der Firma AVENTICS und den Angaben auf dem Typenschild
eingesetzt werden. Das Produkt darf erst in Betrieb
genommen werden, nachdem es sachgerecht montiert wurde.
W Halten Sie die in den technischen Daten genannten
Betriebsbedingungen und Leistungsgrenzen ein.
W Verwenden Sie als Medium ausschließlich Druckluft.
W Das Produkt ist nur für die professionelle Verwendung und
nicht für die private Verwendung bestimmt.
Qualifikation des Personals
Alle mit dem Produkt verbundenen Tätigkeiten erfordern
grundlegende mechanische, pneumatische und elektrische
Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse der zugehörigen Fachbegriffe.
Um die Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten, dürfen diese
Tätigkeiten daher nur von einer entsprechenden Fachkraft
oder einer unterwiesenen Person unter Leitung einer
Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.

Produkt- und technologieabhängige
Sicherheitshinweise
W Wenn die Leitungsdose durch Lösen der
Befestigungsschrauben 5-mal vom Magnetventil DO16
getrennt wurde, muss die Leitungsdose und die
Flachdichtung durch ein Original-Ersatzteil ausgetauscht
werden.

W Stellen Sie sicher, dass während des Betriebs keine
Feuchtigkeit in die druckluftführenden Teile des Ventils
gelangen kann.
W Nehmen Sie das Gesamtsystem, in das das Magnetventil
DO16 eingebaut wurde, nur in Betrieb, wenn es komplett
montiert, verschlaucht bzw. verrohrt und korrekt
verdrahtet ist und nachdem Sie alle Verbindungen
nochmals auf ihren Festsitz überprüft haben.

O Schalten Sie den relevanten Anlagenteil drucklos und
spannungsfrei, bevor Sie das Produkt demontieren/

Einbaubedingungen
Das Wegeventil DO16 kann auf folgende Art und Weise
montiert werden:

Ventil DO16 montieren
Gehen Sie beim Einbau wie folgt vor:
1. Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei.
2. Positionieren Sie die Dichtplatte (2), den Dichtrahmen (3)
und das Ventil DO16 (1) in der richtigen Ausrichtung auf
der Flanschfläche und befestigen Sie das Ventil mit zwei
geeigneten Schrauben.
Anzugsdrehmomente:
– Schrauben M3 (4) 0,75±0,25Nm oder
– Selbstfurchende Schrauben Ø 2,9 mm (5)
0,85 ± 0,15 Nm zur Befestigung auf
Kunststoffuntergrund
3. Stecken Sie die Leitungsdose Ihres elektrischen
Anschlusses auf den Rechteckstecker (6) und ziehen Sie
die Zentralschraube fest (Anzugsdrehmoment 0,5 Nm).
4. Stellen Sie sicher, dass vor der Inbetriebnahme die
Handhilfsbetätigung (7) auf Position 0 steht.

The solenoid valve serves as a control and supply valve for
downstream pneumatic systems and may only be used in
accordance with the specifications outlined in the technical
documentation from AVENTICS and information on the
product rating plate. The product may only be commissioned
once it has been properly assembled.
W Use is permitted only under the operating conditions and
within the performance limits listed in the technical data.
W Only use compressed air as the medium.

mechanical, pneumatic and electrical knowledge, as well as

Safety instructions related to the product

W If, by loosening the mounting screw, the electrical
connector has been separated from the DO16 solenoid
valve five times, the electrical connector and the flat seal
must be exchanged for original spare parts.
W Make sure that no moisture can penetrate the valve parts
that conduct compressed air during operation.
W Only commission the overall system in which the DO16
solenoid valve is installed after it has been fully
assembled, including all tubing connections and correct
wiring, and after re-checking all connections for proper
insertion.

Product description
The DO16 3/2-way valve is used to actuate valves, cylinders,
etc. The valve can be switched electrically or mechanically via
the manual override on the valve.

5 Assembly
The product is a component. Observe the documentation for
the overall system during disassembly and assembly!
CAUTION

Assembling when under pressure or voltage can lead to

drops.

voltage or pressure before you assemble/disassemble

Assembling the DO16 valve
Proceed as follows during installation:
1. Make sure that the system is not under voltage or
pressure.
2. Position the seal plate (2), gasket (3), and DO16 valve (1) in
the correct orientation on the flange surface and fasten the
valve with two suitable screws.
Tightening torques:
– M3 screws (4) 0.75 ± 0.25 Nm or
– Self-tapping screws Ø 2.9 mm (5) 0.85 ± 0.15 Nm for
mounting to plastic
3. Insert the electrical connector on the rectangular plug (6)
and firmly tighten the center screw (tightening torque
0.5 Nm).
4. Before commissioning, make sure that the manual
override (7) is in position 0.
6 Disposal
O Comply with national regulations regarding disposal.

