Produkt darf erst in Betrieb genommen werden, nachdem es
sachgerecht montiert wurde.
W Halten Sie die in den technischen Daten genannten
Betriebsbedingungen und Leistungsgrenzen ein.
W Verwenden Sie als Medium ausschließlich neutrale Gase
oder neutrale Flüssigkeiten.
W Das Produkt ist nur für die professionelle Verwendung und
nicht für die private Verwendung bestimmt.
Qualifikation des Personals
Alle mit dem Produkt verbundenen Tätigkeiten erfordern
grundlegende mechanische, pneumatische und elektrische

Sicherheitshinweise
W Stellen Sie sicher, dass während des Betriebs keine
Feuchtigkeit in die druckluftführenden Teile des Ventils
gelangen kann.
W Nehmen Sie das Gesamtsystem, in das das Mikro-
Wegeventil MSV8 eingebaut wurde, nur in Betrieb, wenn es
komplett montiert, verschlaucht bzw. verrohrt und korrekt
verdrahtet ist und nachdem Sie alle Verbindungen
nochmals auf ihren Festsitz überprüft haben.

Einbaubedingungen
Das Mikro-Wegeventil MSV8 kann auf folgende Art und Weise
montiert werden:
W Als Plug-in-Ventilkartusche in passende Plug-in-
Montageöffnung wie in Abb. zu sehen.
W In einen Einzel-Anschlussblock
Die Abmessungen und pneumatischen Funktionen des MikroWegeventils MSV8 finden Sie in Abb. .
wie in Abb. 7 zu sehen.
Ventil montieren
Gehen Sie beim Einbau wie folgt vor:
1. Schalten Sie das System drucklos und spannungsfrei.
2. Führen Sie das MSV8-Ventil vorsichtig in eine Plug-in-
Montageöffnung oder in einen Einzel-Anschlussblock
( 7) ein.
Verwenden Sie kein Öl oder Schmiermittel für die
Montage des Ventils, da dies zu einer höheren
Leckage führen kann als im Online-Katalog
(www.aventics.com) angegeben.
3. Positionieren Sie die Halteklammer ( 8) in der Ventilnut
( 4) und befestigen Sie sie mit einer M2x3-Schraube
( 9).
Anzugsdrehmomente für M2x3-Schrauben:
0,75±0,25Nm
4. Verbinden Sie den elektrischen Anschluss über die beiden
Ventilsteckverbinder .

O Befolgen Sie die nationalen Vorschriften zur Entsorgung.
7 Wartung und Fehlerbehebung
Das Produkt ist wartungsfrei.

Product description
The MSV8 2/2 and 3/2 micro solenoid valves are used to
directly control fluids including neutral gas and neutral liquids
or as a pilot valve for pneumatic actuators. The MSV8 series is
electrically operated.

5 Assembly

Installation requirements
The MSV8 micro solenoid valve can be assembled as follows:
W As a plug-in valve cartridge using a suitable plug-in
mounting hole shown in Fig.
W In a single manifold block as can be seen in Fig. 7.

Assembling the valve
Proceed as follows during installation:
1. Make sure that the system is not under voltage or
pressure.
2. Carefully guide the MSV8 valve into a plug-in mounting
hole or into a single manifold block ( 7).
Do not use any oil or lubricant for assembly of the
valve because this can lead to heavier leakage than
stated in the online catalog (www.aventics.com).
3. Position the retaining clip ( 8) in the valve groove (
4) and fasten with a M2x3 screw ( 9).
Tightening torques for M2x3 screws: 0.75 ± 0.25 Nm
4. Connect the electrical connection using valve plug
connector .

5 Montage
Le produit est un composant. Lors du démontage et du

ATTENTION
Risque de blessure dû à un montage sous pression ou
sous tension !
Le montage sous pression ou sous tension électrique en
présence peut provoquer des blessures et endommager le
produit ou des parties de l’installation. Risque de blessure
dû à une chute de pression subite et une électrocution.
O Mettre la partie concernée de l’installation hors
pression et hors tension avant de démonter ou monter
le produit.
O Protéger l’installation de toute remise en marche.
Conditions de pose
Le micro-distributeur MSV8 peut être monté comme suit :
W En tant que cartouche de distributeur plug-in dans un
orifice de montage plug-in correspondant, comme illustré
à la fig. .
W Dans une barrette de raccordement individuelle
illustré à la fig. 7.

