DISASSEMBLY AND REPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
To disassemble the operating table reverse the order in which the table was assembled. Again,
exercise care to ensure that fragile components are not damaged as the table is disassembled. Before
inserting the components of the table back into the case make sure that each component is thoroughly
cleaned.
Note that the case is manufactured with trays each having inserts for each component of the table built
directly into them. By replacing the components into the proper insert each will be protected during
transport. Beginning on the next page are illustrations of each tray indicating exactly where each
component is to be inserted so that maximum protection for each item is provided.