If you cannot remedy a malfunction, please contact one of the

Consignes de sécurité selon le produit et la
technique
W Si le connecteur a été débranché 5 fois de
l’électrodistributeur DO16 en desserrant les vis de fixation,

il faut remplacer le connecteur et le joint plat par une pièce
de rechange originale.
W S’assurer que l’humidité ne peut pénétrer dans les
conduites d’air comprimé du distributeur pendant le
fonctionnement.
W Ne mettre en service l’ensemble du système dans lequel
l’électrodistributeur DO16 a été installé que si ce système
est entièrement monté, branché ou raccordé et
correctement câblé, et après avoir contrôlé la totalité des
connexions et fixations.

Description du produit
Le distributeur 3/2 DO16 est conçu pour la commande de
distributeurs, de vérins, etc. Il peut être commuté
électriquement ou mécaniquement par la commande

5 Montage
Le produit est un composant. Lors du démontage et du

ATTENTION

sous tension !
Le montage sous pression ou sous tension électrique en
présence peut provoquer des blessures et endommager le
produit ou des parties de l’installation. Risque de blessure
dû à une chute de pression subite et une électrocution.
O Mettre la partie concernée de l’installation hors
pression et hors tension avant de démonter ou monter
le produit.
O Protéger l’installation de toute remise en marche.

Le distributeur DO16 peut être monté comme suit :
W Sur un distributeur (en tant que distributeur pilote)
W Sur une embase multiple
W Sur une surface de montage appropriée

Montage du distributeur DO16
Pour le montage, procéder comme suit :
1. Mettre le système hors pression et hors tension.
2. Positionner la plaque d’étanchéité (2), le joint (3) et le
distributeur DO16 (1) dans le sens correct sur la surface
bridée et fixer le distributeur à l’aide de deux vis adaptées.
Couples de serrage :
– Vis M3 (4) 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm ou
– Vis auto-taraudeuses Ø 2,9 mm (5) 0,85 ± 0,15 Nm pour
la fixation sur un support plastique
3. Insérer le connecteur du raccordement électrique sur le
connecteur rectangulaire (6) et serrer la vis centrale à fond
(couple de serrage 0,5 Nm).
4. Avant la mise en service, s’assurer que la commande
manuelle auxiliaire (7) est positionnée sur 0.

7 Recherche et élimination de
défauts
Au cas où le défaut survenu s’avérerait insoluble, s’adresser à

2 Indicazioni di sicurezza
Il prodotto è stato realizzato in base alle regole della tecnica
generalmente riconosciute. Nonostante ciò esiste il pericolo di

ed avvertenze di sicurezza di base illustrate di seguito, prima

Uso a norma
L'elettrovalvola serve come valvola di comando e di
alimentazione per impianti pneumatici collegati in serie e deve
essere impiegata esclusivamente in conformità ai dati della
documentazione tecnica della ditta AVENTICS e ai dati riportati
sulla targhetta. Mettere in funzione il prodotto solo dopo
averlo montato correttamente.
W Rispettare le condizioni di esercizio e i limiti di potenza
riportati nei dati tecnici.
W Utilizzare come fluido esclusivamente aria compressa.
W Il prodotto è concepito solo per uso professionale e non per
uso privato.
Qualifica del personale
Tutte le attività legate al prodotto richiedono conoscenze
basilari meccaniche, elettriche e pneumatiche, nonché
conoscenze dei relativi termini tecnici. Per garantire la
sicurezza d’esercizio queste attività devono essere perciò
eseguite solo da personale specializzato in materia o da una
persona istruita sotto la guida e la sorveglianza di personale
qualificato.
Per personale specializzato si intende coloro i quali, grazie
alla propria formazione professionale, alle proprie
conoscenze ed esperienze ed alle conoscenze delle
disposizioni vigenti, sono in grado di valutare i lavori
commissionati, individuare i possibili pericoli e adottare le
misure di sicurezza adeguate. Il personale specializzato deve
rispettare le regole specialistiche in vigore.

W Mettere in funzione il prodotto solo dopo aver stabilito che
il prodotto finale, (per esempio una macchina o un
impianto) in cui i prodotti AVENTICS sono installati
corrisponde alle disposizioni nazionali vigenti, alle
disposizioni sulla sicurezza e alle norme dell’applicazione.
W L’installazione deve essere eseguita soltanto dopo aver
tolto l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica da personale
qualificato e debitamente addestrato. Per evitare
movimenti pericolosi eseguire la messa in funzione
elettrica unicamente dopo aver tolto l’alimentazione
pneumatica.
Indicazioni di sicurezza sul prodotto e sulla
tecnologia
W Se il connettore è stato separato 5 volte
dall'elettrovalvola DO16 allentando le viti di fissaggio, è
necessario sostituire il connettore e la guarnizione piatta
con un ricambio originale.

