Battery Caution:

•Keep batteries out of the reach of children.

•Observe correct polarity as marked.

•Remove depleted battery immediately.

Safety precautions

•When using the product, also read the user manuals supplied with the devices that are to be connected.

•When not using the product, remove the power plug from the power outlet.

•Turn the product off before connecting or disconnecting cables.

•If you use the product near a TV or radio antenna, noise may be generated in the TV or radio. In this case, move the product away from the TV or radio antenna.

•Two transmitters on the same frequency cannot be used simultaneously.

•The wireless system may be affected by electromagnetic noise from automobile spark plugs, light dimmers, computers, OA devices, or electrical music instruments. Position the components of the system in a place where it is less likely to be affected.

•Only use this product in combination with devices specified by the manufacturer.

•Insert the plugs of connecting cables securely into their mating connectors.

•Radio waves in the UHF band propagate mainly by line of sight. Configure system so there are no obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.

•Turn the phantom power off when connecting to the mixer.

•Use 120 V AC power source. Refer to "Specifications" for product ratings.

•If there is an electronic device or a transmitter (mobile phone etc.) in the vicinity of this product, this product may be subject to noise. In this case, move the product away from the devices.

•When installing this product, make sure there are no obstacles between the receiver and the transmitter that block radio waves.

•If you use the product near a TV or radio antenna, noise may be generated in the TV or radio. In this case, move the product away from the devices.

•To prevent the batteries from wearing out, turn the product off when not in use.

•Over time, discoloration may occur due to ultraviolet rays (especially direct sunlight) and friction.

•Any customization of the product is prohibited by law. Also, disassembly of the product may result in electrical shock, equipment damage or fire. Never disassemble the product.

Care

•If the product becomes dirty or dusty, disconnect the power plug first, and then wipe the product off with a dry soft cloth.

•Do not use benzine, thinner, contact restoring protective agent, or any other chemical agent. Doing so may cause deformation, damage, or malfunction.

•When storing the product for an extended period of time, wrap it with a plastic cover, and do not allow it to be exposed to humidity.

Rear panel

Antenna input jack

Attach the antenna directly, or extend it with a low-loss antenna cable.

Unbalanced output jack (6 3 mm (1/4"))

Balanced output jack (XLR 3-pin male)

GND

COLD

Ground lift switch

This switch isolates the GND pin of the balanced output from the ground.

Normally use in the GROUND position, but if a hum develops due to a ground loop, switch to the "GROUND LIFT" side.

Power input jack

Connect the DC plug from the included AC adapter for 12 V, 1 A.

Transmission antenna

MUTE switch

Press to switch audio mute on and off.

Indicator

Indicates status of power supply or battery by LED. Power ON: lights in green

Low battery: lights in red

• Lits once when RECALL/Multi function button is pressed and hold.

RECALL/Multi function button

Press to turn the screen back on if it shuts off. Press and hold to perform the assigned action.

Microphone input connector

Connect a microphone (sold separately).

Display

Shows the current status.

• If no buttons are pressed for a period of 30 seconds, the display will turn off.

SYNC button

Use when syncing receiver (ATW-R3210) to the product.

UP button

Used for selecting various settings.

BACK button

Returns to the previous operation.

Power switch

Turns the power on/off.

SET button

Press to confirm a selection.

DOWN button

Used for selecting various settings.

Battery cover

Technical standard conformity certification sticker

Using the product without this sticker may cause legal violation. Do not peel off.

Use when syncing the product to the receiver.
