monterade ventilrampen,
och skruva fast vinklarna med varsin skruv på underlaget
(t.ex. med M5 x 10 DIN 912, åtdragningsmoment 5,5 + 0,5 Nm).

Var noga med att fördela fästvinklarna symmetriskt på
ventilrampen vid monteringen.

6 Montering

FARA

Elektrisk spänning och högt tryck

Fara för skada på grund av elektriska stötar och plötsligt
tryckfall.

O Stäng av systemet så att det inte finns något tryck eller spänning

innan:
– du sticker in eller tar ut kontakten,
– demonterar systemet
– byter ut enskilda delar.
