Problem description
In August 2004 the 4630SW IP Screenphone was placed on hold for new sales due to software stability.
Resolution
Effective April 4, 2005 new IP Telephone Software R2.0.2 for the 4630 is available for download from
http://support.avaya.com. This software should be used for all present and future 4630 installations.
