General Description
Recessed and flush fan panel assemblies dissipate equipment-generated
heat quickly from 19" cabinets. Front/rear and top loading assemblies are
available in single and dual fan models with 115 CFM fan speed for flush
and recessed mounting. The ES195 Series is for recessed mounting; the
ES2195 Series is designed for flush mounting. Models are complete with
fan(s) protected by nickel chrome plated wire grille backed with a steel wire
mesh screen assembled to a 16-gauge CRS panel. Panels mount easily to
all E.I.A. standard mounting rails and are stocked in standard black finish.
Fans are factory-mounted for exhaust cooling and may be rotated easily, in
the field, for intake cooling. A 6 ft. line cord is included. When mounting ES
Series fans on top of Series 5000 cabinets, order S219 blank panels to fill
the opening [21" (12RU) for the 251⁄2" Depth cabinets; 241⁄2" (14RU) for the
30" Depth cabinets].
Architect and Engineer Specifications
Rack fan panel shall be Atlas Sound model EFP3-1 or EFP3-2. Unit shall
have a recessed style and shall function for either exhaust cooling or
intake circulation. CFM rating per fan shall be 115CFM for efficient heat
dissipation. Unit shall be constructed using 16-gauge CRS steel and shall
feature a nickel chrome plated wire grille with a steel wire mesh screen
backing to protect the fan(s). Unit shall include a 6ft line cord for power
and shall be finished in black steel. Dimensions shall be 19"W x 21⁄8"D x
51⁄4"H (53.9mm x 133.35mm x 44.5mm).
