1 Allgemeine Hinweise
Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Bei auftretenden Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Service unter der Service−
Hotline 0180 5 00 13 88 (Kosten Telekom bei Drucklegung: 12 ct/min). Öffnen Sie das Gerät in keinem Fall selbst und führen Sie keine eigenen
Reparaturversuche durch. Bei Gewährleistungsansprüchen wenden Sie
sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler. Im Zuge von Projektverbesserungen behalten wir uns technische und optische Veränderungen am Artikel vor.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Ihr Bluetooth-Headset BT 113 ist nur für die Verbindung mit anderen
Bluetooth−Geräten, die die Bluetooth-Profile Headset (Headset−
Sprachausgabe) und Hands Free (Freisprechen) unterstützen, entwickelt
worden. Diese Verbindung wird per Funk in einem speziellen Frequenzband hergestellt. Dieses Frequenzband ist weltweit freigegeben. Dadurch
können Sie das Gerät auch weltweit einsetzen. Der Funkkontakt ist innerhalb eines Bereiches von 10 m möglich.

Allgemeine Hinweise
Elektromagnetische Störungen
Die meisten modernen elektronischen Geräte sind gegen Funkfrequenzstrahlung abgeschirmt. Dies gilt jedoch nicht für alle Geräte. Beachten Sie
deshalb Folgendes:
Verwenden Sie das Bluetooth−Headset nicht in der Nähe medizinischer
Geräte, wenn nicht sichergestellt ist, dass es diese nicht beeinflusst! Dies
gilt besonders für Herzschrittmacher. Auch Hörhilfen können stark gestört
werden. Beachten Sie also unbedingt die Angaben zu diesen Geräten!
Explosionsgefährdete Gebiete und Sprenggebiete
Ihr Bluetooth−Gerät kann in anderen Geräten Funken erzeugen, die
Feuer entzünden oder Explosionen auslösen können. Feuer und Explosionen gefährden Menschenleben! Schalten Sie deswegen alle elektronischen
Geräte aus, wenn Sie sich in einem explosionsgefährdeten Gebiet, in einem Sprenggebiet oder in einem Gebiet befinden, das mit dem Hinweis
’2−Wege−Funk ausschalten’ ausgewiesen ist!

Allgemeine Hinweise
Reinigung und Pflege
Halten Sie Ihr Bluetooth-Headset trocken. Setzen Sie Ihr Gerät nicht extrem niedrigen oder hohen Temperaturen aus. Sie dürfen Ihr Gerät nicht fallen lassen oder werfen, da unachtsame Behandlung zur Beschädigung des
Gerätes führen kann. Versuchen Sie nicht, Ihr Headset zu zerlegen. Es enthält keine vom Kunden zu reparierenden oder auszutauschenden Komponenten. Die Gehäuseoberflächen können mit einem trockenen, weichen
und fusselfreien Tuch gereinigt werden. Niemals Reinigungsmittel oder
Lösungsmittel verwenden. Außer einer gelegentlichen Gehäusereinigung
ist keine weitere Pflege erforderlich.
Kompatibilität
In umfangreichen Tests wurde die Einhaltung der Bluetooth-Standards
und die Kompatibilität mit verschiedenen Bluetooth-Geräten festgestellt.
Wenden Sie sich daher bei Problemen mit Ihrem Bluetooth-Headset an
den Hersteller Ihres anderen Bluetooth-Gerätes.

Allgemeine Hinweise
Entsorgung
Wollen Sie Ihr Gerät entsorgen, bringen Sie es zur Sammelstelle
Ihres kommunalen Entsorgungsträgers (z. B. Wertstoffhof). Das
nebenstehende Symbol bedeutet, dass Sie das Gerät auf keinen
Fall in den Hausmüll werfen dürfen! Nach dem Elektro− und Elektronikgerätegesetz sind Besitzer von Altgeräten gesetzlich gehalten, alte Elektro− und Elektronikgeräte einer getrennten Abfallerfassung zuzuführen.
Akkus entsorgen Sie beim batterievertreibenden Handel sowie bei
zuständigen Sammelstellen, die entsprechende Behälter bereitstellen. Verpackungsmaterialien entsorgen Sie entsprechend
den lokalen Vorschriften.

Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme unbedingt die allgemeinen Hin-
weise unter Punkt 1 dieser Anleitung.
Verpackungsinhalt prüfen
Zum Lieferumfang gehören das Audioline Headset BT 113, bestehend aus
Headset mit Ohrclip, Steckernetzteil, und diese Bedienungsanleitung.
Erstinbetriebnahme
Bevor Sie das Headset nutzen können, müssen Sie es vollständig (24 h)
laden .
Bei nicht vollständig geladenem Akku kann es zu Fehlfunktionen
des Headsets kommen.
Laden des Headsets
Wenn Sie im Abstand von 20 Sekunden 5 kurze Pieptöne über den Lautsprecher des Headsets hören, muss der Akku geladen werden.

