3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Uses:

BWC374 is an economical, ⁄” high corrugated
product with excellent performance
characteristics. This panel can be installed
vertically or horizontally on walls and used for
roong applications.

Composition & Materials:

Standard Oerings: The BWC374 panel is roll­formed from .032, .040 and .050 Aluminum; 24
gauge Metallic Coated Steel; or 24 gauge 55%
Al-Zn alloy Coated Steel with acrylic coating.
Special Oerings: 20, 22 gauge Metallic
Coated Steel; 20, 22 gauge 55% Al-Zn alloy
Coated Steel with acrylic coating; 16, 20 oz.
Copper may be specied, subject to minimum
quantities and lead time.

Sizes:

The BWC374 panels are 40 ⁄” wide with
a 37 ¼” wide net coverage area. Panel
lengths are cut to customer specications,
with a minimum of 6’ and a maximum to
transportation limitations and/or product and
project design considerations.

Colors & Finishes:

A choice of 30 stock colors is available in a
KYNAR 500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish.
An anodized nish is available in Clear or Dark
Bronze. (Request color chart or chips). Texture
may be smooth or embossed. Panels can be
solid or perforated.

5. INSTALLATION

Installation is with direct fastening
methods. When used in roong applications
special practices and restrictions apply.
Recommended minimum slope is 3:12.

6. AVAILABILITY & COST

Availability:

The BWC374 panel is available through ATAS
product distributors. A complete line of
related components and trim accessories is

available to complete the roof or wall system.
In addition, a complete line of rainware and
perimeter roof edge trims can be supplied by
ATAS to complement the project. Flat sheet
and/or coil stock is available in matching color
for fabrication of related components by the
installing contractor.

7. WARRANTY

Products coated with a uoropolymer, KYNAR
500® PVDF or HYLAR 5000® PVDF nish carry a
limited warranty against chalking and fading.

8. MAINTENANCE

The BWC374 panel is virtually maintenance
free. Surface residue may be easily removed by
conventional cleaning methods. For painted
products, minor scratches should be touched
up with a matching paint, available from the
manufacturer.