W Assicurarsi che durante l'esercizio non possa penetrare
umidità nelle parti conduttrici di pressione della valvola.
W Mettere in funzione l'intero sistema nel quale è stata
montata l'elettrovalvola DO16 solo quando è
completamente montato, allacciato e cablato
correttamente e dopo aver verificato ancora una volta che
tutti i raccordi siano saldamente collegati.

Condizioni di montaggio
La valvola DO16 può essere montata nel modo seguente:
W Su una valvola (come valvola di pilotaggio)
W Su una base di collegamento in batteria
W Su una superficie di montaggio adatta

Montaggio della valvola DO16
Per il montaggio procedere nel modo seguente:
1. Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica del
sistema.
2. Posizionare la piastra di tenuta (2), la guarnizione (3) e la
valvola DO16 (1) nel giusto allineamento della superficie
della flangia e fissare la valvola con due viti adatte.
Coppie di serraggio:
– Viti M3 (4) 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm o
– viti autofilettanti Ø 2,9 mm (5) 0,85 ± 0,15 Nm per il
fissaggio su un sottofondo in materiale sintetico
3. Inserire il connettore dell'attacco elettrico sul connettore
rettangolare (6) e stringere la vite centrale (coppia di
serraggio 0,5 Nm).
4. Assicurarsi che prima della messa in funzione il comando
manuale (7) si trovi in posizione 0.

6 Smaltimento
O Rispettare le norme nazionali per lo smaltimento.

5 Montaggio
Il prodotto è un componente. Durante lo smontaggio e il

ATTENZIONE
Pericolo di lesioni dovuto al montaggio in pressione o in
tensione elettrica!
Il montaggio in pressione o in tensione elettrica può
provocare ferimenti e danneggiare il prodotto o parti
dell’impianto. Pericolo di lesioni a causa di scossa elettrica
e di improvvisa caduta della pressione.
O Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica della
parte dell’impianto rilevante prima di smontare/
montare il prodotto.
O Proteggere l’impianto da una riaccensione.

2 Indicaciones de seguridad
Este producto ha sido fabricado conforme a las reglas de la

La válvula de accionamiento eléctrico actúa como válvula de
pilotaje y suministro para instalaciones neumáticas
posconectadas y se puede utilizar conforme a los datos que
figuran en la documentación técnica elaborada por AVENTICS
y en la placa de características. El producto no se puede poner
en servicio mientras no se haya montado correctamente.
W Respete las condiciones de servicio y límites de potencia
especificados en los datos técnicos.
W Utilice como medio exclusivamente aire comprimido.
W Este producto está diseñado solo para uso profesional y no
para uso privado.
Cualificación del personal
Es necesario tener conocimientos básicos de mecánica,
electrónica y neumática, así como de la terminología
pertinente para realizar las tareas relacionadas con el
producto. Para garantizar la seguridad de funcionamiento,
solamente personal cualificado o bien otra persona
controlada por una persona cualificada podrá realizar estas
actividades.
Por personal cualificado se entiende una persona que, gracias
a su formación especializada, sus conocimientos y
experiencias, así como su conocimiento acerca de las normas
vigentes, puede evaluar los trabajos que se le han
encomendado, detectar potenciales peligros y adoptar
medidas de seguridad adecuadas. El personal cualificado
debe respetar las normas en vigor específicas del sector.

W El producto no se puede poner en funcionamiento
mientras no se haya verificado que el producto final (por
ejemplo, una máquina o instalación) en la que están
integrados los productos AVENTICS cumple las
disposiciones, normativas de seguridad y normas de
utilización vigentes en el país de explotación.
W El sistema ha de instalarse únicamente cuando esté
exento de tensión y de presión, y la instalación debe ser
efectuada solo por personal técnico capacitado. Efectúe la
puesta en servicio eléctrica solo cuando el sistema esté
exento de presión para evitar movimientos peligrosos.
Indicaciones de seguridad según producto y
tecnología
W Si el conector eléctrico se ha separado en 5 ocasiones de
la válvula de accionamiento eléctrico DO16 aflojando los
tornillos de fijación, es necesario sustituir el conector
eléctrico y la junta plana por repuestos originales.