Die Pieptöne weisen darauf hin, dass die Akkuladung nur noch für etwa 10
Gesprächsminuten reicht.
1. Stecken Sie das Steckernetzteil in eine ordnungsgemäß installierte
230 V Steckdose.
2. Stecken Sie den Anschluss-Stecker des
Steckernetzteils in die Anschlussbuchse
des Headsets. Während des Ladevorgangs
leuchtet die Status-LED dauerhaft.
3. Nachdem der Akku vollständig geladen ist,
erlischt die Status-LED. Der Ladevorgang
dauert ca. 1 − 1,5 Stunden.
4. Entfernen Sie das Steckernetzteil aus der 230 V Steckdose und
ziehen Sie den Anschluss-Stecker des Steckernetzteils aus der
Anschlussbuchse des Headsets.

Inbetriebnahme
Laden Sie das Headset nicht mehr als 24 Stunden. Im Laufe der
Zeit lässt die Kapazität des Akkus und damit auch die Standby−
Zeit nach. Das ist normal. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das mitgelieferte Steckernetzteil.
Headset tragen
Ihr Headset ist so konzipiert, dass Sie es an beiden Ohren tragen können.
Sollten Sie Ihr Headset am linken Ohr tragen wollen, müssen Sie den Haltebügel zuvor anders montieren.
1. Haltebügel abziehen und entsprechend
der Abbildung wieder aufsetzen.
Der Bügel ist außerdem biegsam und kann
dadurch dem Ohr individuell angepasst
werden.
2. Hängen Sie das Headset auf Ihr rechtes
bzw. linkes Ohr.

hören. Die Status-LED blinkt zweimal und
erlischt. Das Headset ist ausgeschaltet.
Gesprächslautstärke einstellen
Während eines Gespräches können Sie die Gesprächslautstärke nach Ihren Wünschen ändern.
1. Um die Gesprächslautstärke anzupassen,
drücken Sie die Lauter/Leiser−Taste (2)so
oft, bis die gewünschte Lautstärke erreicht
ist.

Pairing mit einem Bluetooth-Telefon
Bevor Sie Ihr Headset nutzen können, müssen Sie ein Pairing" (Verbin−
dung) mit Ihrem Bluetooth-Telefon ausführen. Weitere Informationen
hierzu finden Sie auch in der Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Bluetooth-Telefons. Haben Sie das Pairing zwischen Headset und Telefon einmal durchgeführt, erkennen sich die beiden immer wieder, solange die Pairing−Informationen nicht an einem der beiden Geräte gelöscht wurden. Ein
erneutes Pairing ist dann nicht erforderlich. Wurden die Pairing-Informationen
zwischenzeitlich im Telefon gelöscht, wiederholen Sie den gesamten Vorgang.
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Headset
geladen und ausgeschaltet ist. Ihr Headset
und Ihr Bluetooth-Telefon sollten sich
möglichst nah beieinander befinden.
2. Halten Sie die MFT-Taste (1) solange
gedrückt, bis die Status-LED dauerhaft
leuchtet. Das Headset befindet sich nun im
Pairing-Modus.

3. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen zum Pairing für Ihr
Bluetooth-Telefon. In der Regel gibt es im Setup- oder
Verbindungsmenü des Telefons eine Option zum Erkennen von
Bluetooth-Geräten.
4. Das Telefon sollte das Bluetooth-Headset BT 113 erkennen.
Bestätigen Sie das Pairing.
5. Auf Ihrem Telefon sollte die Eingabeaufforderung für den
Kennschlüssel (PIN) angezeigt werden. Der Kennschlüssel (PIN) ist
0000 und nicht änderbar.
6. Wenn das Pairing erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde, blinkt die
Status-LED 10−malig schnell hintereinander.
Sollte das Pairing nicht erfolgreich sein, schalten Sie Headset und
Telefon aus und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang.
Wenn innerhalb von 2 Minuten kein erfolgreiches Pairing ausge-
führt wurde, wechselt das Headset in den Standby-Modus.

Pairing mit weiteren Bluetooth-Geräten
Ihr Headset kann die Pairing-Informationen von bis zu 8 Geräten speichern.
Die Geräte werden entsprechend der Eingabereihenfolge in einer Liste gespeichert. Unternehmen Sie den Pairing-Versuch mit einem weiteren Bluetooth-Gerät, wird das erste Gerät aus der Liste entfernt. Jedes der 8 Geräte kann eine Verbindung zu Ihrem Headset aufnehmen.
Ihr Headset wird nach dem Einschalten automatisch versuchen, die Verbindung zum zuletzt verbundenen Gerät wieder herzustellen. Möchten Sie Ihr
Headset mit einem anderen Gerät in der Liste verbinden, müssen Sie die
Verbindung von diesem anderen Gerät aus aufnehmen.

