1ms 2.4GHz USB dongle or, for when battery life is the primary desire, Bluetooth LE maximizes the
available charge while maintaining the convenience of a wireless connection. The new mouse is even
able to connect using a USB cable when the need arises, providing both flexibility and everyday
reassurance.
16,000 dpi, 400 ips optical sensor, plus 1000 Hz polling rate in 2.4GHz and wired modes
ROG Chakram is equipped with a high-end optical gaming sensor to deliver the accuracy and speed
needed for gaming and beyond. Its 100 to 16,000 dpi sensor tracks movements flawlessly at outstanding
speeds of up to 400 inches per second (IPS), and at up to 40 g acceleration. The mouse also maintains
lag-free responsiveness, with a 1,000 Hz polling rate in both 2.4GHz and wired mode for ultrasmooth
gaming experiences.
Programmable, removable joystick for superior, customizable analog or digital in-game control
ROG Chakram’s built-in joystick empowers players to dispense with a gamepad, enabling them to
keeping both hands on the mouse and keyboard. It can be configured to perform in one of two distinct
modes – analog or digital – to fit different needs.
In Analog Mode, ROG Chakram’s joystick is ideal for flight-sim games. It allows gamers to make small
thumb movements to climb, dive or pan the view. When first-person-shooter (FPS) or battle-royale arena
commands are the demand, the joystick can go digital, providing four programmable directions. The user
can push to reload, switch weapons, tilt, talk, summon a map, scroll content or practically any action
imaginable – in games or beyond.
ROG Chakram even comes with both a long and a short joystick, allowing gamers to choose the length
that best suits their thumb grip or playing style. It’s also easy to remove the stick completely.
Exceptional battery life, 15-minute fast charge or top up wirelessly with Qi
ROG Chakram majors on charging simplicity, with the ability to top up rapidly by wire, or charge wirelessly
wherever there’s Qi. When plugged in via USB Type-C™ (USB-C), a 15-minute fast charge is all that’s
required to put enough juice in Chakram’s battery for up to up to 12 hours of gameplay. The battery
capacity is also exceptional, providing up to 79 hours of gameplay when connected via 2.4GHz RF –
powering play for days or even weeks of real-world use. The mouse will also charge wirelessly via any Qicompatible charging surface, such as the awesome ROG Balteus Qi companion gaming mouse pad.

ROG Chakram is loaded with easy-DIY features, from its screw-less magnetic buttons and cover to
exclusive push-fit switch sockets and customizable badge, providing loads of freedom to make Chakram
truly unique.
For starters, the detachable magnetic cover on the top plate slides off quickly and easily, no tools
required. The mouse buttons also detach magnetically, enabling fast access to the swappable switches
without a screwdriver. It take just a moment to swap the switches, making it easy to drop in ones that fit
individual preferences for operating force and feedback – or replace worn or broken switches to extend
ROG Chakram’s lifespan.
The ROG logo is proudly displayed but we’ve also included a customizable blank badge, ready for users
to tailor ROG Chakram to their own image.
Pivoted buttons for rapid response and tactile feel, plus DPI On-The-Scroll feature
ROG Chakram is engineered to deliver exceptional gaming experiences, and brimming with features to
elevate it a level above the competition.
Shorter travel means quicker clicks, which is why our designers equipped ROG Chakram with pivoted
buttons. The mechanism utilizes springs and metal hinges to balance the keys and minimize the distance
between the buttons and switches. The upshot is minimal travel and rapid return, ensuring superb speed,
responsiveness and consistency with every click.
The new mouse also has DPI On-The-Scroll, a feature that allows games to adjust accuracy easily, no
software required. Just press and hold the DPI button and then spin the scroll wheel to set the sensitivity
freely. Alternatively, just click the button to cycle through four different DPI levels.