Montage du distributeur
Pour le montage, procéder comme suit :
1. Mettre le système hors pression et hors tension.
2. Introduire avec précaution le distributeur MSV8 dans un
orifice de montage plug-in ou une barrette de
raccordement individuelle ( 7).
Ne pas utiliser d’huile ou de lubrifiant pour le
montage du distributeur, au risque de provoquer
une fuite importante comme indiqué dans le
catalogue en ligne (www.aventics.com).
3. Positionner l’étrier de retenue ( 8) dans la rainure du
distributeur ( 4) et le fixer au moyen d’une vis M2x3
( 9).
Couples de serrage pour vis M2x3 : 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm
4. Procéder à la connexion électrique à l’aide des deux
connecteurs de distributeur .
6 Mise au rebut
O Respecter la réglementation nationale concernant
l’élimination.
7 Maintenance et élimination de
défauts
Ce produit ne nécessite aucun entretien.
Au cas où le défaut survenu s’avérerait insoluble, s’adresser à

Le microvalvole 2/2 e 3/2 vengono impiegate per il comando
diretto di liquidi, inclusi gas e liquidi neutri, o come valvola

La microvalvola MSV8 può essere montata nel modo
seguente:
W Come cartuccia valvola plug-in nell’apertura di montaggio
plug-in adeguata, come mostrato nella Fig. .
W In un blocco di collegamento singolo, come
in Fig. 7.

Per il montaggio procedere nel modo seguente:
1. Togliere l’alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica del
sistema.
2. Inserire la valvola MSV8 con cautela in un’apertura di
montaggio plug-in o in un blocco di collegamento
singolo ( 7).
Non utilizzare olio o lubrificante per il montaggio
della valvola perché ciò può provocare una perdita
maggiore di quella indicata nel catalogo online
(www.aventics.com).
3. Posizionare la graffa di tenuta ( 8) nella scanalatura
valvola ( 4) e fissarla con una vite M2x3 ( 9).
Coppie di serraggio per viti M2x3: 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm
4. Collegare il cavo elettrico tramite i due connettori valvola
.
6 Smaltimento
O Seguire le norme nazionali per lo smaltimento.

exento de tensión y de presión, y la instalación debe ser

Indicaciones de seguridad según producto y

4 Sobre este producto
Descripción de producto
Las microválvulas distribuidoras 2/2 y 3/2 se emplean para el
control directo de fluidos incluyendo gases neutros y líquidos
o como válvulas de pilotaje previo para accionamientos
neumáticos. La serie MSV8 tiene accionamiento eléctrico.

instalación relevante antes de montar/desmontar el

instalación se pueda conectar.
Condiciones de montaje
La microválvula distribuidora MSV8 se puede montar de esta
manera:
W Como cartucho de válvula plug-in en orificio de montaje
plug-in igual que en la fig.
W Como en la fig. 7 en un bloque de
individual.

Montar la válvula
Proceda durante el montaje como se explica a continuación:
1. Desconecte la tensión y la presión del sistema.
2. Pase la microválvula distribuidora MSV8 con cuidado por
el orificio de montaje plug-in o por un bloque de
conexiones individual ( 7).
No utilice aceite o lubricantes para el montaje de la
válvula ya que esto puede causar escapes tal y
como se indica en el catálogo online
(www.aventics.com).
3. Coloque la grapa retén ( 8) en el surco de la válvula
( 4) y fíjela con un tornillo M2x3 ( 9).
Pares de apriete para tornillos M2x3: 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm
4. Junte la conexión eléctrica a través de los dos conectores
de válvula .

Montera ventilen
Gör så här:
1. Gör systemet trycklöst och spänningsfritt.
2. Skjut försiktigt in ventil MSV8 i en plug-in
monteringsöppning eller i ett enkelt anslutningsblock
(7).
Använd inte olja eller smörjfett när ventilen
monteras, eftersom det kan ge mer läckage än vad
som anges i online-katalogen (www.aventics.com).
3. Placera klammern ( 8) i ventilspåret ( 4) och fäst
den med en M2x3-skruv ( 9).
Åtdragningsmoment för M2x3-skruv: 0,75 ± 0,25 Nm
4. Anslut elektriskt med de båda ventilkontakterna .