Ihr Headset unterstützt die Bluetooth-Profile Handsfree (Freisprechen)
und Headset. Dabei hängen die zur Verfügung stehenden Funktionen davon ab, welche Funktionen Ihr Bluetooth-Telefon unterstützt. Die Tabelle
zeigt alle Funktionen, die Ihr Headset im Bluetooth-Profil Freisprechen
(Handsfree) unterstützt:

Falls die Verbindung zwischen Headset und Bluetooth-Tele-
fon unterbrochen wurde (z. B. wegen eines zu großen Abstandes), versucht das Headset, die Verbindung wieder aufzubauen. Der Verbindungsversuch zum zuletzt verbundenen
Bluetooth-Telefon erfolgt nach dem Einschalten ca. 90 Sekunden lang.
Bei manchen Bluetooth-Telefonen kann es vorkommen, dass
das Headset den Anruf erst nach dem ersten oder zweiten Klingeln übernimmt.

mit der der Status des Headsets angezeigt wird.

AUDIOLINE − Geräte werden nach den modernsten Produktionsverfahren
hergestellt und geprüft. Ausgesuchte Materialien und hoch entwickelte
Technologien sorgen für einwandfreie Funktion und lange Lebensdauer.
Ein Garantiefall liegt nicht vor, wenn die Ursache einer Fehlfunktion des
Gerätes bei dem Telefonnetzbetreiber liegt. Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate, gerechnet vom Tage des Kaufs.
Innerhalb der Garantiezeit werden alle Mängel, die auf Material− oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind, kostenlos beseitigt. Der Garantieanspruch erlischt bei Eingriffen durch den Käufer oder durch Dritte.
Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Bedienung, durch falsches Aufstellen oder Aufbewahren, durch unsachgemäßen Anschluss
oder Installation sowie durch höhere Gewalt oder sonstige äußere Einflüsse entstehen, fallen nicht unter die Garantieleistung.
Wir behalten uns vor, bei Reklamationen die defekten Teile auszubessern

1 General Information
Please read this operating instruction manual thoroughly. In the case of any
queries, please contact our Service Hotline 0180 5 00 13 88 (cost via Telekom at time of going to print: 12 ct/min). Under no circumstances open the
device or complete any repair work yourself. In the case of claims under the
terms of guarantee, contact your sales outlet. We reserve the right to make
technical and visual modifications to the product during the course of product improvement.
Intended use
The Bluetooth BT 113 headset has been developed solely for connection
to other Bluetooth devices which support the "Headset" (headset
audio output) and "Handsfree" Bluetooth profiles. This connection is established per radio communication in a special frequency band. The frequency band is available worldwide. This means that you can use the device all over the world. The radio communication is possible within a range
of 10 meters.

General Information
Electromagnetic interference
Most modern electronic devices are shielded against interference by radio
frequency energy. However, this does not apply to all equipment. Therefore,
observe the following:
Do not use the Bluetooth headset in the vicinity of medical equipment if
you are not sure it will not cause interference. This is particularly important
in the case of heart pacemakers. Hearing aids can also suffer strong disturbance. It is essential to observe the information on these devices.
Potentially explosive areas and detonation areas
Your Bluetooth device could cause sparks in other devices which are the
potential source of a fire or explosion. Fires and explosions can be the
cause of fatal injury. Therefore, switch off all electronic equipment when you
are in a potentially explosive area, in an area in which explosives are used
or in an area in which a ’Switch off 2−way communication equipment’ sign is
present.

Cleaning and upkeep
Keep your Bluetooth headset dry. Do not expose the equipment to extremely low or high temperatures. Do not drop or throw the equipment because improper handling can cause equipment damage. Do not attempt to
disassemble the headset. It does not contain any components which the customer should repair or replace. Clean the housing surfaces with a dry, soft,
fluff−free cloth. Never use cleaning agents or solvents. Apart from occasionally cleaning the housing, no other upkeep is necessary.
Compatibility
Comprehensive tests have proved the equipment complies with
Bluetooth standards and is compatible with various Bluetooth devices.
Therefore, in the event of problems with the Bluetoothheadset, contact
the manufacturer of your other Bluetooth device.

Disposal
If your device has come to the end of its service life, bring it to a
collection point provided by your local public waste authorities
(e.g. recycling company). The adjacent symbol indicates that
the old device must be disposed of separate from domestic waste. According to laws on the disposal of electronic and electrical devices, owners are obliged to dispose of old electronic
and electrical devices in a separate waste container.
Batteries must be disposed of at the point of sale or at appro-
priate collection points provided by the public waste authorities.
Packaging materials must be disposed of according to local
regulations.

