Proper installation is essential to experience and appreciate the benefits of this system. Please
take a moment to review these installation instructions before you begin to install this system on
your vehicle.
It is equally important to be aware of all necessary safety measures while installing your new Air
Ride System. This includes proper lifting and immobilizing of the vehicle and isolation of any
stored energy to prevent personal injury or property damage.

Compressor Removal/Installation:
1.0 Remove the air compressor fuse (fuse number 1) (figure A).

NOTE: THE COMPRESSOR IS LOCATED UNDER THE SPARE TIRE .
2.0 Remove the spare tire.
3.0 Raise vehicle to g ai n a cc ess to the co mpres sor.
4.0 Disconnect the electrical connector and the 2 air lines (located on the outside
of the frame on the driver's side) (Figure B and Figure C).

6.0 Disconnect the (1) two air inlet hoses at the voss fittings (there is a right and
left air line) and the (2) electrical connector (Figure E).
7.0 Compressor removal complete. Reinstall new compressor in the reverse
order of removal.

NOTE: Installation of the air line to the air fitting is to be performed as
shown below.
Air hose installation:
1.0 Remove the air line from the air fitting by removing the split ring collet and
sliding the air fitting off the hose (Figure F).

2.0 Remove plastic pin(s) from air line fitting (Figure G).
3.0 Push air line into new fitting until it bottoms out; pull outward to verify hose
is secure in air fitting.
