Handlungsanweisungen in dieser Anleitung nicht beachten.

bevor Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste montieren.

Qualifikation des Personals
Die Montage erfordert grundlegende pneumatische Kenntnisse
sowie Kenntnisse der zugehörigen Fachbegriffe. Die Montage darf
daher nur von einer Pneumatikfachkraft oder von einer
unterwiesenen Person unter der Leitung und Aufsicht einer
Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.
Eine Fachkraft ist, wer aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung,
seiner Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen sowie seiner Kenntnisse der
einschlägigen Bestimmungen die ihm übertragenen Arbeiten
beurteilen, mögliche Gefahren erkennen und geeignete
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen treffen kann. Die Fachkraft muss die
einschlägigen fachspezifischen Regeln einhalten.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
W Beachten Sie die Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung und zum
Umweltschutz im Verwenderland und am Arbeitsplatz.
W Sie dürfen die Sammelanschlussleiste grundsätzlich nicht
verändern oder umbauen.
W Verwenden Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste ausschließlich in
dem Leistungsbereich, der in den technischen Daten
angegeben ist.
W Belasten Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste unter keinen
Umständen mechanisch.
W Schalten Sie alle relevanten Anlagenteile drucklos und
spannungsfrei, bevor Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste
montieren.
W Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Anschlüsse der
Sammelanschlussleiste korrekt verbunden sind.
W Entsorgen Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste nach den
Bestimmungen des Verwenderlandes.
3 Lieferumfang
Abhängig von Ihrer Bestellung sind im Lieferumfang enthalten:
W Einzelventile
W Montagebausatz für 6 Einzelventile, bestehend aus je:
– 2 x Montageplatten
– 2 x Schrauben
– 1 x O-Ring
W Blindplattensatz für 5 Reserveplätze, bestehend aus je:

5 Montage
VORSICHT
Anlage steht im Betrieb unter Druck
Das Arbeiten an der Anlage unter Druck kann zu Verletzungen
und Beschädigungen führen.
O Entlüften Sie vor dem Arbeiten an der Anlage alle
relevanten Anlagenteile.
Ventile auf die Sammelanschlussleiste
montieren
1. Drücken Sie die Montageplatten (1) mit den Stiften in die
3 Durchgangsbohrungen der Einzelventile (2).
2. Legen Sie den O-Ring (3) in die vorgesehene Senkung der
Sammelanschlussleiste (4).
3. Führen Sie die Schrauben (5) in die Montageplatten ein.
4. Kontrollieren Sie den korrekten Sitz von Montageplatten und
O-Ring und setzen Sie das Einzelventil mit den Montageplatten
auf die Sammelanschlussleiste (6).
5. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (5) fest: Drehmoment = 2,5

2. Schieben Sie dann die Befestigungswinkel in der gewünschten
Lage von beiden Seiten auf die Sammelanschlussleiste.
3. Schrauben Sie die Befestigungswinkel auf die Grundfläche
(Schrauben sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Den Befestigungsbügel verwenden:
1. Platzieren Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste mit den montierten
Ventilen auf der Grundfläche.
2. Legen Sie die Befestigungsbügel über beide Enden der
Sammelanschlussleiste und verschrauben Sie diese mit der
Grundfläche.
6 Wartung
Die Sammelanschlussleiste ist wartungsfrei. Bei technischen
Problemen wenden Sie sich bitte an die Serviceabteilung von
AVENTICS.
7 Reinigung und Pflege
ACHTUNG
Lösemittel und aggressive Reinigungsmittel
Lösemittel oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel können die
Oberflächen und Dichtungen der Ventile beschädigen.
O Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine Lösemittel oder
aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
O Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ausschließlich Wasser oder
ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.
So reinigen Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste:
1. Schalten Sie alle relevanten Anlagenteile spannungsfrei und
drucklos.
2. Reinigen Sie Sammelanschlussleiste und Ventile mit einem
feuchten Lappen. Verwenden Sie dazu nur Wasser oder ein
mildes Reinigungsmittel.
8 Entsorgung
O Entsorgen Sie die Sammelanschlussleiste nach den
Bestimmungen des Verwenderlandes.
Eine Blindplatte montieren
1. Legen Sie den O-Ring (1) in die Sammelanschlussleiste (4) ein.
2. Schrauben die Blindplatte (2) mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben (3) fest:

