Basic Uses:

SterraCore aluminum composite material
panels provide durable, eye-catching facias,
sots, canopies, and decorative towers for
retail, schools, hospitals and high prole
commerical projects.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: polyallomer, corrugated
core between two nished aluminum sheets

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 stock colors is available in
a KYNAR
nish. (Request color chart or chips). Texture is
smooth.

5. INSTALLATION

Panels are be installed over a solid substrate
covered with an appropriate water and air
barrier system. Installation methods include
clip and seal, rout and return, and 2-pieces,
snap-module trim.

6. AVAILABILITY & COST

Availability:

SterraCore panels are available through
ATAS product distributors. A complete line of
related components and trim accessories is
available to complete the system. In addition,
a complete line of rainware and perimeter
roof edge trims can be supplied by ATAS to
complement the application. Flat sheet and/
or coil stock is available in matching colors
for fabrication of related components by the
installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY

The uoropolymer, KYNAR 500
HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carries a limited
warranty against chalking and fading.

8. mAINTENANCE

SterraCore panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed by
conventional cleaning methods. For painted
products, minor scratches should be touched
up with a matching paint, available from the
manufacturer.
