MODEL 19056/19057 SERIES

Chroma equipme nt specially designed for testin g and an aly zin g ul tra-hig h wit hst and vol tag e. Th e series of models include 10kVac/12kVdc/20kVdc with maximum AC20mA/DC10mA outp ut can perform AC/DC withstand voltage and insulation re sista nce te sts with co nta ct check d uring production line test. In addition to the patented OSC (Open Short Check), High Voltage Contact Check is added to test the components with high insulation capability when high voltage outputs to improve the testing reliability and efficiency.

The Hipo t A nalyz er provi des hig h with sta nd voltage test and analysis for optical couplers, HV relays, HV switches and PV modules, which have better insulation capability.

Charge and discharge are required for capacitive components when doing DC withstand voltage te st. The Hipot An alyzer s have fa st charge function that can increase the production test efficiency .

The Hipot Analyzer of entire series has Flashover (ARC ) de tec tio n fu ncti on. Thro ugh the sta rt voltage , end voltage, no. of steps and time, it can perform discharge level analysis. Phase judgment is pro vi ded in DLA (Discha rg e Level Analysis) mode to set inspec tion for Flashover (ARC) and Br eak dow n te st (hi gh limi t). W hen a def ect appears in the test, the withstanding voltage to indicate the Flashover Start Voltage (FSV) or BreakDown Voltage (BDV) respectively. In addition, External Oscilloscopes can be mounted to check the wavefor m at the same time during analysis. The R&D engineers can perform product analysis and study utilizing th e te st resu lts to impr ove the wea kne ss of insulation components.
