In dieser Bedienungsanleitung ist beschrieben, wie Sie Ihr Telefon T3 (IP) Compact,
T3 (IP) Classic oder T3 (IP) Comfort an der TK-Anlage Integral 55 bedienen.

Wir, Avaya GmbH & Co.KG, erklären, dass die Telefone T3 (IP) Compact,
T3 (IP) Classic und T3 (IP) Comfort sowie die Links/DSS-Module mit den
grundlegenden Anforderungen und anderen relevanten Bestimmungen der Richtlinie
1999/5/EU (Radio und Telekommunikation Terminal Equipment, R&TTE)
übereinstimmen.

Die Telefone sind zum Anschluss an digitale Schnittstellen von Avaya-TK-Anlagen
oder zum Anschluss an Ethernet/LAN-Schnittstellen von IP-fähigen TK-Anlagen von
Avaya bestimmt und erfüllen die grundlegenden Anforderungen gemäß der EG­Richtlinie 1999/5/EU (R&TTE).

Die Links/DSS-Module sind bauartbedingt nur zum Betrieb an T3 (IP) Telefonen
vorgesehen.

Diese Telefone sind bauartbedingt nicht zum direkten Betrieb an Schnittstellen
öffentlicher Telekommunikationsnetze vorgesehen. Für die Funktion der IP Telefone
in LAN/Intranet Umgebungen, in denen kein Avaya-TK-System vorhanden ist, kann
von Avaya keine Garantie für einen erfolgreichen Betrieb übernommen werden.

Falls beim Betrieb Probleme auftreten sollten, so wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst an
Ihren Fachhändler oder an Ihren Systembetreuer.

Mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichnete Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
können gefährliche Substanzen für Mensch und Umwelt enthalten. Sie
dürfen aus diesem Grund nicht zusammen mit unsortiertem Siedlungsabfall
(Hausmüll) entsorgt werden. Zur Schonung unserer Umwelt stehen daher
öffentliche Sammelstellen für die Entsorgung der mit diesem Symbol
gekennzeichneten Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte zur Verfügung.
Um eine Verbreitung dieser Substanzen in unserer Umwelt zu verhindern und
die Belastung natürlicher Ressourcen zu verringern, besteht aber auch die
Möglichkeit, am Avaya-Rücknahmesystem für gebrauchte Geräte
teilzunehmen. Im Rahmen dieses Systems werden die Altgeräte einer

Tipps zum Aufstellort

Verwenden Sie für Ihr Telefon eine rutschfeste Unterlage, besonders bei neuen oder

Reparaturen

Reparaturen und Eingriffe in das Gerät dürfen nur von qualifizierten Fachkräften
ausgeführt werden. Öffnen Sie das Telefon nicht. Sonst könnten Schäden entstehen,
die das Telefon betriebsunfähig machen.

T3 IP Telefon anschließen und registrieren

Nach dem Anstecken an das LAN (Local Area Network) und an die Stromversorgung
(nur wenn Telefon nicht über LAN gespeist wird) wird im Telefon zunächst die
Software aktiviert und anschließend automatisch ein Suchlauf nach einem
Gatekeeper (verantwortlich für Zugangsberechtigung) gestartet. Im Regelfall wird
ein Gatekeeper gefunden, und Sie können anschließend schon jemanden anrufen.
Anrufe annehmen ist hingegen noch nicht möglich. Dazu müssen Sie erst Ihre
Rufnummer und Ihre PIN eingeben.

Grundregeln der Bedienung

Um sich die Bedienung zu erleichtern, können Sie häufig gebrauchte Funktionen auf
Funktionstasten legen. Im Lieferzustand sind einige Tasten bereits mit Funktionen
belegt.
Manche Funktionen lassen sich nur mit einer PIN-Nummer bedienen. Im

Der Ebenenreiter zeigt an, in welcher Ebene Sie sich befinden. Der T3 (IP) Classic
hat 5 Ebenen und der T3 (IP) Comfort hat 7 Ebenen. Normal sehen Sie die erste
Ebene angezeigt.

Zwischen den Ebenen können Sie mit dem Ebenenumschalter wechseln.

Ohne Hörer telefonieren

Sie können den Lautsprecher Ihres Telefons einschalten, um Ihren
Gesprächspartner laut im Raum zu hören.

Außerdem können Sie jemanden mit Freisprechen anrufen. Sie brauchen dann nicht
den Hörer abzunehmen. Auch während eines Gesprächs können Sie Freisprechen
einschalten und dann bei aufgelegtem Hörer weitertelefonieren.

