3. PRODuCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

The FLM panel is a mechanically seamed,
double-locked, non-structural panel
ideally suited for both straight and curved
applications. This 1½” standing seam panel
oers an economical alternative to snap-on
seams, while also maintaining the exibility of
being curved.

Compositions & Materials:

Standard Oerings: FLM panels are roll-formed
from .032 Aluminum; 24 gauge Metallic
Coated Steel.
Special Oerings: 22 gauge Metallic Coated
Steel; 24 gauge AZ55 55% Al-Zn coated steel
with acrylic coating; 16 or 20 oz. Copper.

Sizes:

The FLM panels have 1 ½” high seam heights
and are available in 12 ½”, 16 ½” and 20 ¾”
widths. Panel lengths are made to customer
specications, with a minimum of 4’ and
a maximum to transportation limitations.
Custom tapering of panels is available. Contact
factory for limitations. Plank ribs are available
for specic applications. Optional factory
applied sealant.

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 colors is available in a KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.
(Request color chart or chips).

5. INSTALLATION

The panel is installed with an expansion
clip. Field seaming equipment is necessary
to complete installation of this panel. The
Seaming Tool may be rented from ATAS
at a weekly rate. Optional factory sealant
is also available. Installation manuals or
hands-on training via seminars are available

6. AvAILAbILITy & COST

Availability:

FLM panels are readily available through
ATAS product distributors. A complete line of
related components and trim accessories are
available to complete a project. Flat sheet and/
or coil stock in matching colors are available
for fabrication of related accessories by the
installing contractor.

7. WARRANTy

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry
a thirty (30) year limited warranty against
cracking, peeling, chalking and fading.

8. mAINTENANCE

FLM panels are virtually maintenance free.
Surface residue may be easily removed
by conventional cleaning methods. Minor
scratches may be touched up with a matching
paint, available from the manufacturer.
