Problem description

4602SW telephones powered with 240V/50Hz power are transmitting a hum noise on all phone calls. The party speaking to the 4602SW user hears this noise throughout the call.

Resolution

A fix for this issue was implemented in the newly manufactured 4602SW telephones with starting serial number 05GM04000001, which are available now.