Lauthören/Freisprechen beim Gespräch einschalten

Während Sie mit abgehobenem Hörer telefonieren:

Standardmäßig gelten die Buchstaben, die weiß auf den Tasten aufgedruckt sind.

•Für Großbuchstaben muss die Shift-Taste (Aufwärts-Pfeil) gedrückt gehalten
sein.

• Sonderzeichen sind in blauer Farbe aufgedruckt. Für Sonderzeichen muss die
ALT-Taste gedrückt gehalten sein.

Landesspezifische Sonderzeichen erzeugen Sie folgendermaßen: Wählen Sie
zunächst das blau aufgedruckte diakritische Sonderzeichen aus (z. B. einen
Akzent). Geben Sie dann den normalen Buchstaben ein.

T3 (IP) Classic und T3 IP Compact

Sie können mit den Zifferntasten auch Buchstaben und Zeichen eingeben, z. B. für
Namen im persön

Löscht das Zeichen über der Markierung. Steht die Markierung hinter dem letzten

Wechseln zwischen Groß- und Kleinbuchstaben

Taste drücken, um zwischen Groß- und Kleinschreibung zu wechseln.

We, Avaya GmbH & Co.KG, declare that the telephones T3 (IP) Compact,
T3 (IP) Classic and T3 (IP) Comfort and the links/DSS modules comply with the
basic requirements and other relevant regulations of directive 1999/5/EU (Radio and
Telecommunication Terminal Equipment, R&TTE).

These telephones are intended for connection to digital interfaces of Avaya
telecommunications systems or to Ethernet/LAN interfaces of IP-capable Avaya
telecommunication systems and fulfil the basic requirements of directive 1999/5/EU
(R&TTE).

The links/DSS modules are only designed to be operated with T3 (IP) telephones.
The design of these telephones makes them unsuitable for direct operation on

interfaces of public telecommunication networks. Avaya cannot guarantee
successful operation of the IP telephones in LAN or Intranet environments in which
no Avaya telecommunications system is present.

If any problems should occur during operation, please initially contact your specialist
dealer or your system administrator.

Always dispose of old equipment correctly – keep our environment tidy

Old electrical and electronic equipment marked with this symbol can contain
substances hazardous to human beings and the environment. Never dispose
of these items together with unsorted municipal waste (household waste). In
order to protect the environment, public collection points have been set up to
ensure the correct disposal of old electrical and electronic equipment marked
with this symbol.
To reduce the risk of these substances being released into the environment
and to reduce the burden on natural resources, it is also possible to
participate in Avaya’s used equipment return system. This system ensures
the correct recycling of old equipment as well as the re-utilisation of individual

Tips on phone location

Place the telephone on a non-slip surface, esp
recently been cleaned or polished. Varnishes or cleaning agents may contain
substances which soften the base parts of your telephone, and softened bases can
leave undesirable marks on furniture. Avaya cannot assume liability for damage of
this kind.

Repairs

The equipment may only be opened or repaired by a qualified technician. Do not
open the telephone yourself. Doing so could damage the unit and cause it to
malfunction.

Connecting and registering the T3 IP telephone

After connecting to the LAN (Local Area Network) and to the power supply (only if
the telephone is not powered via the LAN), the telephone software is activated and
subsequently searches automatically for a gatekeeper (responsible for access
authorisation). Usually a gatekeeper is found, and you can then make a call right
away. However, it will not yet be possible to take calls. To do this you first have to
enter your number and PIN.

default setting for the PIN (if user is asked for a “SecPIN”).

I/E/NL/H/SLO/PL/CZ/RU/TR):

Scroll to the "Switch language" menu item.

Confirm selection.

Select the desired language, e.g. English.

Logging out from telephone

When you wish to log out of the telephone:

Press the "Menu" function key.

Scroll to the Settings menu item.

Confirm selection.

Scroll to the User administration menu item.

Confirm selection. Your phone number is displayed.
Confirm selection.

Scroll to the Log out menu item.

Confirm selection. You are now logged out of this telephone. Another user can

now log on.

You can select and use most of the functions from the menu. To make operation

Some functions can only be used by entering a PIN. In delivery condition this is the
same as the PIN used to log on (→ p. 15).

The level tabs show you which level is in use. The T3 (IP) Classic has 5 levels and
the T3 (IP) Comfort has 7 levels. Normally, you will see the first level displayed.

