Proper installation is essential to experience and appreciate the benefits of this system. Please take a moment to review these installation instructions before you begin to install these components on your vehicle.
It is equally important to be aware of all necessary safety measures while installing your new Air Ride Suspension. This includes proper lifting and immobilizing of the vehicle and isolation of any stored energy to prevent personal injury or property damage.

WARNING: The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar, or
150 lbf/in ) verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air ride system prior to disassembly. Do not allow dirt or grease to enter the system. Always wear standard protective hand, ear, and eye protection when servicing the air
suspension system.

Compressor Removal/Installation:
THE COMPRESSOR IS LOCATED ON THE VEHICLES PASSENGERS SIDE BEHI ND THE FRONT BUMPER.
1. Raise vehicle to remove the passenger’s side tire and fender well shroud (it may not be necessary to remove the entire fender well shroud) (Figure A).

NOTE: TO RELEASE AIR TUBE(S) YOU MUST PRESS DOWN ON TWO SIDES THE QUICK RELEASE FITTING AND PULL OUT AIR TUBE(S).
2. Disconnect the (1) air inlet hose (disconnect and remove from vehicle, not used with new compressor), (2) electrical connector and (3) air outlet tube fitting (Figures B and C).

TO DISCONNECT THE AIR LINE- USE TWO (2) FINGERS TO PULLING DOWN ON THE AIR TUBE.

3. Remove the three (3) bolts securing the compressor mounting bracket to the vehicle, remove from vehicle (Figure D).

4. Remove the three (3) screws securing the compressor to the mounting bracket. (This bracket is to be reused on the replacement compressor) (Figure E).

5. Compressor removal complete. Reinstall new compressor in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: When installing the air tube, push tubing into fitting until it bottoms out.
