Problem description
Customers with 5602SW/4602SW phones will notice that upgrading from R1.82 to R2.3, the call duration timer, which was present in R1.82 is not present with R2.3.
Resolution
Issue was fixed in patch R2.3.1.6. Escalate a case up to SSE Appliances to obtain this patch.
