2 Identifikation des Produkts

Das Produkt ist eine Komponente. Beachten Sie bei Demontage und
Montage die Hinweise der Dokumentation Ihres Ventilsystems (VS)!
Verletzungsgefahr durch Montage unter Druck oder Spannung!
Die Montage unter Druck oder anliegender elektrischer
Spannung kann zu Verletzungen führen und das Produkt oder
Anlagenteile beschädigen. Verletzungsgefahr durch
elektrischen Schlag und plötzlichen Druckabbau.
O Schalten Sie den relevanten Anlagenteil drucklos und
spannungsfrei, bevor Sie folgende Tätigkeiten ausführen:
– Produkt demontieren/montieren
– Stecker ziehen oder anschließen
– Das System montieren/demontieren
O Sichern Sie die Anlage gegen Wiedereinschalten.
Beschädigung der Ventilkontakte!
Durch Herausziehen der Leiterplatte (2) aus dem VS-Block
werden die elektrischen Kontakte zu den Ventilen des VS gelöst.
Erneutes Wiedereinschieben der Leiterplatte (2) führt zur
Beschädigung dieser zuvor gelösten Kontakte!
O Achten Sie bei der Demontage und dem Einbau des D-Sub-
Anschlusses darauf, dass die Leiterplatte (2) nicht aus dem
VS-Block gezogen wird.
O Wurde die Leiterplatte versehentlich herausgezogen,
schieben Sie diese auf keinen Fall in den VS-Block ein!
a) Demontieren Sie alle im VS eingebauten Ventile von den
Grundplatten.
b) Positionieren Sie danach die Leiterplatte wieder im VS-
Block.
c) Montieren Sie anschließend alle Ventile wieder auf den
Grundplatten.
Der Wechsel der linken Endplatte mit D-Sub-Anschluss (1, 3) am
Ventilsystem ist in Abbildung dargestellt.

3 Exchanging the End Plate with
D-Sub Connector
The product is a component. Observe the documentation
information when disassembling and assembling your valve
system (VS)!
CAUTION
Danger of injury if assembled under pressure or voltage!
Assembling when under pressure or voltage can lead to injuries
and damage to the product or system components. Danger of
injury from electric shocks and sudden pressure drops.
O Make sure the relevant system part is not under pressure or
voltage before performing the following tasks:
– Disassembling/assembling the product
– Removing or connecting plugs
– Assembling/disassembling the system
O Protect the system against being switched on.
NOTICE
Damage to valve contacts!
Removing the printed board (2) from the VS block separates the
electrical contacts to the VS valves. Reinserting the printed
board (2) will result in damage to the separated contacts!
O Make sure that the printed board (2) is not removed from the
VS block during removal and insertion of the D-Sub connector.
O If the printed board is accidentally removed, do not slide it
back into the VS block!
a) Remove all valves installed in the VS from the base plates.
b) Then re-position the printed board in the VS block.
c) Remount all valves on the base plates.

2 Identification du produit
Les indications relatives au produit figurant sur celui-ci et sur

3 Remplacement de l’embase
terminale avec raccordement
D-SUB
Le produit est un composant. Lors du démontage et du montage,
observer également les remarques figurant dans la
documentation de votre système de distributeurs (VS) !
Risque de blessure dû à un montage sous pression ou sous
tension !
Le montage sous pression ou sous tension électrique en
présence peut provoquer des blessures et endommager le
produit ou les parties de l’installation. Risque de blessure dû à
une chute de pression subite et une électrocution.
O Mettre la partie concernée de l’installation hors pression et
hors tension avant de réaliser les opérations suivantes :
– Montage / Démontage du produit
– Branchement / Débranchement du connecteur
– Montage / Démontage du système
O Protéger l’installation de toute remise en marche.
Endommagement des contacts de distributeur !
Le retrait de la carte de circuits imprimés (2) du bloc du
système de distributeurs desserre les contacts électriques des
distributeurs du système de distributeurs. Une réinsertion de la
carte de circuits imprimés (2) peut endommager ces contacts
préalablement desserrés !
O Lors du démontage et du montage du raccordement D-SUB,
veiller à ne pas tirer la carte de circuits imprimés (2) hors
du bloc du système de distributeurs.
O En cas de retrait accidentel de la carte de circuits imprimés,
ne jamais la réinsérer dans le bloc du système de
distributeurs !
a) Retirer des embases terminales tous les distributeurs installés dans
le système de distributeurs.
b) Ensuite, positionner à nouveau la carte de circuits imprimés dans le
bloc du système de distributeurs.
c) Enfin, monter à nouveau tous les distributeurs sur les embases.
Le remplacement de l’embase terminale gauche avec
raccordement D-SUB (1, 3) sur le système de distributeurs est
représenté à la figure .