You can change between the levels using the "Switch level" key.

When you are called

Your telephone rings. The call is shown in the display.

Your telephone has its own keyboard with alpha keys. If this keypad has nothing

on the keys, you can place one of the three templates provided over the

The keys are arranged in a similar manner to a computer keyboard.
´The default layout corresponds to the letters printed in white on the keys.

•For upper case letters, the shift key (up arrow) must be held down.

• Special characters are shown in blue. For special characters, the ALT key must

be held down.

Country-specific special characteristics can be created as follows: First select
the special diacritic character shown in blue (e.g. an accent). Then enter the normal
letter.

The numeric keys can also be used to enter letters and characters, e.g. for names in

Conectar el teléfono T3 IP y registrarlo

Después de conectarlo a la red local LAN (Local Area Network) y a la fuente de
alimentación (solo si el teléfono no recibe suministro a través de la red LAN), en el
teléfono se activa primero el software y, a continuación, se inicia automáticamente la
búsqueda de un Gatekeeper (responsable del derecho de acceso). Por norma
general se encuentra un Gatekeeper, y a continuación ya puede realizar una
llamada. Sin embargo aún no puede aceptar llamadas. Para ello, primero debe
introducir su número de teléfono y su PIN.

• Consulte a su administrador de sistema el ajuste básico del PIN para una

comunicación cifrada segura (en caso de que se solicite "SecPIN“).

El menú le permite seleccionar y manejar la mayoría de las funciones. Para facilitar

teclas de función. En el ajuste de fábrica, algunas teclas ya tienen una función
programada.
Hay algunas funciones cuya utilización requiere un PIN. En el estado de fábrica,
este PIN coincide con el PIN al abrir sesión (→ p. 26).

Seleccionar funciones en el menú

Pulsar la tecla de función “Menú”.

Con las teclas de flecha hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha puede desplazarse por
todo el texto.

Cancelar o terminar un proceso

En caso de que se haya equivocado al introducir un dato o al realizar un ajuste:

Pulsar esta tecla (varias veces, en caso necesario) para cancelar el proceso.
A continuación vuelve al nivel de menú inmediatamente superior o al display sin
actividad.

Ud. también puede oír la voz de su interlocutor conectando el altavoz de su teléfono.
Además, puede llamar a alguien empleando la función Manos libres. En este caso

no es necesario descolgar el auricular. También puede activar la función Manos
libres durante una conversación y seguir hablando por teléfono con el auricular
colgado.

Su teléfono dispone de un teclado propio con teclas de letras. Si su teclado no está
impreso, p

Las teclas están dispuestas de un modo parecido al de un teclado de ordenador.
Como valor estándar, están operativas las letras impresas en blanco en las teclas.

•Para mayúsculas tiene que estar pulsada la tecla Shift (flecha arriba).

• Los caracteres especiales vienen impresos en las teclas en color azul. Para
caracteres especiales tiene que estar pulsada la tecla ALT.

Los caracteres específicos de su país los puede crear de la manera siguiente:
Seleccione primero el carácter especial diacrítico impreso en color azul (p. ej. un
acento). A continuación, introduzca la letra normal.

Raccorder et enregistrer le téléphone T3 IP

Dès que le raccordement au réseau local (LAN : Local Area Network) et à
l'alimentation électrique est en place (uniquement lorsque le téléphone n'est pas
alimenté par le biais du LAN), l'activation du logiciel dans le téléphone a lieu et est
suivie automatiquement par la recherche d'un portier (responsable de l'autorisation
d'accès). En général, un contrôleur est trouvé et vous pouvez aussitôt effectuer un
appel. Il n'est cependant pas encore possible de répondre aux appels. Vous devez,
pour ce faire, entrer auparavant votre numéro d'appel et votre code PIN.

Pour une utilisation plus aisée de l’appareil, vous pouvez attribuer aux touches de

à certaines touches au départ de l'usine.
Certaines fonctions peuvent être utilisées uniquement avec un code secret.
À la livraison, celui-ci est identique au numéro à employer lors de l'assignation
(→ S. 35).

