FEATURES
The Attwood Aft-Deck Shower system (4131, 4133) is designed for use on pleasure boats to rinse off swimmers and pets and to spray away salt and sand. The shower systems hot and cold faucets blend water for ideal temperature. It can also be used for cold water only. The Deck Washdown System (4132) was designed with a high pressure sprayer for use on sport fishing boats to wash down the rear decks. The sprayer has a valve to regulate or shut off the water.
Both systems feature a high-styled hinged cover to store and protect the sprayhead and controls. They are both made of high-impact, engineering grade polycarbonate plastic.

AFT-DECK SHOWER (4131, 4133) INSTALLATION
1. Using the template on the reverse side of these instructions, drill a 1/2" hole at all four corners of the template. Cut an 8-1/2" x 4" opening.
2. Remove cover and sprayhead. Place box in opening and mark all screw hole locations. Remove box and drill pilot holes.
3. Attach water lines to appropriate hot/cold controls. Wrap hose connections with teflon tape or use pipe joint compound to prevent leaks. Note: If only cold water connection is made, it is important that the remaining hot water connection be sealed by installing a standard 1/2" pipe end cap to prevent accidental water discharge inside the boat.
4. Attach spray hose to center threaded fitting between hot and cold connections.
5. Place enclosed hot and cold labels on appropriate knobs.
6. Thread end of hose through hole in end of box and attach to end of sprayhead.
7. Test all connections for leaks.
8. Place box in cutout opening. Check to be sure that the hose is free to be pulled out and pushed back into place. Attach box using all six screws.
CAUTION:
Do not overtighten screws.
