3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

Design Wall consists of a 12” wide panel in
two distinct proles. Panels may be used for
wall applications, sots, fascia or equipment
screens.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: Design Wall panels are roll­formed from .032, .040 and .050 Aluminum;
24 gauge Metallic Coated Steel; and 24 gauge
55% Al-Zn alloy Coated Steel with acrylic
coating.
Special Oerings: 20 and 22 gauge Metallic
Coated Steel and 22 gauge 55% Al-Zn alloy
Coated Steel with acrylic coating. Subject to
minimum quantities and lead time.

Sizes:

Design Wall is a 12” wide panel in two distinct
proles. DSF and DSH panels are 1 ¾” high;
DWF and DWH panels are 1 ⁄” high. The
“F” code indicates a at or ush panel and
the “H” code indicates a “board” panel. The
“board” panels have an upside of 6” that
may be extended in 1” increments (subject
to minimum orders). For every 1” change
on the “board”, the lower part of the panel
is decreased to give net 12” coverage (with
a maximum ”board width of 11”). All panels
have the same lock conguration and
stiening ribs standard, specify without. The
DS panel is used primarily where increased
structural integrity of the panel is required.
Panels of .032 aluminum can be lanced for
ventilation. Panel lengths are cut to customer
specications with a minimum of 3’-0”,
maximum to transportation limitations and/or
product and project design considerations.

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 stock colors is available in a
KYNAR 500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.
(Request color chart or chips). An anodized
nish is available in Clear or Dark Bronze.
Texture may be smooth or embossed.

5. INSTALLATION

or vertically. Installation manuals and
hands-on training via seminars are available

6. AVAILABILITY & COST

Availability:

Design Wall panels are available through

ATAS product distributors. A complete line
of related components and trim accessories
is available to complete the wall system. In
addition, a complete line of rainware and
perimeter roof edge trims can be supplied
by ATAS to complement the wall system. Flat
sheet and/or coil stock is available in matching
color for fabrication of related components by
the installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry a
limited warranty against chalking and fading.

8. MAINTENANCE

Design Wall panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed by
conventional cleaning methods. For painted
products, minor scratches should be touched
up with a matching paint, available from ATAS
International, Inc.