O Togliere pressione e tensione alla parte rilevante
dell’impianto prima di effettuare le seguenti attività:
– Smontare/montare il prodotto
– Tirare o inserire la spina
– Smontare/montare il sistema
O Proteggere l’impianto da una riaccensione.

Danneggiamento dei contatti valvola!
Estraendo il circuito stampato (2) dal blocco VS i contatti
elettrici alle valvole del VS vengono staccati. Inserendo
nuovamente il circuito stampato (2) i contatti allentati in
precedenza possono venire danneggiati!
O Accertarsi che durante lo smontaggio o l'installazione
dell'attacco D-Sub il circuito stampato (2) non venga
estratto dal blocco VS.
O Se il circuito stampato è stato estratto inavvertitamente,
non spingerlo in nessun caso nel blocco VS!
a) Smontare tutte le valvole installate nel VS dalle piastre
base.
b) Riposizionare quindi il circuito stampato nel blocco VS.
c) Montare poi di nuovo tutte le valvole nelle piastre base.
La sostituzione della piastra terminale sinistra con attacco D-Sub
(1, 3) sul sistema valvole è illustrata in figura .
4 Smaltimento
Rispettare le norme nazionali per lo smaltimento.

Este producto es un componente. Para desmontarlo y montarlo
debe tener en cuenta las indicaciones que figuren en la
documentación del sistema de válvulas (VS).
¡Peligro de lesiones durante el montaje bajo presión o tensión!
Efectuar el montaje bajo presión o tensión eléctrica puede
provocar lesiones personales y daños en el producto u otros
componentes de la instalación. Peligro de lesiones por descarga
eléctrica o caída de presión repentina.
O Desconecte la presión y la tensión de la pieza de la
instalación relevante antes de ejecutar las siguientes
actividades:
– Montar/desmontar el producto
– Desconectar o conectar el enchufe
– Montar/desmontar el sistema
O Proteja la instalación contra un reencendido.
Daño de los contactos de las válvulas
Si se extrae la placa de circuito (2) del bloque VS, se aflojan los
contactos eléctricos de las válvulas del VS. Dichos contactos
resultan dañados al volver a introducir la placa de circuito (2).
O Al desmontar y montar la conexión D-Sub, asegúrese de
que no se extrae la placa de circuito (2) del bloque VS.
O Si se ha extraído de forma inadvertida, no debe en ningún
caso introducirla en el bloque VS.
a) Desmonte todas las válvulas del VS de sus placas base.
b) A continuación, coloque la placa de circuito en el
bloque VS.
c) Finalmente, vuelva a montar todas las válvulas en las
placas base.
En la figura se representa la sustitución en el sistema de
válvulas de la placa final izquierda con conexión D-Sub (1, 3).

bruksanvisningen vid demontering och montering av
ventilsystemet (VS)!
Skaderisk vid montering under tryck eller spänning!
Om montering sker när anläggningen är under tryck eller
elektrisk spänning kan detta leda till personskador och skador
på produkten eller anläggningsdelarna. Risk för skada på grund
av elektriska stötar och plötsligt tryckfall.
O Koppla ifrån den aktuella anläggningsdelen, så att den blir
spänningsfri och trycklös innan följande uppgifter utförs:
– Demontera/montera produkten
– sticka i eller dra ut kontakter
– Demontera/montera systemet
O Säkra anläggningen mot återinkoppling.
Skador på ventilkontakterna!
Man lossar elkontakterna till ventilerna i VS genom att dra ut
ledarplattan (2) ur VS-blocket. Om ledarplattan (2) skjuts in
igen, skadas de tidigare lossade kontakterna!
O Se till att ledarplattan (2) inte dras ut ur VS-blocket när D-
Sub-anslutningen demonteras och monteras.
O Om man råkar dra ut ledarplattan av misstag, ska man
absolut inte skjuta in den i VS-blocket igen!
a) Demontera alla ventiler i VS från grundplattorna.
b) Sätt sedan tillbaka ledarplattan i VS-blocket.
c) Montera sedan tillbaka alla ventiler på grundplattorna.
På bilden visas byte av den vänstra ändplattan med D-Subanslutning (1, 3) på ventilsystemet.