Smaltimento dei vecchi apparecchi nel rispetto dell'ambiente

Gli apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici contraddistinti dal presente simbolo
possono contenere sostanze pericolose per le persone e per l'ambiente. Per
tale motivo detti apparecchi non devono essere smaltiti insieme a rifiuti urbani
(residui domestici) non differenziati. A tutela dell'ambiente sono pertanto
disponibili luoghi di raccolta pubblici per lo smaltimento degli apparecchi
elettrici ed elettronici contraddistinti dal sopraindicato sombolo.
Per evitare la dispersione di tali sostanze nell'ambiente e un impatto
eccessivo sulle risorse naturali è inoltre possibile prendere parte al sistema di
ritiro degli apparecchi usati predisposto da Avaya. In base a questo sistema i
vecchi apparecchi vengono sottoposti a procedure specifiche di recupero dei
materiali e i singoli componenti vengono riutilizzati.

Collegamento e registrazione del telefono T3 IP

Dopo l'allacciamento alla LAN (Local Area Network) e all'alimentazione elettrica
(solo se il telefono non viene alimentato dalla LAN), sul telefono si attiva prima il
software e poi si avvia automaticamente la ricerca del gatekeeper (responsabile
dell'autorizzazione all'accesso). Una volta trovato il gatekeeper è possibile effettuare
le telefonate ma non è ancora possibile riceverle. Per poter telefonare è necessario
immettere il proprio numero telefonico e il proprio PIN.

Navigare fino al messaggio di stato Attivazione nuovo utente.

Confermare la selezione.

... Immettere il numero interno.

Navigare fino alla voce di menu SecPIN o PIN.

... Digitare il PIN.

Confermare la selezione. Sul display viene visualizzato il messaggio "Login
sicuro riuscito" o "Login riuscito". Ora siete raggiungibili al numero telefonico

• L'impostazione di default del PIN per la comunicazione non codificata (in caso di

richiesta del "PIN") è "0000".

• L'impostazione di default del PIN per la comunicazione codificata sicura (in caso di

Con l'aiuto del menu è possibile selezionare e attivare la maggior parte delle

Alcune funzioni sono utilizzabili solo con un codice PIN. Allo stato di fornitura il
codice PIN è identico a quello della registrazione (→ Pag. 45).

Selezione delle funzioni nel menu

Interruzione o conclusione di una procedura

In caso di errore nell'immissione o nell'impostazione:

livello di menu superiore o al display in stand-by.

Il display in stand-by indica nome, numero di telefono, data e ora.

Immissione di un testo

Il telefono ha una propriatastiera con tasti alfabetici. Se su questa tastiera non sono

ampigliati i caratteri, è possibile coprire la tastiera con una delle tre maschere

I tasti sono disposti in maniera analoga a quelli di una tastiera di computer.
Secondo lo standard, valgono le lettere stampate in bianco sui tasti.

•Per le lettere maiuscole è necessario tenere premuto il tasto Maiusc (freccia
in su).

•I caratteri speciali sono di colore blu. Per i caratteri speciali tenere premuto il
tasto ALT.

I simboli legati a un particolare paese vengono creati nel seguente modo:
selezionare innanzitutto il carattere speciale diacritico stampato in blu (es. un
accento). Successivamente inserire la lettera normale.

È possibile inserire con i tasti numerici anche lettere e caratteri, ad es. per i nomi

Gooi oude apparaten op correcte wijze weg - het milieu is u dankbaar

Oude elektrische en elektronische apparaten die van dit symbool voorzien
zijn, kunnen gevaarlijke stoffen voor mens en milieu bevatten. Dergelijke
apparaten mogen daarom niet samen met ongescheiden restafval (huisafval)
worden weggegooid. Voor het behoud van het milieu staan er derhalve
openbare inzamelplaatsen ter beschikking voor het inzamelen van
elektrische en elektronische apparaten die voorzien zijn van dit symbool.
Om verspreiding van deze stoffen in het milieu te voorkomen en belasting
van de natuurlijke hulpbronnen te verminderen, is het echter ook mogelijk om
deel te nemen aan het Avaya terugnamesysteem voor gebruikte apparaten.
Bij dit systeem worden de afzonderlijke componenten van de oude apparaten
geschikt gemaakt voor hergebruik en worden stoffen vakkundig verwerkt.

Tips voor de plaats van opstelling

Gebruik voor uw telefoon, vooral bij nieuwe of met onderhoudsmiddelen behandelde

ubelen een slipvrije onderlegger. Lak en onderhoudsmiddelen kunnen stoffen

bevatten die de kunstvoetjes van uw telefoon kunnen aantasten, waardoor deze
misschien ongewenste sporen achterlaten op het meubilair. Avaya kan niet
aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor dergelijke schade.