Die Sammelanschlussleiste auf eine
Grundfläche montieren
Sie können die Sammelanschlussleiste entweder mit dem
Befestigungswinkel oder dem Befestigungsbügel auf einer
Grundfläche montieren. Der Befestigungswinkel kann um 90°
gedreht werden.
Den Befestigungswinkel verwenden:
1. Legen Sie fest, in welcher Lage Sammelanschlussleiste und
montierte Ventile zur Grundfläche stehen sollen (0° oder 90°).

1 About this document
These instructions contain important information on the safe and
appropriate assembly of the Manifold strip for TC08/TC15.
O Read these instructions completely, especially chapter 2 “For
your safety” before assembling the Manifold strip.

Safety instructions
In this document, there are safety instructions before the steps
whenever there is a danger of personal injury or damage to

It is considered improper use when the Manifold strip

Personnel qualifications
Assembly requires basic pneumatic knowledge, as well as
knowledge of the appropriate technical terms. Assembly may
therefore only be carried out by qualified pneumatic personnel or
an instructed person under the direction and supervision of
qualified personnel.
Qualified personnel are those who can recognize possible hazards
and institute the appropriate safety measures due to their
professional training, knowledge, and experience as well as their
understanding of the relevant conditions pertaining to the work to
be done. Qualified personnel must observe the rules relevant to the
subject area.
General safety instructions
W Observe the regulations for accident prevention and
environmental protection for the country where the device is
used and at the workplace.
W Do not change or modify the Manifold strip.
W Only use the Manifold strip within the performance range
provided in the technical data.
W Do not place any mechanical loads on the Manifold strip under
any circumstances.
W Make sure that all relevant system parts are not under
pressure or voltage before you assemble the Manifold strip.
W Ensure that all connections of the Manifold strip are correctly
carried out.
W Dispose of the Manifold strip in accordance with the applicable
national regulations.
2 For your safety
The Manifold strip has been manufactured according to the
accepted rules of safety and current technology. There is, however,
still a danger of personal injury or damage to equipment if the
following general safety instructions and the warnings before the
steps contained in these instructions are not complied with.
O Read these instructions completely before assembling the
Manifold strip.
O Keep these instructions in a location where they are accessible
to all users at all times.
O Always include the assembly instructions when you pass the
Manifold strip on to third parties.

single valves.

O Depressurize all relevant system parts before working on
the system.
Assembling the valves on the Manifold
strip
1. Press the pins of the mounting plates (1) into the 3 through

6 Maintenance
The Manifold strip is maintenance-free. Please contact the service
department at AVENTICS if you have any technical problems.
7 Cleaning and servicing
NOTICE
Solvents and aggressive cleaning agents
Solvents or aggressive cleaning agents could damage the valve
surfaces and seals.
O Never use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents for
cleaning.
O Only use water or a mild cleaning agent for cleaning.
Cleaning the Manifold strip:
1. Make sure that all relevant system parts are not under voltage
or pressure.
2. Clean the Manifold strip and valves using a damp cloth. Only
use water or a mild cleaning agent.
8 Disposal
O Dispose of the Manifold strip in accordance with the applicable
national regulations.

Mounting the Manifold strip on a base
You can mount the Manifold strip on a base using either the
mounting bracket or the mounting strap. The mounting bracket
can be turned by 90°.
Using the mounting bracket:
1. Determine the orientation of the Manifold strip and assembled
valves to the base (0° or 90°).
2. With the mounting brackets in the desired orientation, push
them onto the Manifold strip from both sides.
3. Tighten the mounting brackets on the base (screws are not
included in delivery contents).
Using the mounting strap:
1. Place the Manifold strip with assembled valves on the base.
2. Place the mounting straps over both ends of the Manifold strip
and screw them to the base.
