Avaya Integrated Management continues to evolve as the communication market evolves. In order to meet the demands of its customers, Avaya will continue to move forward with new releases of management products. By continuing to provide an upgrade path, Avaya will be able to stay current with customer needs.
Effective with the general availability of Avaya Integrated Management Release 3.0, Avaya will no longer provide manufacturer’s support for the Avaya VisAbility Suites Release1.1, 1.2 or 1.3.

The Minimum Period of Support availability represents the minimum period of time after the product end of sale date, during which Avaya will make available support for the product per the Avaya Manufacturer Support Commitment. Support may be extended past that period at the discretion of Avaya Global Services, BusinessPartners or other service providers. Avaya will continue to honor previously executed enhanced warranty, post-warranty and service contracts in accordance with the terms of those agreements.
