Proper installation is essential to experience and appreciate the benefits of this system. Please
take a moment to review these installation instructions before you begin to install these
components on your vehicle.

It is equally important to be aware of all necessary safety measures while installing your new Air
Suspension System. This includes proper lifting and immobilizing of the vehicle and isolation
of any stored energy to prevent personal injury or property damage.

SHOCK ABSORBER REMOVAL:

Use lifting platform (hoist) that is capable of raising the body separately from the

wheels, lift body at the lifting points prescribed by the vehicle manufacturer.

Vehicle slippage can cause danger to life and limb.

1.0 Raise vehicle.

2.0 Remove front tires.

3.0 Using a floor jack, slightly raise the lower control arm to relieve the pressure
from the upper and lower shock absorb er bolts.

4.0 Unplug the shock abs o r ber sensor connector at the top of the s hoc k abs or b er .

5.0 Remove the upper shock absorber nut and bolt (3).

6.0 Remove the lower shock absorber nut and bolt (4).

7.0 Remove shock absorber.

8.0 Removal complete.

SHOCK ABSORBER INSTALLATION:

1.0 Install front shock absorber into the suspension.

2.0 Install top retaining nut and lower retaining bolt and
nut. Torque top and lower bolt/nut to manufactures
specifications.

3.0 Remove the floor jack.

4.0 Install shock absorber sensor (refer to front shock
absorber sensor installation).

5.0 Install front tires, torque wheel hub nuts to
manufactures specific at ions .

6.0 Lower vehicle.

7.0 Installation complete.

FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER SENSOR INSTALLATION:

1.0 LOCATE THREADS ON TOP OF SHOCK ROD. (1)

2.0 INSTALL SENSOR COIL. (2)

3.0 ATTACH ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. (3)
