3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

With Rumba Shake, a Bermuda system,
the traditional vertical standing seams are
replaced by horizontal “stepped” reveals
spaced every 9”.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: Rumba Shake panels are
brake formed from .032 Aluminum; 24 gauge
Metallic Coated Steel.
Special Oerings: .040 Aluminum; 22 gauge
Metallic Coated Steel; 22 and 24 gauge 55%
Al-Zn alloy coated Steel with acrylic coating;
and 16 oz. Copper.

Sizes:

Rumba Shake panels are available with a 1”
height and in a 9 ¾” width, with a coverage
of 9” by panel length. Panel lengths are made
to customer specications, with a standard
length of 12’, and 2’ minimum to 20’ maximum
lengths available.

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 stock colors is available in a
KYNAR 500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.
(Request color chart or chips). An anodized
nish is available in Clear or Dark Bronze.

5. INSTALLATION

This panel is installed with at clips, 12” to 24”
on center. Recommended minimum slope
is 4:12. Optional factory sealant is available.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry a
limited warranty against chalking and fading.

8. MAINTENANCE

Rumba Shake panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed by
conventional cleaning methods. For painted
products, minor scratches should be touched
up with a matching paint, available from the
manufacturer.
