3. PRODuCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

2” Field-Lok is a mechanically seamed, double­locked structural panel that can meet severe
loading requirements. This panel can also be
seamed with a single fold, which meets the
needs for a structural panel and provides a
weather tight roof.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: 2”Field-Lok panels are
roll-formed from .032 Aluminum; 24 gauge
Metallic Coated Steel.
Special Oerings: 22 gauge Metallic Coated
Steel; 24 gauge 55% Al-Zn Coated Steel with
acrylic coating; 16 oz and 20 oz copper.

Sizes:

The FLR panels have 2” seam heights and are
available in 15 ¼” (FLR154) or 19 ½” (FLR195)
widths. Panel lengths are cut to customer
specications with a 4’ minimum and a
maximum to transportation limitations. Clip
ribs are standard and Plank style stiening ribs
are available. Optional factory applied sealant.

6. AVAILABILITY & COST
Availability

2” Field-Lok panels are readily available
through ATAS product distributors. A
complete line of related components and
trim accessories is available to complete
the roof system. Flat sheet and/or coil stock
in matching color are also available for
fabrication of related accessories by the
installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry
a thirty (30) year limited warranty against
cracking, peeling, chalking and fading.

8. mAINTENANCE

2” Field-Lok panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed
by conventional cleaning methods. Minor
scratches may be touched up with a matching
paint, available from the manufacturer.

seaming tool may be rented from ATAS at a
weekly or monthly rate. An expansion clip is
used to allow for thermal movement. Optional
