3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

The PenumWall is a structural wall panel
that oers design freedom for all types of
buildings. The panel can be installed either
on solid substrate or spaced framing.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: PenumWall is available
in .032, .040 and .050 Aluminum; 24 gauge
Metallic Coated Steel; 24 gauge AZ55 55% Al­Zn coated steel with acrylic coating.
Special Oerings: 20 and 22 gauge Metallic
Coated Steel; 20 and 22 gauge AZ55 55% Al­Zn coated steel with acrylic coating may be
specied for PenumWall, subject to minimum
quantities and lead time.

Sizes and Proles:

PenumWall has 1 ¼” high ribs and is 39 ⁄”
wide. Panel lengths are cut to customer
specications, 6’ minimum to 40’ maximum.

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 colors is available in a KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.
(Request color chart or chips). An anodized
nish is available in Clear or Dark Bronze.
Texture may be smooth or stucco embossed.

6. AVAILABILITY & COST

Availability:

PenumWall panels are available through
ATAS product distributors. A complete line
of related components and trim accessories
is available to complete the wall system. In
addition, a complete line of rainware and
perimeter roof edge trims can be supplied by
ATAS to complement the wall system.

Flat sheet and/or coil stock is available in
a matching color for fabrication of related
components by the installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry
a thirty (30) year limited warranty against
chalking and fading.

8. MAINTENANCE

PenumWall panels are virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed
by conventional cleaning methods. Minor
scratches may be touched up with a matching
paint, available from the manufacturer.
