DESCRIPTION
This mobile tray and silver cart completes your
serving system, enabling easy access and storage of trays and flatware at the beginning of the
line. The cart can be easily loaded in the clean
dish area and rolled to the serving line save handling, save money.

TOP: Constructed of 18 gauge, type 304
stainless steel, with all corners heliarc
welded, ground and polished to a uniform
finish. Top to be provided with ten (10 ea.)
4” diameter die stamped openings to
receive nylon silverware cylinders (cylinders by others.) Top is integrally formed into
side panels for the cart.
TRAY SHELF: Constructed of 18 gauge
stainless steel, full-length, and turned up at
the rear of the unit. Bottom is reinforced
with 14 gauge steel plate for proper caster