Reparaties

Reparaties en ingrepen aan het toestel mogen uitsluitend door vakkundig personeel
worden uitgevoerd. Maak de telefoon niet open. Er kunnen beschadigingen
ontstaan, waardoor de telefoon niet meer functioneert.

T3 IP telefoon aansluiten en aanmelden

Na aansluiting op het LAN (Local Area Network) en de stroomvoorziening (alleen als
de telefoon niet via het LAN wordt gevoed) wordt in de telefoon eerst de software
geactiveerd en wordt er vervolgens automatisch naar een gatekeeper
(verantwoordelijk voor de toegangsautorisatie) gezocht. Doorgaans wordt een
gatekeeper gevonden en kunt u meteen iemand oproepen. Het beantwoorden van
een oproep is echter nog niet mogelijk. Hiertoe moet u eerst uw oproepnummer en
uw PIN invoeren.

Naar de statusmelding Meld nieuwe gebruiker bladeren.

Keuze bevestigen.

... Toestelnummer invoeren.

Naar de menurubriek SecPIN of PIN bladeren.

... PIN invoeren.

Keuze bevestigen. Vervolgens verschijnt de melding "Beveiligde aanmelding
gelukt" of "Aanmelding gelukt" op het display. U bent nu ook bereikbaar onder het
door u ingevoerde telefoonnummer (extensienummer).

• De standaardinstelling van de PIN voor een ongecodeerde communicatie

(indien "PIN" gevraagd wordt) is "0000".

• De standaardinstelling van de PIN voor een ongecodeerde communicatie

(indien "SecPIN" gevraagd wordt) krijgt u van uw systeembeheerder.

Met behulp van de menu’s kunt u de meeste functies kiezen en gebruiken. Om de

Basisregels voor het gebruik

bediening eenvoudiger te maken, kunt u vaak gebruikte functies op functietoetsen
programmeren. Bij levering zijn sommige toetsen al geprogrammeerd.
Veel functies kunnen alleen met een PIN-code worden benut. Bij levering is deze
identiek met de PIN voor aanmelden (→ pag. 55).

Functies in het menu selecteren

naar links en rechts kunt u echter door de volledige tekst bladeren.

Een bewerking afbreken of beëindigen

Als u zich vergist hebt:

programmeren. Op de displaytoetsen kunt u partnerfuncties, lijnen of naar keuze
functies programmeren.

De niveautab geeft aan op welk niveau u zich bevindt. De T3 (IP) Classic heeft
5 niveaus en de T3 (IP) Comfort heeft 7 niveaus. Normaal wordt op het display het
eerste niveau weergegeven.

Met de niveauschakelaar kunt u tussen de niveaus wisselen.

Tekst invoeren

Uw telefoon heeft een eigen toetsenbord met lettertoetsen. Als dit toetsenbord

edrukt is, kunt u een van de drie bijgeleverde sjablonen over het toetsenbord

leggen. Welke sjabloon dit is, hangt af van de ingestelde taal bij de ingebruikneming
(→ pag. 56).

De toetsen zijn op dezelfde manier gerangschikt als op een computertoetsenbord.
Standaard gelden de letters die wit op de toetsen zijn gedrukt.

•Voor hoofdletters dient de Shift-toets (pijl omhoog) ingedrukt te worden.

• Speciale tekens zijn in blauwe kleur op de toetsen gedrukt. Voor speciale tekens

moet u de ALT-toets ingedrukt houden.

Landspecifieke speciale tekens kunt u als volgt invoeren: Selecteer eerst het
blauw bedrukte, diakritische speciale teken (bijv. een accent). Voer vervolgens de
normale letter in.

T3 (IP) Classic en T3 (IP) Compact

U kunt met de cijfertoetsen ook le
persoonlijke telefoonboek. De letters staan op de cijfertoetsen. Uw telefoon schakelt
automatisch over op het intoetsen van letters en andere tekens wanneer dit nodig is.

Letters wissen

Wist het teken op de invoerpositie. Bevindt de invoerpositie zich achter het laatste

teken, dan wordt het laatste teken gewist.

Wisselen tussen hoofdletters en kleine letters

Toets indrukken om te wisselen tussen hoofdletters en kleine letters.

Speciale tekens invoeren

Niet alle mogelijke tekens staan op de cijfertoetsen. Naast de gedrukte tekens zijn er
onder elke toets nog meer tekens geprogrammeerd.
