O Schalten Sie den relevanten Anlagenteil drucklos
und spannungsfrei, bevor Sie folgende Tätigkeiten
ausführen:
– Produkt demontieren/montieren
– das System demontieren/montieren
O Sichern Sie die Anlage gegen Wiedereinschalten.

ACHTUNG
Beschädigung der Ventilkontakte!
Durch das Lösen der Endplatte können die elektrischen
Kontakte der Ventile des VS gelöst werden. Erneutes
Zusammenschieben der VS-Komponenten beim
Festschrauben der Endplatte führt dann zur
Beschädigung dieser zuvor gelösten Kontakte!
O Demontieren Sie alle Ventile am VS von den
Grundplatten, bevor Sie die Endplatte am VS lösen.
O Montieren Sie die Ventile erst wieder auf die
Grundplatten, nachdem das VS mit seinen
Endplatten wieder fertig zusammengeschraubt ist.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Ventile am VS demontieren ཱ ི .
2. Endplatte rechts [3] demontieren ཱི ུ .
3. Neue Endplatte rechts (4 AV03, 5 AV05)
montieren ཱུ ྲྀ .
4. Ventile am VS wieder montieren ཷླྀཹ.

Damage to valve contacts!
Removing the end plate can separate the electrical
contacts on the VS valves. A closing up of the VS
components when tightening the end plate will result in
damage to the separated contacts!
O Remove all valves from the VS base plates before

Afin de pouvoir desserrer les contacts électriques des
distributeurs du système de distributeurs, desserrer
l’embase terminale. Un réassemblage des composants du
système de distributeurs lors du vissage de l’embase
terminale peut endommager ces contacts préalablement
desserrés !
O Retirer des embases terminales tous les distributeurs du
système de distributeurs avant de détacher l’embase
terminale du système de distributeurs.
O Ne remonter les distributeurs sur les embases
terminales qu’après avoir entièrement réassemblé le
système de distributeurs avec ses embases terminales.
Procéder comme suit :
1. Démonter les distributeurs du système de
distributeurs ཱ ི .
2. Démonter l’embase terminale de droite [3] ཱི ུ .
3. Monter la nouvelle embase terminale à droite (4 AV03,
5 AV05) ཱུྲྀ
4. Remonter les distributeurs sur le système de
distributeurs ཷླྀཹ
4 Elimination
Respecter la réglementation nationale concernant l’évacuation
des déchets.
O Proteggere l’impianto da una riaccensione.

nuovamente i componenti VS durante l'avvitamento
della piastra terminale, i contatti allentati in precedenza
possono venire danneggiati!
O Smontare tutte le valvole sul VS dalle piastre base,
O Montare di nuovo le valvole sulle piastre base solo
Procedere nel modo seguente:
1. Smontare le valvole sul VS ཱ ི .
2. Smontare la piastra terminale destra [3] ཱིུ
3. Montare la nuova piastra terminale destra (4 AV03,
4. Montare di nuovo le valvole sul VS ཷླྀཹ.

Daño de los contactos de las válvulas
Al aflojar la placa final se pueden aflojar también los
contactos eléctricos de las válvulas del VS. Dichos
contactos resultan después dañados al volver a unir los
componentes del VS cuando se atornilla la placa final.
O Desmonte todas las válvulas del VS de sus placas
base antes de aflojar la placa final del VS.
O No monte las válvulas en las placas base mientras no
haya acabado de atornillar el VS con sus placas finales.
Proceda como se explica a continuación:
1. Desmonte las válvulas del VS ཱི
2. Desmonte la placa final derecha [3] ཱི ུ .
3. Monte la placa final derecha nueva (4 AV03, 5 AV05)
4. Vuelva a montar las válvulas en el VS ཷླྀཹ
4 Eliminación de residuos
Respete las prescripciones nacionales relativas a la
eliminación de residuos.

O Montera tillbaka ventilerna på grundplattorna först
Gör så här:
1. Demontera ventiler på VS ཱ ི .
2. Demontera höger ändplatta [3] ཱིུ
3. Montera ny ändplatta till höger (4 AV03, 5 AV05) ཱུྲྀ
4. Montera tillbaka ventilerna på VS ཷླྀཹ.
