Problem description
A 4602SW will lock up after it is moved between two locations on the LAN that have different tagging. When locked up, the phone
will only display the extension number. There will be no time/date on the display, and the phone will not have dial tone when lifting
the handset from the cradle. A status station from Communication Manager will show that the phone is not registered.
Resolution
This has been resolved with IPT patch R2.3.1.1. Please escalate a case to T4 to obtain this patch.
