Read Me First!

Quick things to know before starting:

1. Your wireless transmitter will not transmit
to the speaker until the on/off switch
(located at the rear bottom left) is
switched to “ON”. The volume of your
device (e.g. iPod®, Laptop, TV, MP3
Player, etc.) must be set to medium or
higher. A higher volume setting is
typically better.

2. The transmitter status indicator shows
you when the transmitter is on (green) or
transmitting (blue). The speaker status
indicator shows when the speaker is on
(green) or receiving a signal from the
transmitter (blue).

3. The plug that connects to your device is
retractable. You can gently pull it out to
over 12-inches in length. A second gentle
tug will get it to retract.

4. Your speaker is splash resistant. The
transmitter is not splash resistant.
Care should be taken to keep your
transmitter dry.

5. When not in use, remove the speaker from wet areas. Storing the
speaker indoors will best preserve its waterproof gaskets and will
maximize the lifespan of the speaker.