Safety information
It is essential to read the "General Information" in Section 1 at the
beginning of this manual before starting up.
Checking the package contents
The equipment supplied consists of the AUDIOLINE BT 113 headset, comprised of headset with earclip, the power adapter plug and this operating
manual.
Starting up for the first time
Before the headset can be used, it must be fully charged (24 h).
Failure to charge the battery fully can lead to headset malfunction.
Charging the headset
If you hear 5 short beeps at intervals of 20 seconds via the headset loudspeaker, the battery must be charged.

Beeps indicate that the battery charge is only sufficient for about a further
10 minutes conversation.
1. Plug the power adapter plug in a properly installed 230 V power
socket.
2. Plug the charging plug in the headset
connection socket. The Status LED lights
up continuously during the charging
process.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the
Status LED goes out. The charging process
requires approx. 1 − 1.5 hours.
4. Disconnect the power adapter plug from the 230 V power socket and
pull the charging plug from the headset connection socket.

The headset has been designed in such a way that it can be worn on either
ear. If the headset should be worn on the left ear, the earclip must be adapted first.
1. Pull off the earclip and change it around
as depicted in the diagram.
The earclip is flexible and therefore can be
adapted individually.

Adjusting the call volume
The call volume can be adjusted to suit requirements during a call.

Volume Up/Volume Down button until the
volume is correct.

Pairing a Bluetooth phone
Before the headset can be used, the pairing process must be completed
between the headset and Bluetooth telephone. Refer to the operating
manual provided with the Bluetooth telephone for further information on
this topic. When the pairing process has been completed once between the
headset and telephone, they subsequently detect each other and continue
to as long as the pairing information is not deleted on either of the devices.
The pairing process need not be completed again. If the pairing information
has been deleted from the telephone in the meantime, repeat the entire process.
1. Ensure that the headset is charged and
switched off. The headset and Bluetooth
telephone should be close to each other, if
possible.
2. Press and hold the MF button (1) until the
Status LED lights up continuously. The
headset is now in Pairing mode.

3. Follow the instructions on pairing your Bluetooth phone. Normally,
there is an option in the telephone’s Setup or Connection menu to
detect Bluetooth devices.
4. The telephone should detect the Bluetooth Headset BT 113.
Confirm conclusion of the pairing process.
5. The phone should display a prompt requesting the identification
number (PIN). The PIN is 0000 and cannot be altered.
6. When pairing has been completed successfully, the Status LED
flashes rapidly 10 times in succession.
If pairing is not completed successfully, switch the headset and
phone off and repeat the process.
If pairing is not concluded successfully within 2 minutes, the head-
set switches to Standby mode.

Pairing with other Bluetooth devices
Your headset can store pairing data for up to 8 devices. The devices are
stored in a list according to the order in which they were entered. If the pairing process is started for a further Bluetooth device, the oldest device is
deleted from the list. Each of the 8 devices can establish a connection to
your headset.
After switching on your headset, it automatically attempts to establish a connection with the device to which it was last connected. If you wish to connect the headset to another device in the list, attempt to establish the connection from the respective device.

Functions supported by the Handsfree" Bluetooth profile
Your headset supports the "Handsfree" and "Headset" Bluetoothprofiles.
However, the functions available are dependent on the functions supported
by your Bluetoothtelephone. The following table lists all the functions

Guarantee
AUDIOLINE equipment is produced and tested according to the latest production methods. Carefully selected materials and highly developed technology ensure perfect functioning and a long service life. There are no
grounds for claims under the terms of guarantee when the cause of an
equipment malfunction lies with the telephone network provider. The period
of guarantee is 24 months from the date of purchase.
All deficiencies related to material or manufacturing errors within the period
of guarantee will be redressed free of charge. Rights to claims under the
terms of guarantee are annulled following tampering by the purchaser or
third parties.
Damage caused as a result of improper handling or operation, incorrect positioning or storing, improper connection or installation, Acts of God or other
external influence are not covered by the terms of guarantee.
In the case of complaints, we reserve the right to repair or replace defect
parts or provide a replacement device. Replaced parts or devices become
our property.

Claims for damages are excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the manufacturer.
If your device shows signs of defect during the period of guarantee, please
return it to the sales outlet in which you purchased the AUDIOLINE device
together with the purchase receipt.
All claims under the terms of guarantee in accordance with this agreement
can only be asserted at the sales outlet. No claims under the terms of guarantee can be asserted after a period of two years from the date of purchase and hand−over of the product.
