M12 to RJ45 Cable

Assemblies

The ASI Industrial Ethernet M12 to RJ45 shielded cable assemblies are designed for use in Cat5e network
applications where reliable, industrial grade assemblies are required, such as in machinery, assembly lines and
other manufacturing environments. Available in standard lengths of 1, 3 and 5 meters, these RJ45 to M12 patch
cables feature SFTP Cat5e cable with a black PUR jacket and #24AWG wire. The M12 connector used on
these M12 to RJ45 Ethernet cables is a 4 position male D-coded with a molded black TPU strain relief. Nickel
plating on the 4 Position M12 male connector shell and gold plating on the contacts ensure both a reliable
electrical connection and the ability to stand up to harsh applications. The RJ45 male connector has shielding
and also comes with a molded strain relief. Other lengths of M12 to RJ45 cables are available, including
custom lengths.
