4621SW
Problem description
IP phone is looking for a "AvayaTFTPserver" (its a system initialization parameter) despite it not being defined in option 176. This is happening even though the HTTP server is correctly configured. Normally, the HTTP server takes precedence over the TFTP, so this behavior is incorrect. The phone should not even try TFTP if HTTP is defined.
Resolution
Resolved in IPT patch R2.420 and in R2.8 GA
