Replace the sand belt
Disengage and remove the sand belt from the idle pulley. Push the idle pulley in the direction shown below. Replace a new belt.
Warning
Keep your hand away from idle pulley. Push tension bar indicated on the drawing and the sand belt will be propped into the ready position.
Adjust Tracking
If the sand belt is not centered on the idle please follow direction to center the belt. Adjust the hexagon socket head bolt on the idle pulley bracket with accessory hexagon wrench key until centering is correct. Turn the hexagon socket counter clockwise to move the belt towards the bracket and vice versa.

Make sure the sand belt is on the center of idle pulley and not too tight or

too loose. If the belt tension is too tight it may break off. If the belt tension is too loose it may break away.
