T460HVN02.0 SKD Product Specification
1. General Description
This specificati on appli es to the 46.0 inch Color TFT-LCD Module T460HVN02.0. This LCD module has a TFT
active matrix type liquid crystal panel 1,920x 1,080 pixels, and diagonal size of 46.0 inch. This module supports
1,920x1,080 mode. Each pixel is divided into Red, Green and Blue sub-pixels or dots which are arranged in vertical
stripes. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel col or is determined with a 10-bit gray scal e signal for each
dot.
The T460HVN02.0 has been designed to appl y the 10-bit 2 channel LVDS interfac e method. It is intended to
support display s where high brightness, wide viewing angle, high color saturation, and high color depth are very
important.

3.5 Color Input Data Reference
The brightness of each primary color (red, green and blue) is based on the 10 bit gray scale data input for the color;
the higher the binary input, the brighter the color. The table below provides a reference for color versus data input.
Note:
(1) t4=0 : concern for resi dual pattern before BLU turn off.
(2) t6 : voltage of VDD must decay smoothly aft er power- off . (c ustomer system decide this value)
(3) t11: the min value is decided by the download finish time of EDID 2K bits.(when SCL over 30KHz)
(4) When CMOS Interface signal is N.C. (no connection), opened in Transmitted end, t8 timi ng spec can be

8. PRECAUTIONS
Please pay attenti on to the followings when you use this TFT LCD module.
8-1 MOUNTING PRECAUTIONS
(1) You must mount a module using holes arranged in four corners or four sides.
(2) You should c onsi der the mounting structur e so that uneven forc e ( ex. twisted stress) is not applied
to module. And the case on which a module is mounted should have sufficient strength so that
external f orce is not transmitted directly to the modul e.
(3) Please attach the surface transparent protective plate to the surface in order to protect the polarizer.
Transparent protectiv e plate should have sufficient strength in order to the resist ex ternal force.
www.panelook.com
T460HVN02.0 SKD Product Specification
Rev.0 0
(4) You should adopt radiation structur e to satisfy the temperature specificati on.
(5) Acetic aci d type and chlorine type materials for the cover case are not desi rable because the form er
generates corrosiv e gas of attacking the polar izer at high temperat ure and the latter cause ci rcuit
broken by electro- c hem ic al r eac tion.
(6) Do not touch, push or rub the exposed pol arizer with glass, tweezers or anything har der than HB
pencil lead. And please do not rub with dust clothes with chemical treatment. Do not touch the
surface of polarizer for bare hand or greasy cloth. (Some cosmetics are detrimental to the polarizer.)
(7) When the surface becom es dusty, please wipe gently wit h absorbent cot ton or other soft materi als
like chamois soaks with petroleum benzene. Normal-hexane is recommended for cleaning the
adhesives used to attach front/ rear pol arizer. Do not use acetone, toluene and alcohol because
they cause chemic al dam age to the polarizer.
(8) Wipe off saliv a or water drops as soon as possible. Thei r long time contact with polari zer causes
deformations and color fading.
(9) Do not open the case because insi de c ircuits do not have sufficient strength.
8-2 OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
(1) The device listed in the product specification sheets was designed and manufactured for TV
application
(2) The spike noise causes the mis-operation of circuits. It should be lower than following voltage:
V=±200mV(Over and under shoot v oltage)
(3) Response time depends on the temper ature. (In lower temperature, it becomes longer..)
(4) Bri ght ness of CCFL depends on the tem per ature. (I n lower temperat ure, it becom es lower.) And in
lower temperatur e, response tim e (requi red time that bright ness is stable after tur ned on) becomes
longer.
(5) Be careful for condensation at sudden temperature change. Condensation makes damage to
polarizer or elec trical contacted parts. And after f ading conden sation, smear or spot will occur.
(6) When fixed patterns are displayed for a long time, remnant image is likely to occur.
(7) Module has high frequency ci r c uits. S uff ici ent suppression to the elect r om agnetic interference shall

be done by system manufacturers. Grounding and shielding methods may be important to minimize
the interfac e.
8-3 ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE CONTROL
Since a module is composed of electronic circuits, it is not strong to electrostatic discharge. Make certain
that treatment persons are connect ed to ground through wristband etc. And don’t touch interface pin
directly.
8-4 PRECAUTIONS FOR STRONG LIGHT EXPOSURE
Strong light exposure causes degradation of polarizer and color filter.
8-5 STORAGE
www.panelook.com
T460HVN02.0 SKD Product Specification
Rev.0 0
When storing modules as spares f or a long time, the following precautions are necessary.
(1) Store them in a dark plac e. Do not expose the m odule to sunlight or fluorescent li ght. Keep the
temperature between 5 and 35 at normal humidity.кк
(2) The polarizer surface should not come in contact with any other object. It is recommended that they
be stored in the container in whic h they were shipped.
8-6 HANDLING PRECAUTIONS FOR PROTECTION FILM
(1) The prot ection film i s attached to the bez el with a sm all masking tape. W hen the protecti on film is
peeled off, static electric ity is generated between the film and polari zer. Thi s should be peeled off
slowly and carefull y by people who are electrically grounded and with well ion-blown equipm ent or
in such a condition, et c.
(2) When the module with protection film attached is stored for a long time, sometimes there remains a
very small amount of glue still on the bezel after the protection film is peel ed off.
(3) You can remove the glue easily. W hen the glue remains on the bezel or its vestige is recognized,
please wipe them off with absorbent cotton waste or other soft mat erial like chamois soaked wit h