W Asegúrese de que durante el funcionamiento no pueda
entrar humedad en las partes conductoras de aire
comprimido de la válvula.
W Ponga en servicio el sistema en el que se ha montado la
válvula de accionamiento eléctrico DO16 solo cuando esté
completamente montado, conectado a todos los conductos
y correctamente cableado y tras haber comprobado el
firme asiento de todas las conexiones.

Descripción del producto
La válvula distribuidora 3/2 DO16 sirve para el pilotaje de
válvulas, cilindros, etc. La válvula se puede conmutar
eléctricamente o mecánicamente mediante el accionamiento
auxiliar manual que se encuentra en la propia válvula.

5 Montaje
Este producto es un componente. Para desmontarlo y

Efectuar el montaje bajo presión o tensión eléctrica puede
provocar lesiones personales y daños en el producto u
otros componentes de la instalación. Peligro de lesiones
por descarga eléctrica o caída de presión repentina.
O Desconecte la presión y la tensión de la pieza de la
instalación relevante antes de montar/desmontar el
producto.
O Proteja la instalación contra un reencendido.
Condiciones de montaje
La válvula distribuidora DO16 se puede montar del modo
siguiente:
W En una válvula (como válvula de pilotaje previo)
W En una regleta de conexión en batería
W En una superficie de montaje adecuada

Montaje de la válvula DO16
Proceda durante el montaje como se explica a continuación:
1. Desconecte la presión y la tensión del sistema.
2. Coloque la placa obturante (2), la junta (3) y la válvula
DO16 (1) correctamente alineadas sobre la superficie de la
brida y fije la válvula usando los dos tornillos que
correspondan.
Pares de apriete:
– Tornillos M3 (4): 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm
– Tornillos autorroscantes Ø 2,9 mm (5): 0,85±0,15Nm
(para fijación sobre base plástica)
3. Enchufe el conector de la conexión eléctrica al conector
rectangular (6) y apriete el tornillo central (par de apriete:
0,5 Nm).
4. Antes de la puesta en servicio, asegúrese de que el
accionamiento auxiliar manual (7) está en posición 0.

Magnetventilen används som styr- och matningsventil för
efterkopplade pneumatiska system och får endast användas

endast tas i bruk efter säker och fackmannamässig
montering.

All hantering av produkten kräver grundläggande kunskaper
om mekanik, elektricitet och pneumatik liksom kunskap om
de tillämpliga facktermerna. För att garantera driftsäkerheten
får dessa aktiviteter därför endast utföras av fackmän inom
respektive område eller av en instruerad person under
ledning och uppsikt av en fackman.
Med fackman avses en person som till följd av sin
yrkesutbildning, sina kunskaper och erfarenheter liksom sin
kännedom om tillämpliga bestämmelser kan bedöma

W Om anslutningskontakten separerats från magnetventil
DO16 fem gånger eller mer genom att centrumskruven
lossats ska anslutningskontakten och packningen bytas ut
mot en originalreservdel.
W Se till att ingen fukt kan komma in i ventilens
tryckluftsförande delar under driften.
W Hela systemet, i vilket magnetventil DO16 ingå,r får endast
tas i drift när det är helt monterat, korrekt inkopplat och
efter att man kontrollerat ytterligare en gång att alla
anslutningar sitter ordentligt fast.

5 Montering
Produkten är en komponent. Följ anvisningarna i
bruksanvisningen för hela systemet vid demontering och
montering!
2. Placera tätningsplattan (2), tätningen (3) och ventilen DO16
(1) rätt riktade på flänsytan och skruva fast ventilen med
två lämpliga skruvar.
Åtdragningsmoment:
– M3-skruvar (4) 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm eller
– Självgängande skruvar Ø 2,9 mm (5) 0,85 ± 0,15 Nm för
fastskruvning i plastunderlag
3. Stick på anslutningskontakten på den kvadratiska
stickkontakten (6) och dra åt centrumskruven
(åtdragningsmoment 0,5 Nm).
4. Kontrollera att den manuella omställningen (7) står i läge
0 innan driften startas.
6 Avfallshantering
O Följ de föreskrifter för avfallshantering som gäller i
Sverige.
7 Felsökning och åtgärder
Om ett fel inte kan åtgärdas, kontakta någon under

Om montering sker när anläggningen är under tryck eller
elektrisk spänning kan detta leda till personskador och
skador på produkten eller anläggningsdelarna. Risk för
skada på grund av elektriska stötar och plötsligt tryckfall.
O Gör den aktuella anläggningsdelen trycklös och
spänningsfri innan produkten demonteras/monteras.
O Säkra anläggningen mot återinkoppling.
