X-SCART uses Silver Plated Foam Insulated 75Ω video cables and Solid Long Grain Copper audio
cables for a sharper picture and more natural sound.

Silver is the single most effective way to provide clearly superior video performance. Foam insulation
minimizes distortion caused by any solid material next to a conductor. Rigid 75Ω construction ensures
electrical compatibility and minimum reflections.

Strand interaction is the single greatest source of cable distortion. Solid conductors eliminate this
common problem. Inside a metal conductor there are actually thousands of connections between
"grains." Low Oxygen content Long Grain Copper (LGC) minimizes harshness and confusion caused
by these interior connections.
