Problem description
Root cause:
The 1603 and some 1608 phones do not have a serial port, but need to be tested with factory test. When doing the factory test they use a network connection and assigned initially with IP address 192.168.1.10 to connect to the phones. So phones use this IP address (o nly when booting) to reply to SNMP sent to the phones.
Resolution

Avaya does not recommend uisng this IP address by any ot her devi ces on t he net wor k.
